D.O.R.K hardly considered the suggestion, before shaking her head, not that ebonitus would see. "Possible, but unlikely. Such a device may be better suited for the other barricades locked in place along the entryway passed."She responded back quietly, and without taking her eyes off activities going on ahead.

Seeing, if only just, the torch light(s) go out ahead of them, the construct wastes no time before quickly signalling to Mullo during the confusion know only she'd hear the message, <Are we to take that as the signal to attack? And our we taking any prisoners? Merely focus your thoughts on me to reply.> With that, she whispered to the others, "Prepare to advance on them. We'll worry about opening the door after."

Mullo pauses mentally while continuing to let her wind blast in an attempt to blow down the doors. (It lasts for up to a minute.) Was battle what she was preparing for? On one hand, she was not obligated in any way toward the Great Worms. She had not heard much good about Wormblod. From what the Ponies had gathered, he was wreaking havoc on those who did not deserve it and making a bad name for all the tribes. On the other hand, these were children of Uthgar, same as she. However tenuous, she had his trust. Was there a way to end this peacefully? She sighed. Not a chance. Finally, she opens her mind to Dork's spell and responds, "Now is as good a time as any. If we can spare his shaman, please do."

Almost simultaneously with Mullo reaching this conclusion she hears a voice in her head - but it is not D.O.R.K. - that says
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Once the message fully played through her receptors, D.O.R.K nod and whispered tightly to the others, "We move now. Spare their shaman, if possible. We are free to kill the rest." With that, she turned towards where she roughly last heard Ilnezya and add quietly, "We'll be relying on you to guide us closer. at least." She adds, as she made ready to rush in the direction of his advice.
(In hindsight, this part probably would've been easier with Ilnezya's blessing. lol.)

Illezenya opens his mind to his goddess, clearing his thoughts of everything except his surroundings and the impending battle. (Vigilant Blessing: You give one creature you touch (including possibly yourself) advantage on the next initiative roll the creature makes.) He then grants the other members of his party standing within 10 ft of him the blessing of Selune, allowing them to clearly see in the dark up to 300 ft. (Eyes of Night: As an action, you can share your 300 ft. darkvision with up to 4 willing creatures you can see within 10 ft. of you, lasting for 1 hour.)
Mullo was 60' and 20' lower than the Barbarians. Illezenya was 70 feet behind Mullo and you were 30 feet behind him. He came back to you which means you are 150 feet from them.
(@Grant: Okay dokie. In which case, if able to, then D.O.R.K will move 30ft closer following Ilnezya's Eyes of Night being placed on everyone. But regardless will cast Protector's Embrace on herself with a bonus action if allowed.)

(@Orileo, @Grant retcon post #3926, you are right, I did this way back just as we entered - post #3862, I think this is well under an hour.)
Ebonitus just stiffens his resolve and prepares to advance, happy with his newfound ability to see in the dark. He has guiding bolt prepared for when the action starts.
Mullo is prepared to redirect her wind in Wormblod's direction as soon as any of her comrades make themselves known. (Ready action as long as it's within the minute.)
Devin is a little surprised when he can suddenly see in the dark. This was certainly a new experience. Continuing to maintain concentration on the Arcane eye he sends it south away from the doors to look around while he considers what to do.
He nods upon hearing to save the shaman, perhaps just by habit, as he is unsure who can actually see him at this moment. Seeing D move up he does also readying himself to throw Fire Bolts as needed as a portion of his mind concentrates on the Arcane Eye
(@Grant: Eehh.....? I guess she could've whispered a rough plan to everyone but Mullo while waiting for the signal to get violent. Though she had not quite accounted for the dark vision(unless told before about it, and player forgot). In any event, rough plan is this: )
1) Everyone was to get within 100-90ft of the barbarians and dragonling, bombarding them with long range spells. Devin suggested to hold up roughly around that mark, and continue striking from afar. 2) Ebon is to keep within 30 to 60ft of D.O.R.K at all times for the sake of the bond, but otherwise do what he can to attack/heal from afar until at least their numbers thin. 3) D.O.R.K and Ilnezya are to form up on Mullo's position as soon as possible, and assist in dispatching the barbarians quickly (shaman excluded, if possible) 4) If Ilnezya has any other protections they'd like to toss along the way, then he is to focus on getting those up in route before getting fully into melee 5) Mullo is suggested to fall back at least 30ft and focus on defending themselves, given the presence of the dragon. 6) All in all, priority should be on the dragon or whichever apparent leader Mullo opts to call out, hopefully to diminish moral.

It will take the party 4 rounds to close to a distance of 100' feet whilst maintaining their stealth. Meanwhile Wormblood berates the Shaman "get that bloody torch lit witch!"
(@Grant: Right, 150ft... Forgot about that OOC. Slight addendum then considering the situation, in which stealth is to be abandoned after a round. Which should give Mullo an extra round to either "prepare" during the ongoing confusion, and/or back a way a bit at her leisure)

Ebonitus reaches out to D.o.R.K. and whispers a few phrases calling for the Earth Mother to protect D.o.R.K. from harm.
Action: cast Warding Bond on D.o.R.K. giving resistance to all damage and +1 to AC and saving throws.

Once we are within range and the fight is to commence, Ebonitus will fire off a guiding bolt upon WormBlood.
Attack: 23 Damage: 14 radiant damage which on a successful hit gives advantage to the next attack.
