Gilra is relieved that the spell worked against this creature. For added insurance she is going to use Symbiotic Entity once more for temp HP (and other benefits) and then throw a handful of spores forward towards the centre of the creature

While your Symbiotic Entity feature is active, you can hurl spores up to 30 feet away, where they swirl in a 10-foot cube for 1 minute. The spores disappear early if you use this feature again, if you dismiss them as a bonus action, or if your Symbiotic Entity feature is no longer active.
Whenever a creature moves into the cube or starts its turn there, that creature takes your Halo of Spores damage, unless the creature succeeds on a Constitution saving throw (DC 20). A creature can take this damage no more than once per turn.)
So at the start of its turn it will take 2d10 necrotic damage (2 because symbiotic entity being active doubles the default 1) unless it succeeds on the CON save of 20.

For the Bite- Gilra (1), Bathazorin (2), Archy (3), and Mankur (4) are in range. 3 It's jaws clamp down on the barrier protecting Gilra, unable to pass through.

Not finding a clear ruling on this- but the Tarrasque has blindsight and I'm inclined to say it's not effected by the visual illusion created by your cloak. Let me see if I can find anything official.
Well, shoot! Forgot it was an illusion that granted the disadvantage. You're ruling makes sense to me. The description specifically calls out it being an illusion.
