Alten are you whispering, or talking at a normal volume? Either way only one side of the conversation can be heard. Anyone actively looking at the sword can see its glowing.
Sorry, I didn't see your response in this post until I scrolled back due to Sorvas's questioin. I''ve been writing on the assumption that I wasn't speaking at all.
I wrote in the first post #2895 that I was responding mentally and I put it in the spoiler. When you didn't contradict it in 2896 and replied in-character, I assumed it worked and everything was mental.
Alten would not have a one-sided conversation in a 25x20 room in the middle of the night with 8 other people around, not even at a whisper.
No worries. Makes sense and I figured as much, Lol.
In a low voice, so as not to wake the others. "What an interesting bunch. Lot's of turmoil and angst. So many secrets swimming around in their heads. After all this I hope the grove is as amazing as I was told. How are you holding up cell mate?"
Talien would have ideally positioned himself near a door, standing with his sword like a statue Frozen in time for the 6 hours. (Apologize as I did not seem to register it was mental. I seem to be at odds for the moment in reality. Once this move is done and kids are settled in properly, things should fall in order mentally for me. Pardon me in the meantime and my rambles)

Corkie’s brow furrows, “They’re quite the characters to say the least. I hope the grove is amazing for your sake Trick. I am alright, but I am worried about my shrine. It makes sense from a tactical perspective that a doppelgänger would replace someone who’s been absent for awhile, but what happened... it is sacrilege to Pelor.”

No worries man, just clarifying. Since Alten took the south door you presumably would have take the other. I don’t think you would have noticed the glowing glaive. But, would have heard Alten mutter “Wha, who?” In his sleep.
"We can't be down here forever. Once we are done with this place, I will help you free your temple from it's oppression."
“Thank you Trick. I am glad we met... I may not have survived that ordeal without you. By the way.. how are you holding up? I’m sure you’re glad to have that back,” Corkie says as she points to your leather case.
Alten stands for his watch but remains by is bedroll. He has left the shield and scimitar on the floor, but he has propped the Glavie on the wall beside where he stands.

You hear muffled cries coming from the room adjacent to you. Seems like the goblins you tied up and left in there want to be freed...
Talien will stare at/through you and wait for about 1 minute. Making eye contact the whole time his eyes blue. If you say/do nothing he will then say Why? if you hesitate he will say Is it like the baby dance and need to wait until we reach town?
Need a DM ruling on how literal I need to be with Suggestion. Do I realize anything unusual has happened, that a spell was cast? Or do I just believe that he said something that simply coincided with what I already believed and planned to do (at least for the next 8 hours).

The convo was telepathic. As for the glow.. it was faint and there is also a fire going in the room. It would all depend on positioning.
@Sorvas where is Talien sitting in the room?
@SDC where are you positioned?
A strange sense of calmness washes over you. What Eldenser said seems to make sense now and you feel obligated to follow his suggestion.
Alten would probably position his bedroll besides one of the doors. Let's call it the south door.

Sorvas presumably won’t answer until the morning.

Trick and Corkie’s watch goes by without disruption. Talien and Alten assume the last watch. Please make perception checks.

Can Talien whisper without waking up the others? Hmm, I'm under Suggestion.
It was ... was ... something ... I can't talk about right now.
