(DexST if needed since Raze is back there too, though my impression was that we essentially had a free go here... 29 no damage if success due to evasion)
Just because it can be tricky with theater of the mind I want to clarify: Putting a fireball there will hit the Solar, most of the devas (keep in mind there are 7 of them and not 4, I upped the difficulty since we have 8 players instead of the recommended five). You will also hit Mankur, Archy, and Ilyanis (looks like he moved up to take advantage of Mankur's aura, but VanderLegion let me know if I'm wrong on that).
You can 100% put the fireball there, I just want to be clear about who will get hit.
Also Raze are you RIGHT up behind the Devas or are you hanging back a bit?
Once we get this last fireball sorted I'll roll initiative for the angels and we can get into the turn order!

(I did not move in close. Shadow of Moil makes me heavily obscured to enemies regardless of the light around me, so i don't need to be within Mankur's aura to benefit from it. Was mostly just flavor, didn't realize Mankur had moved closer. I'd have had to get to 30 feet away from the Solar to put hexblades curse on him, but wouldn't have gotten any closer)

Okay cool, that puts you out of range for this fireball that seems to be happening.

Archy: You lash out, slicing with the claws on your gauntlets, but the Solar nimbly dodges each time.
At the end of Archy's turn, the Solar uses one of its legendary actions to teleport... directly behind Barosh, Laucian, and Valrakas. Seems like it has decided the spellcasters are a problem...
Laucian that brings us to you!The Devas are still 40ft away but the Solar is suddenly RIGHT next to you.

Laucian was annoyed that his spell only worked on five of the angels, the Solar not being one of them and not doing as much damage as he hoped. But luckily Valrakus's fireball really did some damage on them, seeing that one of the angels looks really beaten down. He thought about what to do next, realizing that all these angels are stronger in mind, which doesn't go well with the kind of spells that he always uses. He isn't one for melee either, only having one powerful melee spell but he has to touch the enemy which is extremely dangerous. Now he looked to see that Archy failed in damaging the Solar, about to prepare for what he would do until he suddenly saw the Solar teleport away. Where did it go? Then Laucian turned around and was shocked as there was the Solar right behind him, Barosh, and Valrakus. Luckily it didn't attack them but now this changes his whole strategy, not wanting to take a risk staying here. "Bye" he simply said, snapping his fingers as he cast Misty Step, a silvery mist surrounding him and teleporting 30 feet away from the Solar, not towards the other angels but back further next to where Gilra is at to keep himself out of harms way for now. He would let the others deal with the Solar behind them at the moment, watching for a perfect opportunity to try to thwart it. "You're so pathetic, choosing to try to attack us from behind like a coward instead of fighting him one-on-one. Have you no honor?" Laucian then mocked the Solar in Celestial, thinking that it will be very unlikely for this to work, but any little bit will help if it does somehow work.
Bonus Action: Misty Step 30ft back
(Also with PbP, how do reactions work, like if I wanted to cast Counterspell on an enemy's spell or use Cutting Words on an enemy when they go to attack someone?)
Action: Vicious Mockery
(Wis Save - DC 20)
Disadvantage on next attack roll and Damage if fail: 9
(Sorry, forgot to put in the dice roll for the attack the first time I posted, so originally it was 41 damage, went to 33 after the edit, and now is at 27 for some reason. Damn it dice, why so low now when I got high for the initiative?!)

(If you edit the post and move the added attack roll the the end of the post, it should reset the damage to its original value and remove the modified dice flag. You can’t add new rolls before existing ones in an edit. Any new rolls have to be put at the end)

(That worked, thanks! Though now the Attack is even lower than it was before...)
For Reactions: Yeah those are a bit tricky in PbP but just let me know as soon as you can if you want to do something and we'll make it work!
For Laucien's turn: Keep in mind that you can only cast one non-cantrip spell on your turn. You can Inflict Wounds or you can Misty Step, but you can't do both. If I'm remembering right, your original attack roll was a 14 for the Inflict Wounds if that's the spell you want to do for that turn.
(DexST if needed since Raze is back there too, though my impression was that we essentially had a free go here... 29 no damage if success due to evasion)
(If you're within 30 ft of me you get a +5 to saving throws, so I believe that includes anyone within melee of the angels)

(Raze would be in the thick of things, but also trying to be in the paly auras.)
Yes, Ilyanis and Archy would get that help from your Paladin aura on those dex saves
Current Characters: Tailine, Tiefling Rogue 2 - Zanoliv
(Plus 5... so I barely made it with 17 instead of 12! yeah! But Archy is still getting deep fried...)
(also forgot Hornet's initiative:13

Current Characters: Tailine, Tiefling Rogue 2 - Zanoliv
Since everyone affected has done their saves we will roll with this fireball (time for me to make 8 more saves)
Deva #1 23
Deva #2 16
Deva # 3 19
Deva #4 19
Deva #5 20
Deva #6 24
Deva #7 15
Solar: 25
The Devas have taken a lot of damage. Deva #2, who has failed all three of these AOE saves is in very rough shape but still up.
Deva Initiative: 22
Solar Initiative: 12
Archie and Laucian both rolled a 23, but Archie you have the higher Dex so you are up first!
Barosh, Laucian and Valrakas are in a group 40ft from the angels.
Gilra is 30ft North of that group (about 70ft away)
Ileanys is 30ft from the angels (10ft from the group of spellcasters)
Mankur is 20ft from the angels
Right now, everyone except Gilra is within 30ft of Mankur and able to take advantage of the +5 of his aura.
Archy is in melee with the Solar, directly in front of it.
Raze is behind the cluster of Devas, but keeping himself within 30ft of Mankur to benefit from his aura.
Current positioning in the spoiler above, let me know if there are any errors.
Archy, Laucian, Devas, Ileanys, Mankur, Raze, Valrakus, Hornet, Solar, Gilra, Barosh
Initiative order in the spoiler above.
Current Characters: Tailine, Tiefling Rogue 2 - Zanoliv
Archie continues to slash at the Solar. Die, being of good. You're no match for me!
Attack: 26 Damage: 11
Attack: 13 Damage: 8
Attack: 29 Damage: 9
(wow.. That sucked. and with +10 to attack! I rolled an 8, a 3, and a six! Anything higher than 10 was a hit! Come on!)
(Also remember, we have +5 to melee weapon damage for anyone in the paly aura.)
(oof tough luck)

(Oh, crap forgot that Misty Step was a non-cantrip spell. Gonna do just Misty Step and Vicious Mockery as well then. Sorry for the trouble.)
