Down the left side of the high wall is a fairly narrow alley between the manor's gardens and some townhouses that continues on down the street. In this alley, there is a helpful water barrel and a spot in the wall that is catching a shadow from the manor's roof. Nevertheless, it is broad daylight, despite the relative seclusion of this spot.
Scupper, you cast your spell and are able to form a ladder that reaches about two-thirds of the way up the wall, and then freeze it to create ice. You head to the stop and stand, but are not quite able to reach the top of the wall, at least not without help.
Incantis follows along silently, keeping his familiar in the skies and periodically looking through her eyes. He stands underneath the icy ladder, filling Strix and Scupper's minds with bolstering thrums of harmonic music, pulsing in waves of consonance. ((Bardic Inspiration on both)). The warlock turns his gaze back to the alley, ready to make use of his magicks to turn anyone away.

Scupper, with aid from your friends you are able to scale the wall. You hold on with your hands, and lift yourself up just enough to see over.
The gardens of the Divlayne Estate are well-tended though not too extensive. The manor house itself is on three storeys, with a few large windows facing you, all closed. There is no door that you can see in this side of the building; to your right, you see the gate and a single guard standing and looking out. To your left, you see what looks to be a storeroom separate to the main building and tucked at the far end of the garden, and you see a neat path passing round the side of the manor, headed most likely towards the servants' entrance at the rear. You do not immediately see any sign of other guards.
I motion for everyone to go left and we’ll group up at the storeroom. I’ll help if anyone needs pulling up on this side. Then I’ll head to the storeroom.
So you all head in, over the wall. Everyone who's going, please make a Stealth check and a Perception check as you head towards the storeroom, trying to spot any dangers and avoid being spotted yourselves.
(We may have an absent player or two, so if I don't get the check by tomorrow, I'll assume those characters are staying outside...)
(I did say I'd cast PWT but I didn't factor it into the roll and neither did Scupps, so I guess if we're seen we need to break Line of Sight and I'll do it then?
For the moment, it's only Scupper and Strix who are entering.
(OOC: You might want to stick together on this one, but it's just a suggestion... :) )
You reach the storeroom. There appears to be a single large pair of doors, large enough to admit a small cart or large crates of goods. It's closed. You find a good hiding spot down the side behind some empty crates stacked against the wall, but the doors themselves are in view of the house. You can see the back entrance to the house from where you are, and the back of the house with multiple windows looking down on the garden. The garden on this side of the house seems more functional than decorative, though still pleasant to look at - fewer flowers and more herbs growing. There's no-one in the garden that you can see, but Strix, with his fantastic perception, can see movement through the window nearest to the back door.
There's a general smell of herbs and gardens, but no smell of camel or the appropriate dung, both smell with which you would be very familiar by now.
Varinth joins the group inside the wall, presumably following shortly after Strix and letting the shifter help him up and over the wall. It's not the stealthiest of performances, but you make it to the side of the storeroom without attracting any attention. Yet.
At a whisper: Right lads. So there’s a posh party here in a few days and no one knows why or how they can afford it. We got a missing dramade- drama- a whatsits...camel. We got some connection here to the forsaken...a woman what may be the sister or what have you. A fellow we met once that’s a bit of a bore who likes the less reputable bars is a Divlayne yeah? Let’s get to snooping. Strix can you keep us quiet? Can Inky’s bird keep over watch and we’ll check the drawers or what have you?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Incantis does his best to scale the wall into the gardens, joining the others (Stealth: 25) hiding behind the crates. At Scuppers whisper, he telepaths to the party. "The way I see it, we could either cloud ourselves in shadows, or time our approach when no one's looking; I think the former might be more prudent; we don't want to take chances so early in our raid."
He forgoes ordinary perception to take a moment through Zhudala's eyes. Perception: 19

At Scupper's bidding, Strix swirls his hands through the shadows behind the crates, stirring them up into a brief black squall before letting them settle over the group, clinging to their clothes. As an unsettling silence descends, he flicks his eyes towards the windows and gestures with his fingers to indicate what he saw. (Sorry - notifications weren't coming up! Anyways, Pass Without Trace for those of us who hopped the wall.)

(Is there a roll for giving him a boost without falling off the ladder?)

Roll an Acrobatics or Athletics check, I think. The DC is quite low.

(I'll need Incantis' rolls. And I think we'll just assume that Dekhan makes his way into the garden too, rather than be left outside?)
