Jimjar considers dashing across the bridge (he's sure that, by now, someone has hold of the key that will free his wrists), but Topsy and Turvy's presence on the bridge convinces him to stay where he is. For now, Jimjar picks up another rock and readies himself for whatever, or whoever, comes up the stairs to the north.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As Narstin, Xilyra and now Jimjar all anticipate foes from the north, a new voice can be heard loudly saying in undercommon, "What are you talking about Imbros? Let me take a look before you get the Quaggoth all riled up." The drow carefully makes his way through the darkness, conscious of the drop not far to his right. He takes the first step onto the stairs to poke out of the darkness.
Narstin, Xilyra and Jimjar all launch their attacks. The Sacred Flame and Eldritch Blast both miss, disappearing into the cloud of darkness.
After two miserable attempts, Jimjar is hopeful he can do better with his third throw. He takes aim and fires away at the drow who steps through the darkness...
The drow, taken aback by the two magical blasts that barely missed him and the unexpected slippery step, is not expecting a mundane stone as it hits him square in the face. The impact of the stone distracts him from his precarious footing and he falls prone, face first in the excrement.
Having already drawn his short sword, used his movement and finding himself prone, he is unable to counter-attack. Taking a deep breath to bellow out behind him, he works past the gagging to say, "The prisoners are free! Quaggoth, round them up and throw them back into their cell!"
(I will post early for Round 3. My guys are kind of secondary to the action at the moment.)
Sarith: Does not step on the bridge to guard tower, but is watching intently for anyone carrying keys for the shackles. If someone comes by with the keys, he will use his Action to unlock his own shackles. He says in Elvish (and using the telepathic link for the non-Elvish speakers): "Maybe the stronger people can push that guard off the edge? He stinks of dung, but the spiders below won't mind."
Beegred: Action to pass down 2 hand crossbows and 2 quivers of bolts this round. Also informs the people below (and others by telepathy?): "Our equipment, that the Drow stole, is here (except the magic components). Also weapons, armors, and climbing equipment. If we have time, and fight off the threat to the northeast, we should get everything from this store room."

Shuushar responds to Valthana telepathically, "Give me the little one then. I can see and can avoid conflict. I will stay behind you, and guide your steps." Note: those in the guard tower do not hear this.
Topsy takes a step nearer to Turvy, then waits for Turvy to move. Turvy enters the guard tower and immediately makes for the ladder, waiting for weapons. Turvy then follows and stands behind Turvy.
Sarith looks to the guard tower, hoping his new found allies are smart enough to look for keys to the shackles.
Beegred passes down two hand crossbows and quivers into the waiting hands of Turvy.
Valthana communicates telepathically with Shuushar, "Explain what is going on. Where would be the best place to go?" Note: those in the guard tower do not hear this.

Tozer grins ear to ear as he takes hold of his maul; the familiar feel of its grip and weight in his hands. After seeing Buppido unlock his manacles, Tozer yells in dwarvish, "Keep a hold on those keys! We have others who will need them!"
The dwarf then bolts across the bridge, preparing to meet whatever trouble may be coming up the stairs to the north. (Dexterity: 19)
Derendil waits for another weapon to be passed down, then accepts it and dashes across the bridge, dropping both the new weapon and the shortsword on the other side so someone else can take and use them. (Move to M9 or wherever's open and not on the bridge itself)
(if no more weapons are passed down before his turn for him to grab and take with, he'll just wait to grab a weapon when they come, then can cross on his next turn. If he can't dash after getting another weapon, then he'll stop just before the bridge and cross next round)
For the above to be possible, I am altering some of the movements for:
Eldeth moves to O9 instead of N9
Narstin moves to N9 instead of M9
Derendil, with short swords in hand, makes a dash across the bridge and drops the two short swords on the ground. He speaks in elvish, "More weapons in armory. Buppido unlocked his manacles with a key."
(Still waiting on Xilyra to be able to act for the drow. Then it will be Jimjar and the other drow)
Everyone except for Tozer, Derendil and those in the guard tower or armory hear Narstin's words in common as well as hearing it telepathically in their native language.

Xilyra will cast Eldritch Blast at the drow (Jaezred) (disadvantage for being prone) and move back to be out of the front line. Moves from N8 to O10 and says in Common, which most of you also hear telepathically in your native language, "Make room outside the cell, my magic doesn't work from in here!"
Jimjar considers dashing across the bridge (he's sure that, by now, someone has hold of the key that will free his wrists), but Topsy and Turvy's presence on the bridge convinces him to stay where he is. (Jimjar can throw his stone. Improvised weapon.)
Drow DEX save for the slick stairs: 3
(Also need Ront's action)
After two miserable attempts, Jimjar is hopeful he can do better with his third throw. He takes aim and fires away at the drow who steps through the darkness...
I erred and entered "4" for damage rather than "1d4." Here's the correct damage roll: 2

Ferriman sees the pile of what has to be prisoner weapons, grabs two at random and drops them down the trapdoor.
Using the order of combat initiative, rolling a D5 (because the forum works that way) to see who's weapons get picked:
2 -> Narstin's weapon -> Warhammer?
5 -> Tozer's weapon -> Maul?
Eldeth, with a mighty grunt, grasps the chamber pot firmly, raises it over her head, and casts it down on the prone drow's head.
Ferriman will grab a coil of rope and put it around his chest like a bandolier, then grab as many more coils as he can, and drop them down the hole.
Eldeth will be using the chamber pot as an improvised thrown weapon against a prone target next to her.Attack: 22 Damage: 7

Ront will continue to ready his action to shove the drow down the stairs, since he is still shackled.

Having no armor or weapon, Narstin backs up the stairs again, casting Sacred Flame at the prone drow as he goes.
(Move back to M9 to make room for someone else to get through if they want.)
DC13 dex save or 6 damage for sacred flame
Drow DEX save vs Narstin Sacred Flame, DC 13: 12
Eldeth throws the chamber pot at the drow and misses. Eldeth then retreats (N5 to N9).
(Ranged attack vs. prone is done at a disadvantage, therefore Eldeth's throw = 13).
Tozer gleefully grabs his maul and then heads across the bridge (dash action) to help on that front (E10 to M10).
(Need Xilyra's action).
