Cratol follows along a bit behind Poljen like always but not too close as to not give Poljen or Mari away. as the bones start to come to life he readies his quarterstaff for combat.
Mari stops as the door opens. She Hears the noise behind them and glances over her shoulder to see their passage blocked. Blades at the ready she thinks quickly of what to do.
Lia sees the trap they are caught in and shakes her head. " Don't be afraid. Sune and Bahamat protect us here. " She holds her shield with Sune's image on it aloft.
Perry, riding atop Shadowsnacks, turns around to see the enormous bone swarm taking up the entire hallway right behind him and Lawrance. His eyes widen as he turns to the wizard on his right, "NOPE! That's our cue to get moving! Quickly, let's get into the other room and away from whatever the HELL that is!" With that phrase, Lawrance, Velon, Morgaine, and Poljen all begin glowing as Perry inspires them to get moving.
Shadowsnacks also flies in and parks near the center of the room. From atop the steed, Perry strums his mandolin and purple lights begin gathering around the Skeletal Remorhaz.
Okay so, Mantle of Inspiration on Lawrance, Velon, Morgaine, and Poljen. This allows you all to use your reaction to get an extra full movement, hopefully getting Lawrance to safety even with a low initiative since it uses a reaction. It also allows Morgaine and Poljen to get right up on top of the Skeletal Remorhaz. The four mentioned also gain +11 temporary HP and advantage on their next saving throw. Perry/Shadowsnacks move to W8.
Faerie Fire on the Remorhaz as well, DC 18 Dex save. If it fails, it glows and everyone gets advantage on all attacks against it. If you are attacking the Remorhaz, be sure to roll attacks with advantage just in case.
Perry will ready Shield as a reaction if anything tries to hit him with an attack between 20 and 24 to hit.
The surge of magic envelopes him and he uses that boost to add to his already decided impulse, moving deep into the room away from the undead creation! Arriving into the room with the group, he sizes up the attacking snake-like creature and sends a illuminating ray of paralyzing force through Aisling against it, trying to freeze it into an easy target for his allies!
Using the reaction for the bonus 30' movement and his regular movement during his turn to reach AA5 and then casting Hold Monster DC18 WIS (Boosted +2 by the staff).

Mari decides to dart toward the strange creature in front of her. She moves into a flanking position for next turn to aid her allies.
Lia pulls the force cube out of her pouch. She touches one side of it and an invisible barrier around her springs up. Allowing it to cut through the floor, ceilings and walls the passage is sealed against anything unliving. " Come quickly Lawrance. This barrier will stop whatever that monstrous thing is. "
OOC: Mari used her bonus action to dash to O10. She will use her reaction to halve the damage of any one attack she sees coming. Lia activates face 2 of the cube which blocks any unliving matter for 2 charges per 1 minute.

Velon is about to tell the others to all go kill the remorhaz while he uses the divine intervention of Bahamut to block the bone swarm, but he sees Lawrance get swallowed up and Lia pulling out the cube. The paladin says "ummmmm, I'm not sure if I should hit it. Keep it trapped and him alive, will you? He's my absolute favorite wizard in all of the Silver Blaze!" At that he uses Perry's inspiration to sprint past the bard on his pegasus and right up to the remorhaz, laying into it with two blows from his hammer. "Damn, you're an ugly one, aren't you"? taunts the paladin. "Smells like, well, death, too... and cabbage; death and rotten cabbage. Yuck!"

