Alwin just looks at him "C...can never be to safe s...sir" he says as he opens another barrel dumping it all over the roots.

With that Alwin just begins to walk up the stairs.

'As Kestrell examines this main part of the cellar, with much of the hanging webs and moss burnt away, the sorcerer catches a look inside the now relatively exposed centre of the root system. There appear to be no more large or giant wasps, though he does see the modular almost-honey comb like signs of a large wasp nest inside the root system - which he deduces is likely where the large wasp swarm nested.
Examining the back two rooms of the cellar, Kestrell finds nothing of note inside the Northern-most room except for more crates, barrels and sacks. In the Southern-most room however, the sorcerer finds an old oak chest with bronze binding, as well as signs of how the wasps may have gained entry to the cellar in the first place. Dozens of small-to-large holes pepper the dry and flakey upper wall and ceiling of this room, looking like the possibly remaining signs of many things burrowing through compromised materials and into this room.'
