The party is entering from the west side, heading east. The goblin is hiding behind the first large rock (not the one near the 7, the other one). At the back of the cave to the south are stairs heading up into another area you can't see from your position. The goblin is yelling, but you don't see anyone else. Dashing ahead 30 ft would allow you to get as far as the south stairs.
((If you dash your full 30 ft, it will move you past the goblin who is hiding. You can move as far as the stairs to the south, though you can stop at any point. To get to the goblin that is hiding, you would only move 15-20 ft. He is behind the large rock to the north in area 7 (the ones on land, not in the water).))
Odo - you dash into the cavern, right to where you saw the goblin duck behind the rock. You swing and miss, your staff glancing off the rock and sending a reverberation back through it. This causes your second attack to go wide, also missing. The goblin squeaks and ducks down, which causes Kai's firebolt to ricochet off the rock, missing the goblin by inches.
The goblin is still cowering in fear behind the rock as Ajax rushes up and fells the monster in one mighty swing. You all stop, breathing heavily, then freeze as you hear a low menacing growl coming from the south end of the cavern. A snarling chuckle comes out of the darkness, then a gravelly voice.
"They are easy to kill. Let's see how you do with me and Ripper," says the voice. "Go!" As he speaks, the wolf takes off straight for Ajax and Odo. The creature who was speaking is still in the back of the cavern, up the south steps, hidden by the darkness.
Is that goblin still alive? If so, I'll attack it. If not, I'll crouch down on the other side of the rocks and see what I can see deeper in the cavern.

Mulligan rushes forward to meet the wolf and swings, connecting with a crunch. The wolf yips in pain, but continues attacking. Wagner steps forward and yells, "Is that all you've got, mutt?!" Vicious Mockery Damage: 2
Wolf's WIS save: 20
Wagner steps back to stay with Sildar, who is leaning heavily on the javelin.
The wolf is hurt, bleeding in several places from the wounds it has taken. Suddenly, there is a roar and out of the darkness you see a large furry creature heading towards you, arm raised, a javelin in his hand. He throws it at Mulligan.
Attack: 5 Damage: 7
His javelin goes wide and misses, clattering harmlessly on the stone ground.
Mulligan swings again at the wolf, raising his hammer and bringing it down with all his might. It arcs over his head and drives the wolf's head down into the ground, grinding it into the stone floor. With a final yelp, the wolf lays still, its skull crushed.
Klarg, seeing that his beloved pet is dead, roars in anger.

Odo will disengage with the Goblin (if the thing is still in combat) and close with Klarg. If Klarg is not within range, then Odo will use his attack action on the goblin.
The tiny halfling sprints towards the large creature, and swings his staff at its knees.
"You're even uglier than these goblerns!" Odo shouts as he swings.

He brings the other end of the staff around, catching the creature in the crotch.
"You shouldn't be allowed to reproduce, you're so ugly!"
((OOC: wow, nice. note: if I have to attack the goblin first, and drop the goblin in the first hit, I'll use my move action to close with Klarg, then use bonus on him))
In a barrage of attacks, Odo, Ajax, and Kai all focus on the large bugbear. Klarg reels, Odo's blows finding their mark and making him stagger. Ajax steps in and swings, just as Kai lobs a bolt of fire. Ajax's hammer connects and the bugbear goes down almost silently, having no idea what hit him.
Panting, the party looks around at the dead wolf and goblin and the large furry form of Klarg. The cavern is now eerily silent, save for the breathing of the party.
((Nice rolls, Odo and Ajax!!))
Suddenly, a shout is heard from the back of the cavern. "Yeah!" shouts Sildar. He is still leaning on the javelin, but his eyes shine with the thrill of your victory. "Klarg's cave is just up those steps. Shall we see what he's left behind?" he asks.

(So be it, let’s charge)
Ajax turn is waiting for the others action and follow them when they sprint forward (even with dash action, depending what he sees)
Reaction: if dash action not used, reaction attacking any foe attacks him or his friends
so, going ahead max 30 feet, what do we see? So we decide if to use an action or dash forward
Still , I don’t understand if just moving 30 feet, do I arrive at the rock where we saw he is hiding?
Init 4
Odo will follow up behind whoever is charging, hopefully cracking a skull with his staff.
atk 7 dmg 8
bonus 13 dmg 7
Kyanite, seeing the wretched little creature, levels his staff and casts Fire Bolt Attack: 25 Damage: 8