Poljen quickly sees that they will probably only have the one opponent for the immediate fight. He decides to ignore the lure of Battle Madness. The magic Perry provides allows him to move quickly, so he rushes forward and attacks the skeletal snake creature.
OOC: Holding off on Rage. Reaction to add to his movement, straight attack. The one-handed sword with electrical damage is a +2 as I recall, for a total of +10 to hit
The skeletal Remorhaz is bathed in purple light as Perry casts a spell, and Poljen charges in to land two solid blows. It responds by biting the barbarian with its massive jaws, lifting the warrior up.
On the other side of the field, the bone swarm surges forward, Lawrance finds himself swept off of his feet, and what seems like a thousand tiny holes are made in his body as countless shards of bone slither around him.
Poljen takes 20 piercing damage and is grappled, DC 17 athletics to get loose. Lawrance takes 13 piercing and 6 poison damage and is engulfed. Yes lawrance can negate the damage with his ward, but that won't stop the engulf. DC 16 athletics to escape. Yes, you will have to make a concentration save to cast any spells, DC 15.
Those going before the monsters have gone, so, New initiative order from here on: Morgaine, Velon, Lia, Lawrence, Cratol, Mari, Perry, Poljen, Bone Swarm, Remorhaz
Cratol will rush forward at a speed only he can do and try to use his speed and agility to keep from being hit. He will expend a Ki point to attack it numerous times. He is hoping to get on the side opposite of Mari and Poljen to make sure we attack it in multiple directions. Seeing Poljen getting caught up in its jaws he hope the barbarian can free himself and do massive damage like always as he hopes to cause some good damage himself. Moving to N5 if that is possible if not move me as close to the Remoraz as he can get and save this attack until next round.
Rolled a 17 + 10 = 27 and a 3 +10 = 13 to hit with the quarter staff, Rolled a 4 +9 = 13 and a 13 +9 = 22 to hit with his unarmed strikes.
Rolled a 6+6 + 12, and a 6+ 6= 12 for his two strike damage with the quarterstaff, Rolled a 4+5 = 9 and a 4+5= 9 for the damage from his two unarmed strikes.

The barbarian is surprised at being swept up so easily by the bony serpent-creature, but even more surprised to see out of the corner of his eye that the other thing has managed to successfully attack another member of the Silver Blaze. He immediately allows the Battle Madness wash over him and tries to free himself from the creature's mouth.
OOC: 20 HP down, but 11 of that is from the Mantle...so down 9 only, giving him an even 100...oh, Bonus to Rage, of course.
Morgaine seeing Poljen getting taken up by the the skeleton creature jaws; she feels an anger she didn't she could feel again. Taking the inspiration the Perry gave he, she dashes to his side and attacks the creature with a vengeance. Perry sling the mandolin across his back and moves forward atop Shadowsnacks. He glares and points at the skeletal Remorhaz with righteous indignation. His eyes turn solid black as he mutters, "Abomination, begone from your filthy existence." Then, he let's loose three crackling, dark purple beams of force towards the creature.
Hexblade's Curse - Against the cursed target, you gain a +4 bonus to damage rolls, score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and you regain +5 HP if it dies. Then, Eldritch Blast with three beams now. Attacks have advantage because of Faerie Fire.

Lawrance is surprised and disconcerted by the surge of speed from the bones and when they envelop him, his startlement turns to a slight fear. The Remorhaz proves surprisingly resilient, but nonetheless takes a beating as the Silver Blaze surrounds and pounds on its bones. Fire flickers around its body, reaching out to scorch those nearby as they strike at it. Poljen manages to break free of its jaws, but it simply turns and strikes at another target. Mari this time. The rogue is lifted into the air in its jaws.
In response to Lia erecting her barrier, the bone swarm simply turns and slides away, taking Lawrance with it. Within the swarm, Lawrance is no longer being harmed by the shards, they're pressing in closely, but to hold rather than shred. He can feel something cold and metallic come into contact with his neck.
Velon, Mari, Cratol, and Morgaine take 12,8,8, and 11 fire damage respectively. Mari takes an additional 34 piercing damage.
Poljen snarls when the new voice speaks, uttering orders for killing and taking Lawrance, and possibly Perry. He shouts, "Velon, if you and Cratol want to help Lawrance, we can hold this thing!" nodding to indicate himself and Morgaine. Lia is torn as Lawrance is enveloped and Mari is caught up in the strange creature's jaws. Hoping that Poljen and Morgaine can help her friend she holds her amulet of the fire-haired goddess aloft. Chanting aloud she speaks louder and louder. Her voice seems amplified. At the end she finishes with, " Begone foul creature of despair. In the name of Sune, depart!!" The amulet glows in a soft white light as she casts the spell. It flashes brilliantly when she completes it and a wave of light hits the swarm.
