(Oof there's that 9th level spell. Time to make some saves. Ray of Frost is a action to cast, but if you want to do something different with your bonus like bardic inspiration go ahead)
Deva #1 22
Deva #2 16
Deva #4 18
Deva #5 14
Deva #6 23
Solar 25
None of the Devas die, but the three that failed the save are very badly hurt. Even the two that passed aren't looking very healthy- trickles of metallic blood running out of their ears. The Solar turns toward you- you definitely have its attention.
That brings us to the Devas turn.
Deva #1 Will attack Archy twice with its mace (minus a d6 from Synaptic Static)
20 minus 5
Second attack: 10 minus 4
Nope it can't hit Archy - lets' see if it saves against the static 22 It can, but it's pretty injured so that might not matter.
Deva #2 Is stunned and loses its turn. The only thing it can do is try to save from its conditions. Save for Static: 23 Save for Stun: 16
Deva #4 Not under effect from the Static but is stunned. Save for stun: 23
Whaaaat is with these incorporeal dice???
Deva #5 Is affected by the Static an the Stun and can't mover or attack. Save for static: 9 Save for stun: 19
Deva #6Is not stunned but is under the effect of the Static. It will try to hit Mankur with it's mace, but has disadvantage and the static
Attack 1- 15 minus 1 Attack 2 - 23 minus 3 (Second attack would have hit if not for the static.) Static Save: 19
The Devas spend their turn reeling- rendered almost entirely useless by Laucian's spells.
(I work late tonight and we're pretty busy so it's going to take me a bit to get through all the Devas but I'll keep updating Finally done! Your bard is killing it you guys.)
That brings us to Ileanys. Because you are invisible to them, you have advantage to hit all the Devas- not just the ones who are stunned. They are all pretty equally (and BADLY) injured except for Deva #6 who has managed to pass most of its saves. The Solar has taken quite a few hits, but doesn't show any signs of slowing down soon.
(I really need to remember what is and isn’t a bonus action. Okay, bardic inspiration at Mankur then instead. “Now, quickly finish them off!” Laucian called out to him, thinking that he along with the others should be able to easily take down the rest of the angels so that they all can focus their attacks on the Solar.)
Ileanys continues to retreat from the angels as 3 more crossbow bolts fly out from the darkness to strike into the Devas.
(Fire at Deva #4 first, if/when he dies, switch to #5 for the rest, if 4 and 5 each die in 1 shot, go for #2 with the third, then Continue to move away from the devas with my fly speed, getting as far away from them as i can in the cave)
(Ileanys does have the fly spell, though he'd prefer not to have to use it if possible since he has limited spell slots, and he'd rather save them to use for stuff himself :P. Depends on the situation)
Illyanis: You rapidly fire three crossbow bolts. The first two strike Deva #4 which crumples into silver mist and is gone. The third bold hits Deva #5 right between the shoulder blades and it staggers, barely alive.
That brings us to Mankur. (Valrakus has been healed pretty well, so not sure if you want to do something different then what you listed earlier.) There are two Devas in melee with you. One of them (#5 ) is barely standing. The other (#6) Actually seems to have a bit of fight left in it. The Solar is about 30ft away up in the air.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Current Characters: Tailine, Tiefling Rogue 2 - Zanoliv
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Mankur: Your first hit easily cuts down one of the Devas. A spray of silver blood arcs outward before the creature dissolves into a silver cloud. You hit the other Deva hard and use your unholy power to deliver a smite. The radiant damage hurts it, but not as much as you were expecting (resistant to radiant damage) and it it still standing. The Deva tries to attack you as you move away, but it has disadvantage and is effected by the static.
Mace Attack:11 minus 2
The mace pings harmlessly off of your armor as your weapon begins to glow with your banishing smite. You advance toward the Solar, it is now 20ft in the air above your head.
At then end of your turn, the Solar uses a legendary action to teleport... 10ft lower.
