Group C: Kylara, Steinarr and Soron (in any order)
Group A is up. That's Demetrio and X, in any order. Given the situation, you are not surprised, and given your high initiative roll, you can act before the goblins even though they initiated combat. However, you cannot see the goblins at the moment. Check here for a description of the cavern.
X, you notice the three large boulders in the room and feel that at least one of the arrows came from behind the nearest one. You could point this out to the team if you wish - it's a bit general, but they could make a ranged attack with disadvantage based on your words.
Demetrio, you are able to see two goblins hiding behind two boulders in the cavern, and a third crouched behind the walls of the former pool, all with shortbows drawn and in the process of firing.
Group B: Goblins are up.
The first arrow is shot by Goblin 1, from behind the nearest boulder. X cannot see the goblin, so it has advantage, but Demetrio uses his 'Protection' feature as a reaction and imposes disadvantage, cancelling each other out to make a straight roll:
Attack: 23 Damage: 5
The arrow lodges in a shoulder, but X barely seems to notice it (rage reduces damage to 2 HP).
The second arrow comes from behind another boulder; Goblin 2 revealing itself as it fires with advantage:
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
X, another arrow pierces the same shoulder, this time looking like it has caused more damage (4 HP), if you were aware of that through your rage.
The third arrow comes from the goblin behind the wall, and fires towards Demetrio:
Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Demetrio, the arrow hits your side and sticks in, making it painful to move though not restricting your actions.
All three goblins are revealed by the attack; Goblins 1 and 2 are within 30 feet of all party members, and Goblin 3 is a little further away though Demetrio and X could reach him.
Group C is up: Kylara, Steinarr and Soron (in any order)
Kylara moves forward and cast healing word on X (using her last spell slot) and also casting fire bolt towards the unseen goblin behind the closest Boulder ad indicated by X.
Kylara, you hurl the little ball of flame, and you hear a squawk of surprise from the goblin as it lands near him, but it doesn't seem to have connected or done any damage.
Steinarr, the goblin clutches its shortbow and uses it to deflect your attacks, jabbing and waving it erratically just enough to keep your weapons from connecting. It snarls at you.
The modifier +5 was missing in both attacks, but sadly 11 isn't enough to hit.
The fire passes the goblin, narrowly missing its large left ear, and zooms away, eventually hitting the waterfall and being consumed by it.
Round Two:
Group A: Demetrio and X
Group B: Goblin 1, Goblin 2 and Goblin 3. All are behind boulders or the raised wall of the former pool, but they are now visible to everyone. They are also, so far, unharmed, and seem confident they will be victorious.
Group C: Kylara, Steinarr and Soron
Group A is up. That's Demetrio and X (in any order).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Demetrio runs up to goblin 2 and slashes his rapier quickly from left to right as he approaches it. Focusing on the goblins belly and torso as his swings in a graceful manner
I rage again since my last rage has worn off since I didn't hit an enemy last round and I run up to goblin one and try to stab it in the stomach with my javelin
(OOC my last rage actually did not end, I took damage last round which means it is still going, I didn't see that part)
(Ooc: That was the idea of why we pushed you. You take dmg and it last and your way tankier then I am normally with it in effect. I would have been knocked unconscious more then likely. Because we went outside to rest after a fight they knew we were coming And they placed that trap and ambush.)
(OOC: I will say it was a good choice given the situation and really did work out in our favor I do apologize, we'd be dead if we had gone with my idea but in my defense, these goblins are rolling VERY well)

I walk out 20 ft, investigate the area, and use rage as a bonus action
X, make a Perception check.

Demetrio runs up next to X and looks at the rocks closely looking for the goblins in hiding.
