Torunn slings his musket over his shoulder and makes his way to ebonitus. He then whispers, "Gond help me repair my companion." He then casts Cure Wounds @ level two on Ebonitus.
Lukian moves closer to the entrance of the cave but just as he gets there, D.O.R.K. having barked out to Ebonitus "Back. On. Your. Feet. Soldier!!!" as she marched pass arrives and pushes her way to the front. Meanwhile Ebonitus manages to stagger to his feet but is approximately 15 feet behind both Lukian and D.O.R.K. Still somewhat unsteady on his feet, he is almost knocked over as the two Goblins rush past, Beedo muttering something like “cowardly sacks of pus running from a bunch of shorties!” Devin and Toruun break cover and start moving towards the rockpile, Devin dashes and manages to cover the 30 feet and clamber halfway up (15 feet) of the rockpile. At the same time he calls out to Ebonitus “Mystara assist my companion” as he casts [Tooltip Not Found]. With his somewhat shorter legs, Toruun can only get about 10 feet up the rockpile.
Devin is therefore 15 feet from the entrance – one full turn’s movement due to the difficult terrain, Toruun is 20 feet from the entrance a bit more than a full turn’s movement due to the difficult terrain.
(OOC: Ebonitus now has 17 HP courtesy of D.O.R.K. and Devin – his own spell was not cast as his turn was before D.O.R.K. and Toruun has not as yet reached him to touch him)
D.O.R.K. can only see about 30 feet into the cave whereas the Goblins and Lukian can see somewhat further. The cave system is obviously made of limestone and the roof and floor are festooned with speleothems – a fancy name for stalagmites (bottom) and stalactites (top) and everything in-between {IRL over 30 years ago I used to be a cave guide}). There is also a large mud pool just inside on the left.
As determined as she was to continue marching forth after the fleeing Orogs, D.O.R.K held two fingers up, and then made a sweeping gesture to the left. Beedo started to open his mouth for what likely may have been a crass remark. But a few following quick taps to his shoulder from Vark, the more mouthy goblin rolled his eyes, and then made a hurried 'after you' gesture back to the quieter.
Soon enough, the two would position themselves in such a way that -- with Vark taking point and Beedo on the cave shelf to the south-- the two could bottle neck any forces coming in from the left. At least, if many wanted to rush the point, the they would need to trek through mud pool, slowing their advance. If it seemed Beedo might need help scaling the rocky edifice, Vark spends at least few moments providing the lift prior to taking up position.
D.O.R.K had slowed her progress as this went on, but only by a few feet. In the end, her course took her towards the right of the split.

Lukian pauses at the door and listens while praying to Lathander for clarity.
All that Lukian can hear is the dripping of water. However the midday sun shines far enough into the cave entrance that he can make out several sets of booted footprints going in and coming out of the cave.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ebonitus follows the others, casting a cure wounds (2nd level) on himself before entering the cave: 14. Feeling much better now he has a spring in his step.

With the exception of Beedo and Vark the party hugs the right hand (east) side of the wall. Vark heads out into the middle of the cave and Beedo clambers up onto the ledge muttering “ow come I get all the ‘ard jobs.”
Vark can make out at the edge of the vision what appears to be a lake of some sort and an entrance of some sort near it. On the east side Beedo and Lukian can make one entrance and another on the west side. D.O.R.K. and Ebonitus can see none of this; only being able to see 5-10 feet (at best) in front of them (OOC: because of this I am ruling that they can only travel at half speed).
As Devin and Toruun reach the edge of the cave and peer in, Devin can not see anything but Toruun can make out four figures – which look like the party – hugging the eastern wall of the cave system “there they are” he says to Devin.
(@Grant: D.O.R.K had lit a torch on her way in. Its part of why I hadn't taken any actions, in case it would require it. She should've been further north, as I addressed in my previous post. Unless the map there didn't properly load in the discord)

D.O.R.K says nothing in reply aside from continuing her steady rise up the incline. Only the heavier planting of her foot steps gives away any sense of feeling from the construct. That, and upon crest the hill and seeing a fallen Ebonitus, she merely barked out a "Back. On. Your. Feet. Soldier!!!"in passing. Her words laced with but a fragment of the power and passion of the Red Knight at the time.
And to perhaps at least all but Ebonitus surprise, knowing her habit of overthinking and overplanning, the living construct continued into the cave; slowed only by lightning of her torch on the way inside.
Movement: Closer to the Cave(15ft only due to remaining difficult terrain).
Bonus Action: Cast (2nd level)Arise! on Ebonitus, restoring 8 HP.
D.O.R.K's pace slows for a few moments, seeming to turning her head in a way similar to someone trying to catch a noise. "... Most troubling. It appears whoever is in charge of this outfit is significantly more clever than previously expected."She commented. "Stay on guard, and be prepared for what may be a fighting retreat." They state, though almost an underlying stutter to their usually flat tone.
For all of her growing nervousness however, she continued to advance deeper into the cave until the immediate tunnel on the right drew her attention. "Narrow. Hm... Main this position a moment."She said to Lukian and Ebonitus at least just prior to advancing down it with her torch held just a ways higher to better see things.
Meanwhile, Vark and Beedo do what they did best as they waited to take on any inevitable advances from the left. Which in Beedo's case meant hugging the shadows more closely, and even kneeling if need be to stay hidden; but, with a bow draw and arrow ready to loose at a moment's notice.
Torunn slings his musket over his shoulder and makes his way to ebonitus. He then whispers, "Gond help me repair my companion." He then casts Cure Wounds @ level two on Ebonitus.

With shield and staff in hand Devin dashes towards the others to try and catch up. As a BA he casts Healing Word on Ebonitus for 9.

How wide is the cave system? Is it more than five foot across?
The cave entrance is 10 feet wide and it would appear that it opens up (see map)
Squares are 5x5 feet

Devin continues to the hill trying to catch up to the others before they get too far into cave.
"Come on Torunn before D gets to far ahead!"
Lukian will move with Dork, following her lead.
Torunn grumbles something about not liking to be rushed but follows as quickly as he can

Devin peers into the dark cave. "Are you certain you can see them? It's pretty dark in there." He says to Torunn beside him.
He then touches the end of his staff and casts light on it so that he can see.
There was nothing in the post and I assumed that you didn't want to draw attention to yourselves but I think that's been overtaken by Devin's action.

Sorry I missed it. Consider that D.O.R.K. is parallel to Vark on the east side and can see the whole map. So to can Ebonitus!
