Below the water looms the dark bulk of a sunken temple. Looming up and out of the briny murk is the temple’s spire, which appears to have been struck by more than one unfortunate ship, judging by the chunks missing from it. The temple lists toward the north, its roof and walls draped with seaweed and festooned with barnacles. The building’s facade is a mess of partially collapsed walls and ruined scaffolding, making it appear as though the site was still under construction when it sank. But it’s hard to tell which parts weren’t finished and which parts were damaged by the collapse. Most of the roof is gone from the belfry beneath the upthrust spire, but portions of the walls and their arched windows remain. A seaweed-tangled staircase descends deeper into the flooded tower. Layers of silt cover the stone floor of the main section of the temple. Tangled mounds of collapsed scaffolding lie toward the east end of this area. The west side is dominated by a circular pit that stretches from wall to wall, and that throbs with a dim, unnatural light. The light that fills the pit originates in the flicker of intricate magical sigils that cover its top edge and the upper twenty feet of its walls. Those sigils are woven into a complex tapestry of magical light, undulating and writhing like an obscene carpet of snakes. Below their pulsing glow, the pit descends into utter darkness.
THE FINAL CHALLENGE:
- Two additional aboleths (Aboleth1 and Aboleth2) are near the pit are having a mental discussion of some sort. They appear to be against the aboleth, Sgothgah, who captured Sloop. They begin to fight each other and ignore you. - Something terrible is 40' down in the pit. This is what Sgothgah is growing with the victim it has been capturing. - Each round that passes, the creature in the pit rises 10'. Once it emerges it will join the fray. It is unattackable until then. - You can choose which enemies to attack. You can attack Sgothgah, helping his enemies, or help Sgothgah against HIS enemies. What you kill will generate a different ending to the campaign.
Syltra casts Call Lightning at 5th level and electricity arcs through the water to strike Sgothgah, and will Channel the Divinity of the mighty Talos to cause max damage.
50 lighting damage, DC 17 Dex Save for half.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
In a flash of mental communication, Sloop is commanded to attack his fellow adventurers. With blindingly fast swim speed, Michael Sloop Phelps swims around the room, and pokes Erriviel with his rapier:
Attack: 27 Damage: 12
Suave Charming Sneak Attack Damage: 20
Bonus Action: Cunning Action to Disengage
Cunning Action PHB, pg. 96
You can take a bonus action on each of your turns to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action.
And due to his suave underwater hairstyle, no AoOs are allowed on Sloop as he rapidly disengages and swims back to his new Squidward buddy.
Fancy Footwork SCAG, pg. 47
During your turn, if you make a melee attack against a creature, that creature can’t make opportunity attacks against you for the rest of your turn.
Technically, since the order of events frees Sloop from mind control, he doesn't HAVE to attack Erriviel if he doesn't want to.
With Sgothgah dead, the other two aboleth look at you warily and await your next move. They do not seem that aggressive, and with the death of their rival, they seem more concerned about what's in the pit, than fighting level 11 adventurers they can't control armed to the teeth.
