"Well..." Odo puts a finger to his chin thoughtfully. "It can probably survive a couple of days without food or water. Let's just tie it up outside Phandalin, do what we need to do for a couple of days, then go get it when we leave for the Castle? Someone can check on it periodically if we need to. If it gets away, it probably won't last long all alone in the wilderness, especially if wounded, so it would be in it's best interest to stay put."
As we go along, Kyanite will amuse himself with random castings Minor Illusion at the goblin's expense. Giant spiders on his arms, loud bangs behind him, Klarg standing over him in the middle of the night. :)
Ooc: wait Kasian, what do you mean? Phandelin is a city, not the castle , we already know the road for it, I thought we agreed to go to the city, communicate what happened and seek help, am I wrong?

((OOC: Odo was ready to go to the castle and break some goblern heads, but yeah, I was also under the impression we were first going to Phandelin.))
((Sildar will push to go to Phandelin - both so he can repay you for his rescue and because he has business there. Yeemik does not want to go to either Phandelin or the castle - he wants to be left in the caves, even if that means you leave him tied up. The choice of Phandelin or the castle is yours, though you know from Yeemik that the castle is full of more goblins (many more than here in the caves) and whoever/whatever King Grol is. You also now have a cart full of goods that needs to be returned to the Lionshield Coster in Phandelin, so if you head to the castle, you will need to either leave the cart and goods behind or move more slowly with the loaded wagon.))
ooc: id' vote for taking Sildar's reward and the Lionshield's goods back to their owner, get some money to buy a better equipment (and a wagon?) and asks around for more detials about this "great" king Grol
I say we untie Yeemik (keeping our end of the deal), then go to Phandelin and get Sildar's reward and the money for Lionshield's goods. We stock up, we ask around about King Grol, then we go after Grol with whatever resources we can muster.

As you untie Yeemik, he cackles gleefully. You hear him muttering under his breath, though you don't understand what he is saying. After releasing him, you all gather back at the wagon, now loaded down with the stolen goods bound for the Lionshield Coster. Sildar rests atop the pile, arranging himself to sleep. "The way to Phandelin should be clear - I need to rest. Wake me when we are just outside town." He lays down and promptly falls asleep.
The party makes their way to Phandelin. The journey is uneventful, other than Sildar's constant snoring. As you approach the town, you wake up Sildar. Up ahead, the rutted track emerges from a wooded hillside, and you catch your first glimpse of Phandalin. The town consists of forty or fifty simple log buildings, some built on old fieldstone foundations. More old ruins-crumbling stone walls covered in ivy and briars-surround the newer houses and shops, showing how this must have been a much larger town in centuries past. Most of the newer buildings are set on the sides of the cart track, which widens into a muddy main street of sorts as it climbs toward a ruined manor house on a hillside at the east side of town. As you approach, you see children playing on the town green and townsfolk tending to chores or running errands at shops. Many people look up as you approach, but all return to their business as you go by.
As you get closer, Sildar speaks. ""My friends," he says, "let us secure lodgings. I'm told the local inn is very quaint."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
When Sildar wakes up, Ajax promptly asks:
"For myself, I don't know much of Phandelin, but it looks it had been a much bigger place once, do you know some history about this village? and who rules it now
In the meanwhile he tries to collect some memories himself, all in all it was not far away from where they started
Ajax, you don't remember much about Phandelin, but you do know that it has only one inn - the Stonehill Inn. Sildar says, "I don't know all that much about it myself, but my friend Iarno has been there for several months, so hopefully I can find him, ask him some questions." As you travel down the road into Phandelin proper, you pass a building with a sign out front that says "Barthen's" on it. Looking ahead, you also see a sign for the inn. Sildar points it out, saying, "Let's get some food and some sleep, aye?"
If it's still daytime, Mulligan would take the crates over to Lionshield. Otherwise, he would look for a secure place to stash the cart for the night. If I need to pay a nominal fee for a safe spot (2 gp or less), that's fine.

Yeemik immediately reacts to this, speaking loudly. "NO! Leave me here! You can make it to the castle without me."
"You heard him, let's go." Mulligan immediately starts walking away without untying Yeemik.
Ajax nods without taking any care in the orc “To Phandelin, then”

((So you are leaving Yeemik tied up in the cavern and heading on to Phandelin without him? Just need some clarification here before we proceed.))
((No, just trying to trick him into thinking we going to leave in order to get every bit of help we can get.))
OCC: I think we are all ready to move along with the Goblin acting as a guide.