That Brings us to Raze. There are three remaining Devas, all pretty equally hurt. Deva #1 and #2 are in melee with Archy. Deva #6 was in melee with Mankur but not anymore. The Solar is flying 10ft above Mankur and Valrakus' heads.
Raze continues to pummel the Devas that are engaged with his ally's, who are blind to his form - beginning with the one nearest to him (#6). Each strike of the monk's staff appears to have some extra force behind it (One charge from Staff of Striking for each hit)
Staff Attack 1: 23 Damage: 18
Staff Attack 2: 27 Damage: 26
Unarmed Attack 1: 13 Damage: 11
Unarmed Attack 2: 23 Damage: 16
Target priority: If Deva 6 falls, remaining strikes on #2.
Raze:You run forward and blindside the Deva with two strikes of your staff. The second strike causes it to explode in a puff of silver. You quickly move on to one of the Devas fighting Archy and pummel it with kicks from your metal body... and do JUST enough damage to kill that one as well.
Anyone watching just sees these two Devas get pummeled by in invisible force and then disintegrate.
At the end of Raze's turn, the Solar uses its last two legendary actions to create another Searing Burst. I need Dex saves from Mankur and Valrakus.
The DC is 23- full damage on a fail and half damage on a save. Fire Damage: 18Radiant Damage: 16
Barosh, you watch from the ethereal plane as this explosion passes through you.
Valrakus that brings us to your turn (even if you fail the save I'm pretty sure you're still up). There is one remaining Deva about 40ft away from you in melee with Archy. The Solar is flying 10ft above your head, out of melee range unless you have a weapon with reach.
(Any chance of using any remaining movement to jump and grab onto the Solar? Not to grapple, but just to hang on and be able to fight on its back?)
You definitely have enough movement, but the jump... usually a character has a vertical jump of 3ft + their strenght score and Raze's strength bonus is negative. SO you can do it, but I'll need an athletics check- DC 15. This would also put you in range for the Searing Burst at the end of your turn so I'd need a dex save from you. (With the aura bonus you will probably pass and take no damage- because evasion)
Also Valrakus' character sheet no longer has an owner... so I think we lost a player. So we'll see if Monk shenanigans are successful and then move on to Hornet's turn.
( Ah that's too bad but it happens- it's one of the reasons why I did one big group instead of two little ones. I don't like killing off characters when their players leave so we'll just... tuck Valrakus safely to the side and out of the game)
Raze You run up, intending to launch yourself up at the Solar but your body was built for speed- not strength and you can't quite make it.
That brings us to Hornet. There is one final Deva in melee with his master.

Hornet ignores the Deva and looks at the Solar. He closes his eyes and focuses. The solar can hear, Look at you. Your friends dying, and you create explosions and miss your shots. Where's your god now? Surrender, give up, and die. Or you will feel the wrath of the Archdemon.
Intimidation/persuasion/deception: 7 (what will happen now?)

The voice that replies is smooth and calm, echoing in all of your minds.
"Though my death is nigh, our purpose is fulfilled. You are too late. The Hand of Righteousness has woken the Beast that Sleeps beneath the Earth. Come, you who would be gods, and show your mettle."
And it is the Solar's turn. It flies upward, to the center of the cavern 50ft off the ground.
(Even Mankur, Odd Raze 19)
Great sword attack: 17 for 19 magical slashing damage and 33 radiant damage
The Solar then points its Longbow at the creature that has caused the most damage so far - Laucian.
Slaying Longbow: 26 dealing 18 magical piercing damage and 29 radiant damage. You still have over 100hp so you don't need to make the Con Save.
At the end of the Solar's turn it regains its legendary actions.
That brings us to Gilra. The Solar is flying near the roof of the cavern about 80ft away. There is also one Deva left that is about 60/70 ft away fighting Archy.
(Oof there's that 9th level spell. Time to make some saves. Ray of Frost is a action to cast, but if you want to do something different with your bonus like bardic inspiration go ahead)
