I suggest the spell casters take a step back (north), so that Beegred and Skameros can also get into that passage. Block the statues from the spell-casters, and limit to 2 attacking us at a time.
I am hoping that these spirit-moving-statues are treated like Animated Armor or the like, and are not the Stone Cursed. (Do not need to make more petrifying saving throws!)

To pre-empt any questions about the space you have, here are the valid squares that can be occupied in that 'entrance':
M2, N2, L3, M3
That means squares K3, K4, L4 & M4 will be able to attack (5ft reach) squares L3 & M3. So that's the potential for 4 to be attacking at any given time if you try to use the entrance as a bottleneck.
Rodolfo shoots a ray of frost at the yellow one and backs off 15 feet. Attack: 14 Damage: 7
I would have to update the map for you, but right now there's a statue right beside you. The only way you can go 15 feet is through Narstin (at double movement cost for his square) and then you'll be off the map. You will provoke an attack of opportunity if you do this.
Since you're proposing going off the map, I will rule that doing so causes you to lose LOS. IE: the tunnel turns just behind Narstin.
Posting here so you can have the option to change your mind.

Yeah, never mind. Since Skameros stepped south to attack Green, and didn't use his remaining movement to go back north, the 6 statues are going to be able to move around and find someone to slam. Just try to reduce their numbers as fast as possible, I guess.

VanderLegion, aka Narstin, hasn't logged in since the 7th, 11 days ago, and he hasn't posted since jan 27th... almost a month. Hopefully all is well with him and his family. But I have to start thinking about what to do if he is truly MIA.
Yeah, he is in one of my campaigns as well.
He has been pretty good about posting for the last 2.5 years, so I'm willing to have his character remote-controlled a while longer, in the hopes that the player comes back.
(Maybe another week, and then decide?)
Still no activity from VanderLegion.
Do you all agree Narstin makes a melee attack vs. Petrified Drow Red?

Narstin has mostly kept his spells for healing. The only time he's used spells offensively is with Sacred Flame. And being a ranged spell, he would have disadvantage using it now.
The bugbear "Long-Limbed" says: When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal.
That would seem to imply that when it isn't his turn, he doesn't get the 5' extension.
In which case, he does get AoO on one of those statues river-dancing past him.
(If you decide that this is a pain in the neck, and make a DM ruling differently, that is fine with me... I've noticed in columns like Sage Advice, they complain about nitpicking the wording of the rules, but at the same time make rulings that require lawyer-specific reading of the rules.)

Well, that seems like a stupid complication for no benefit. I did say I'd stick to RAW as much as possible, but I'm going to let Skameros decide:
Option A: You threaten 10 feet all the time, so you can provoke AoO even if creatures stay 10 feet away from you, or
Option B: You threaten 5 feet, can only AoO creatures that get within 5 feet of you first. Only when you attack on your turn do you have an extra 5 feet of reach.
Note, that with option A, if someone else can make you attack on their turn, you would still have 10 feet of reach, otherwise with option B, the extra reach only applies on your turn when you make an attack.
See the RAW Bugbear description doesn't state that they have the reach property (of say a halberd) which is....
"This weapon adds 5 feet to your reach when you attack with it, as well as when determining your reach for opportunity attacks with it."
but rather it just says as Quasimodal pointed out..
"When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal."
so I would guess Option B is more likely correct - even though Option A would be more preferable to the player.
One could argue that an opportunity attack still counts as a melee attack - but its just not on my turn - which is how the rule is stated in the Bugbear description.
Now if he was wielding a weapon with the reach property - then I suspect his attacks on his turn could reach 15 feet and his AoO would be 10 feet instead of 10/5
Uh oh - that's a lot of stoned drow

Yeah. Or depending on his goals/fears/etc maybe something magical that would play into these personality traits.
Narstin has mostly kept his spells for healing. The only time he's used spells offensively is with Sacred Flame.

Also shouldn't Skameros get at least one attack of opportunity if they are walking past him?

I thought so too, at first. But then I realized your reach is 10ft. So they haven't left your reach.
Ah yeah ok guess that makes sense - they aren't moving out of my reach

Ok. Now which option are you choosing? To stick to RAW? You threaten 5 feet, but on your turn you can attack with a melee weapon up to 10 feet?
Yes option B seems to be the rules as intended :)

In that case, you should have the opportunity to make an AoO against red (?) before your turn starts.
