Is the alarm still sounding? Do we see anyone else moving around?
(As his reaction, Dog will use Stone's Endurance to take 14 from that glaive attack that just barely got through even with the +2 AC from haste)
Dog begins to move into the house behind Gash, but stops just as he gets within melee range of the second devil, and stops, turning to face it opposite Bulwark (hopefully flanking it).
Three attacks with his warhammer, unless he drops it with the first two in which case he'll use the hasted action to dash into the house with Gash.
The alarm is stopping this round but stops shortly after the second Devil falls to Dog's three rapid blows.
(Combat has ended, but I'd like you to be explicit in which actions you take. "Search the house" is too general and there is still the possibility of events unfolding in combat-time.)
Keyrie is about 20 feet of Gash, still in her spider form and looking down the hall to the east. Keyrie, Stones, and Bulwark can still take actions and Gash still has to specify a direction for his dash.
Dog will again beckon Stones and Tock to come into the house to search and look for traps, and use the remainder of his hasted movement to pull the bodies of the devils into the house, perhaps stowing them in the closet on the left. Then he'll bearing left and opening the big door of the back center (black) room. He's looking and listening for anything at all, and points at Bulwark's shield to help him with being a good sentinel. As Stones comes from the outside, he suggests that keeping a lookout would be a good idea.
Dog manages to stow the bodies and make it to the doors of the back center room but not open them with his hasted speed.
Stones uses his movement plus a dash to get to the foyer.
Keyrie returns to her normal size and shape and moves down the hall, open the first door on the left. She finds it empty, except for a bedroll and some dirty dishes.
Bulwark can go and Gash can still direct his dash movement.
Dog should be able to get through the doors into the back center room, look around visually for any sign of Nev, then go through the first door and then the second door to just get into the upper left room, calling for Nev the whole way. He also shouts out to his friends as he finds or doesn't find anything, asking them to do the same as they search.
Tock uses the last charge of the Gem of Seeing and follows the others into the house, working closely along with Dog. While peering through the gem he also pays attention to possible scuff marks on the floor for furniture being moved for secret doors. Or threads placed on walking paths to trigger some kind of a trap.
(Which is to say he'd like to do a quick assessment of the rooms they pass through for traps or secret passages. Truesight will help with everything else.)
Dog sees stacks and stacks of gold, silver, copper and platinum on a desk in the first room. The second room is empty. The third room has a bag with some gems spilling out of it. The gems are sitting atop an altar dedicated to Asmodeus, twinkling in the light of numerous black candles. None of the rooms hold any sign of Neventi.
Tock does not see any secrets or illusions as he follows behind Dog, although he only makes it to first room inside the house.
Dog ignores the coins and jewels and doesn't even make it as far as the altar in the last room -- he'd pivot back out to the foyer to search more rooms once he saw Nev wasn't in there. SO if he could be moved back a bit on the map to begin the next round.Every two steps he's just calling out to Neventi, and when he gets back to the foyer, if he sees Gash in the next round, he'd ask if he could still Send to her to ask where she is in the house, and if she could start making some noise to make it easier for them to find her. Dog knows the haste spell by now and is trying to make use of the speed while he has it before he crashes in about a minute (we're in like round 4 by now right?).
(OOC: Friend's report of the minotaur leaving the house didn't mention if Nev was with him or not with him, right? We'd assume that Friend would know Nev on sight and might mention that when Gash was getting his report?)
Gash continues left unless he has already had time to peek into all the rooms on the left he will dash down the right corridor to continue his search, continuing to call for Nev

Okay. No dash necessary. Squares are 5'x5'. You can still take your action.
(Can I see her? I'm going to spend my time looking for her/talking to her. I'm going to leave the fighting up to them for now.)

(No, there is nobody at the entrance to the house except for Keyrie, just ahead, in her spider form.)

Attack: 25 Damage: 12
Extra Attack: 29 Damage: 14

He'll call out to the others outside, "get close, this might be a quick getaway if we find her."
Then Gash will use dash to get in there and start looking around for Nev

And yes, no Nev with the Minotaur.
