Bonus action = emerge from shell
Mikey expends 20 feet of movement to stand up. Mikey moves north east until he is next to the target that is there which costs him 15 feet of movement. He bursts out of the shadows like a true ninja and flails about in heroic fashion. He uses his attack to attack twice. He then goes back into the shadows with his last five feet of movement.
Mikey follows the instructions that Gremryl gave him and runs in that direction...he hopes to break free of the darkness but instead runs right into another creature! This one is similar in stature to Gremryl, Mikey notices, but there’s no armor like Gremryl was wearing!
Mikey now stands in front of (he thinks) an enemy, yet he can’t see a thing!
Mikey blindly attacks the creature in front of him, who he hopes is an enemy with his nunchucks. Using his ninja senses, he's able to land a hit! Then following up with a punch, he's able to inflict a little more pain to the creature.
"That's it lad! Pummel him! Ye see that drow scum! And we just be warming up! I'll be blessing ya next! Ye dryder wont recognize ye when I'm done ye kobolds taint!"

Elmo hears combat, but sees only darkness. He has seen this spell before and knows its an area spell. Elmo will use hi max movement speed and attempt to find his way through the darkness. He wants to attack the drow at the far end. If he has enough movement to get through the spell, he will attack with duergar's spite. If he doesnt have the movement, he will hide in the shadow and wait till next turn. Let me know if I have to roll something to make it through the darkness.
Rowland moves carefully towards the darkness and finds that he can slip around where the darkness begins to enter the chamber. He is able to see a couple of enemies!
Rowland hides behind the table in the lower chamber, waiting for the opportunity to attack an enemy that's been engaged with an ally.

Gremryl barks out a laugh "ha! Take that drow! Feel the might of Moradin on ye!"
"Oh we have a talker so we! Well then ye orc loving dark moon elf we'll see who has the last laugh!"

Leon moves forward and slides into a position of cover with Rowland
Leon casts bless on Elmo, Rowland and Grem
Leon then holds Dawnbringer inside of the magical area of darkness in an upwards direction next to him and activates her as his bonus action
Gremryl continues to talk smack at the drow
"Ye not even a full drow! Look at ye! What ye ma do? Lose a bet to a dryder! Ye pa went out for some drow milk and left ye eh!"
As Dawnbringer springs forth, the light she normally casts in enveloped in the magical darkness that not even her brilliance pierces.
