As Tock's echoing of the alarm bell resounds, the two bearded devils come out of the house into the courtyard and point at the adventurers, exclaiming in the infernal tongue.

Initiative:

• Everyone but Keyrie.
• Bearded Devils
• Keyrie

(I don't have a map yet but will make one up sometime in the next day or so. Dog, Keyrie, and Gash are within 30 feet of the devils. Everyone else is about 60 feet away.)

"Lookie what I have here, I've caught one of the protectors... That dang goblin though made me small... he thought that would be enough to topple me." Gashtaur spits on the ground, "Weak. Take this one to the human woman. Maybe we can do some convincing and get him to take her to the Warlock."

(Can Dog help the deception here at all?)

(He is, which is why it isn't at disadvantage. It is a tough sell, really!)

Gashtaur sighs, "So he's not as dumb as he looks?" and then casts Haste on Dog 

"They aren't buying it, go get 'em big guy."

Tock stops his thing, moves quietly closer (stealth check: 19 and peeks he head around the side of the gate and puts a bolt into one of the devils:

He then pulls back and keeps watching for anyone approaching from behind.

Dog blurts out, "Nev! Grab your things, and we can go quick and reunite you with Genny!" He moves quickly at an angle to be able to throw the javelin of lightning at the two devils, using the clockwork amulet as he fires.

Attack: 18 (10 + 8) Damage: 6 to rear target and 13 lightning damage to the rear target as well as the front target if it fails a DC 13 saving throw.

He then moves to melee range, closest to the one who got hit by Tock's bolt if he can see that, and attacks with his hammer.

Extra Attack: 25 Damage: 9
Hasted Attack: 22 Damage: 11

OOC: Dog bought some food from the main square, and though he gave some of the fruit and sweet things to Genny, and probably ate some of the meat pies, he likely spent enough to still have leftovers, right? Those leftovers would still be on his person? Up to you DM but Dog's been thinking of ways to make sure the teleportation escape plan works better than it did last time and if he has anything left over, he'd likely think of it in his sped-up panic.

Tock strikes BD2 squarely in the chest. Dog then drifts to the right and launches his javelin. BD1 takes the full brunt of the attack and BD2 (DEX(13): 12) does as well. Dog then moves forward, swinging his hammer to strike one time but find only air on the second hit.

(Stones, Keyrie, and Bulwark are up.)

Bulwark will rush into the courtyard, using his movement and the dash action, to stand in front of Gash, shield raised.

Keyrie leaps off of Dog's arm and runs and then dashes around the devils into the open front door, running across the entryway in search of Neventi.

Stones moves up next to Tock and casts Vicious Mockery at the closest devil. (WIS(14) check: 8+2 or take 7 damage.

BD2 attacks Dog with its beard and then its glaive.

Beard Attack: 11 Damage: 6

Glaive Attack: 15 Damage: 6

BD1 moves up to strike at Bulwark in the same way.

Beard Attack: 15 Damage: 7

Glaive Attack: 18 Damage: 13

Everyone may take their round 2 action in any order.

(Oops. I messed up the initiative order. Let's just roll with it.)

Tock moves to the inside of the gate on the right side, a few feet behind Dog and takes another shot at BD2:

Attack: 18 Damage: 28

He then points at the other one and says, "Hit it in the neck, Bulwark!" (giving his next attack roll advantage against BD1)

Tock's bolt pierces the devil's abdomen and it crumples to the ground, dead.

Gash will dash inside running full speed around the Bearded Devils seeing as how his friends disposed of one so quickly, "Nev! NEV! Where are you?!"
