This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
On Yestabrod's turn, Rodolfo and Narstin take 2 acid damage.
Yestabrod looks to be reeling and slowing, running out of life force. In one last desperate attempt to succeed in its goals, it releases a lingering cloud of spores radiating 10 feet all around him. Beegred, Derendil and Skameros must make DC 12 CON Saving Throws.
When Narstin's spiritual hammer slams into Yestabrod, the slug like myconid seems to lose the ability to hold its shape and flops into the viscid glob like a too tall too watery jello tower. As Yestabrod succumbs, the remaining spore servant loses focus and the war pick it holds falls to its side. (If you decide to kill it, it doesn't avoid the attacks or fight back).
The wails of suffering of the almost corpses buried in the Garden of Welcome die down to what you perceive to be their restful moaning.
There are dozens and dozens of buried and dying underdark denizens here, and also scattered around are piles of gear, weapons and armor half buried in the muck and putrescent liquids.
Roll investigation check (2 max, or 1 with advantage) to search for anything of value. Or use abilities/spells to zero in on what you would like to find.
Besides digging through Yeast-Buddy and the Spore Servants (the dead foes, not the bard band), Beegred will also check the other bodies that were used as fertilizer (like that Drow lady that asked for a quick death). Are any of them still alive? Did they have any useful equipment on them?
(EDIT: Managed to load ArgentTheWise's post, but before Kerrec responded... Beegred is proficient in Investigation, so he would like to Help Rodolfo in checking out the pile. Have Rodolfo roll with advantage.)

Rodolfo has Beegred point out possible interesting place and uses a bunch of Prestidigitation to clear and clean these places before looking closer.
"I wish I could detect magic items," he mutters to himself. "That could be real handy here."
Investigation check with advantage: 22
"This is all really disturbing."
He also backtracks to the first dark-elf that got split in half by someone in the group as he recalls they were holding some kind of an amulet or pendant.
While Beegred is helping Rodolfo (or considering the die results, getting in the way is more like it), he asks Eldeth to check the dead gnolls have usable arrows, to resupply. Or even better, if there is a spare quiver so Eldeth can carry more than 20 arrows.

Narstin spends his time while the others look for loot moving between the buried creatures, checking to see which might still be alive. "Do you think we can do anything to help them?" he asks the others. "I have a bit of healing left to me, but....I'm not sure that simple healing will be enough to save these poor creatures..." (Unless the dm says otherwise, or a check of some kind is called for)
Rodolfo will shoot Yestabrod as well with magic missiles (level 1): 9
He will also try to shake off the acid: 11

Derendil and Skameros (who is really unlucky) fail their Saving Throws.
Both Skameros and Derendil gain a new character flaw:
“I see an altered version of reality, with my mind convincing itself that things are true even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.”
DM will take care of Derendil's flaw. Skameros has to come up with some 'altered version of reality' that he experiences from now on.
(Jimjar's turn to act.)
Jimjar adds his pick to the avalanche piling up on Yestabrod:
Attack: 12 Damage: 4
As Jimjar steps into the lingering spore cloud, he rolls a DC 12 CON saving throw: 10
Jimjar: 36
Jimjar develops a new flaw:
I periodically slip into a catatonic state, staring off into the distance for long stretches at a time.
Which kicks in right now... Jimjar enters the cloud and goes catatonic.
The stocky spore servant continues it's assault on Skameros...
War Pick Attack: 7 Damage: 8
... but misses.
(Derendil, Narstin and Eldeth left.)
Derendil continues to slash at the spore servant in front of him, more convinced than ever that it's part of the conspiracy against him.
Attack: 9 Damage: 4
Attack: 10 Damage: 7
Narstin's hammer strikes at Yestabrod once again while the dwarf sends another sacred flame towards the creature.
Attack: 25 Damage: 10
DC13 dex or 8 radiant damage.
(I think Eldeth killed the spore servant closest to her last time and will move towards Yestabrod then)
[Shortsword: 11 Damage: 6]

XP: 1100 (Yestabrod) + 100 (Duergar Spore Servant) + 100 (Tozer) + 25 (Xilyrah) + 200 (Quaggoth Spore Servant) + 1000 (Milestone) = 2525 XP
2525 XP divided by 7 (Beegred, Skameros, Rodolfo, Narstin, Derendil, Eldeth, Jimjar) = 361 XP each.
(What do you do now?)

Some of the creatures have been buried with the gear and armor. Others had their gear and armor stripped and dumped into piles near them.
Some creatures are dead, but many are on the precipice of death. You are surrounded by moaning and sobbing of the dying.
Duergar that have their equipment are wearing scale mail, and wield war picks. Some have javelins and shields.
Drow that have their equipment are wearing chain shirts and wield short swords. Some have hand crossbows.
Kuo-toa have shields, spears and nets.
Deep Gnomes have chain shirts and war picks. Some have darts.
Derro have Leather Armor, Hooked spears and light crossbows.
You find a Minotaur with a greatax.
You find Troglodytes, but don't wear armor or wield weapons.
You find Gnolls with hide armor, longbows and spears.
All of this mundane gear is free for the picking for whoever wants it.
Let me know who is busy doing what.
Skameros thinks everything is fine now and all these buried people want to be there.
He also goes over and tries to pick up what's left of Yeasty Bread to see if there's anything underneath his body

The drow that Skameros killed out of mercy was holding an emblem to Lolth.
The Minotaur is not dead, but it is not responsive either. It doesn't resist as the greataxe is removed from its grasp.
