This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Beegred should do the same. He had walked over so he didn't have to speak loudly, but it was verbal. Stealth: 13

Roll stealth checks if you're speaking out loud in the prison cell. (Narstin and Tozer).
Tozer, for better or worse, in this post was intentional about speaking aloud and, therefore, uncaring about whether a guard overheard (therefore, no stealth check).
In an effort to avoid metagaming, I'm proceeding with my posts as if Tozer has no awareness of the telepathic ability that has been bestowed upon everyone...

You have no awareness of the telepathy currently being shared among select individuals.
Per post #68 in the official thread, these characters are involved with the telepathic bond and are very aware of it: Valthana, Beegred, Narstin, Eldeth, the fish man (some of you now know is Shuushar) and the grey man (some of you now know is Buppido).
Valthana, Beegred and Narstin continue to share a telepathic bond early in their work detail. Stool is with them.
The above involved characters did not share what was happening, thus no one else knows about it.
Speaking when not spoken to is definitely a risk you are taking, especially towards one of the highest ranking drow here. Sure, you are trying to protect a child. Granted.
Was definitely talking out loud to the halfling. Stealth: 7

Ferriman responded. Stealth: 15
By the way, can he hear the telepathy? Or would he have had to have that dream mentioned earlier?
By the way #2: nice to meet/play with you all! :)

Welcome :)

Here's a stealth check, however, for Tozer's communication to Narstin in dwarvish: 19

Hello and happy adventuring!
No, you are not part of the telepathic bond. You are not even aware of it, unless someone speaks for no reason.
You have no awareness of the telepathy currently being shared among select individuals.
Hoping to garner a bit of DM-granted inspiration with Tozer's change of attitude in post #81 of the game thread.
This change seems to harmonize with his following ideal:
Absolutely!
So we are "aware" of the telepathic bond?

Note: Made some edits to post #88 in the official thread. Small nuances that will explain things better.
Bond: Motherhood (and children) should be honored and protected at all costs.
Oh my. Things are growing very interesting now...
This is going to end very poorly. I'd ask for inspiration (#92), but I already have it and it doesn't do me any good for what I did, so....oh well :)
@ Ferry, Make a stealth roll to try to talk in your prison cell without being noticed by the guards. Ref: Post #93

Aww, was hoping to at least get him to flee before coming back and making me suffer. Either way, like I said, I expect it to not go well for me :P
