He continues, "I will try to use the wand of viscid globs on drow that are awake, but further back. When you see one hit by it then leave it be - it won't be able to move or attack at all. Or maybe it might also work on whatever the dust thing is, but we'll see."
”Im ready fer this, methinks. Let me know when ye be thinkin we’re close I might be able to help ye find that evil spirit thingy”
As the party approaches, Thurnir casts Aid on Beegred, Skameros and himself (5 temporary hit points- Remember also that allies within 10’ of Thurnir have +3 to all saves)
“I have communed with my lord. I believe he will grant me blessing enough to attempt to banish the ogremach’s bane.” Orubis is halting in his speech, his thoughts preoccupied.
Narstin keeps talking to the team, keeping their fear from paralyzing them.
Beegred prepares to give them a pep-talk as well. Although many of them will die, not all of them will. And their buddies will be too busy fighting to notice when they piss their armor.
Oddly enough, Narstin keeps the team away from Beegred.

With Beegred and Skameros in the lead, followed by Thurnir and Orubis with Rodolfo in the rear, your party enters the petrified drow soldier cavern once again. It is immediately noticeable that the organized ranks have been altered and replaced with a crescent formation. The rubble from broken pieces of statues that were previously defeated, as well as general stone rubble littering the floor of the cavern have all been collected and deposited in various piles at the feet of the the majority of the statues.
The malevolent presence is easily felt and present, but not one statue betrays any signs of movement, animation or possession.
(Beegred is the first to act. And yes, I remembered to roll Skameros's initiative with advantage)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Since the Dread Ambusher feature is "use it or lose it" for the first round, Beegred will cast Hunter's Mark at the east-most statue (Q10), then fire 3 arrows at it.
DA Attack: 10 Damage: 13
Attack1: 23 Damage: 11
Attack2: 17 Damage: 15
He will stay in his current spot, unless told by the others to move.

Skameros rubs his shoulder where the rock hit him and growls. He will then let out a high pitched scream (rage), pick up the rock and throw it back at the drow statue that attacked him.
[Stone: 9 Damage: 4]
(I think I figured that right - it's an improvised weapon so no proficiency bonus - used the same damage the statue did 1d6 + my rage damage bonus? to be honest I'm not sure what the plan is - I don't want to get surrounded by all these drow and the rock throw back was more of a reactionary thing to being hit in the first place hehe)
EDIT: and it doesn't matter because I can't throw straight apparently
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Skameros throws the stone back at the statue, but misses.
Another drow statue (@O12) picks up a rock and throws it where the last statue attacked (at Skameros), however the distance is noticeably excessive (at disadvantage for range) for such a thrown weapon...
Attack: 5 Damage: 3
(Thurnir's turn. Then Rodolfo, followed by Orubis)
Orubis casts his spell, and a wall of wind manifests in front of the petrified drow. The prepared piles of stone fly upward and scatter across the chamber after deflecting off the ceiling.
A drow statue (@Q10) moves (to O5), picking up a stone on the way. Another drow statue (@E3) picks up a stone and moves (to H0). Drow statue (@E6) moves (to I4), also picking up a stone. Lastly, a fourth drow statue (@K12) moves (to L7), picking up a stone on the way.
All 4 statues will throw a large stone at 2 (1. Beegred 2. Skameros):
Attack: 18 Damage: 3
Attack: 19 Damage: 6
Attack: 21 Damage: 4
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
Seeing your party fully engaged, the gnome runner wishes you good fortune in your battle and runs off, to signal the Stoneheart Enclave to enter with their Elementals and begin the assault on the sea of oozes.

Beegred drops his bow @M2 and draws his magic short sword, then moves to attack the petrified drow he marked. The creature sidesteps the attacks, causing them to deflect harmlessly off its hard stone surface.
Ogremoch's Bane uses its action to jump from the petrified drow trapped in the viscid glob (@H9) into the neighboring petrified drow (@I10), then marches forward (to K5).
Rodolfo says, "OK, this is it. I have one chance of maybe ending this quickly, but if it doesn't work then we have a lot of tough work ahead of us."
He casts see invisibility on himself and looks around.
He continues, "I will try to use the wand of viscid globs on drow that are awake, but further back. When you see one hit by it then leave it be - it won't be able to move or attack at all. Or maybe it might also work on whatever the dust thing is, but we'll see."
He will position himself as 4th or 5th in line.

All three of Beegred's longbow attacks fail to penetrate the natural armor of these petrified drow soldiers.
One drow (@H9) picks up a large rock and lobs it at 2 (1. Beegred or 2. Skameros).
(Skameros's turn. Statue at H9 [red tint] has attacked. Statue at Q10 has been attacked.)
Skameros rubs his shoulder where the rock hit him and growls. He will then let out a high pitched scream (rage), pick up the rock and throw it back at the drow statue that attacked him.

(Thurnir's turn. Then Rodolfo, followed by Orubis)
Thurnir casts Hunters mark and shoots his crossbow at the one at H9.
14 to hit
6 plus 4 damage
”come ‘eere ye statues, don’t be shy”’he grumbles.
Is anything interesting shown by the See Invisibility that Rodolfo has active?
He will shoot his Wand at the one in O12 (the one that most recently attacked). Attack: 17
Or if he can't see it then at the other one (that went red first).
(Did we have to do anything to signal that we have engaged so that others can start movung the elementals?)
Thurnir loads and fires a crossbow bolt at the moving statue, knocking a solid chunk of stone off its form.
Rodolfo expertly sends a viscid glob over and around his allies, hitting the unmoving statue at H9.
(Rodolfo does not see anything invisible)
(There is currently a Svirfneblin runner in the hall behind the party. He will leave and run to the Blingdenstone Entrance at the end of Round 1)
(Orubis's turn)
Orubis casts wind wall starting F6 down to L12 over to N12 up to O11

Two concentration checks: 7 , 11
Moves to N4, draws magic sword, and melee attacks with Hunter’s Mark.
Attack1: 15 Damage: 17
Attack2: 28 Damage: 24
(Five misses so far. If Beegred dies, be sure to loot the magic weapons from his body.)

And if one of those hits his divine fury will proc for 4 radiant damage.
