”It’s hard to explain, but I can manifest what seems like a minor miracle... a gift from Pelor if you will. We’ll open the door to the south where we heard the voices, I’ll work my magic, and scare the living daylights out of the goblins in there... they’re cowardly by nature and will likely flee... we can check out the room make sure it’s clear and then bunk down in here. Shouldn’t take long when all is said and done. Maybe Talien here can stand in the doorway and hold up his arms real big for extra effect... You can even hold torches behind him if you’d like.”
"That could work, and would ensure they get the children out of harm's way," Arxius says. "It would be preferable."
“Alright let’s get to it then... Talien if you would position yourself behind the door... it looks like it opens outwards into that room... Rees, Arxius, Grom ready your bows and spells.. Alten please stand behind Talien and put you arms up... Alright now everyone’s in place on the count of three Talien throw open the door... Grom cast light on Talien’s back... ready... One... Two... Three...”

40. Goblinville
Corkie presses her hands together and offers a silent prayer to Pelor just before Talien throws open the door revealing what might once have been a cathedral — now a goblin lair, thick with the filth of years of goblin life. Scores of wall- and floor-mounted sconces filled with violet-glowing fungi provide illumination. Dozens of goblins go about their daily business, which involves a lot of rudeness and violence. Along the southern wall is a heaping pile of assorted items, including wagon wheels, broken armor and rusted arms, chests, small statues, antique furniture, and artwork.
A split second after the door opens a deafening roar fills the room ahead of you. It sounds like an enraged bear who was just woken up early from a long winter’s nap. Then you begin to feel tremors in the ground as the roar continues. You watch as the goblins look up from their business to see Talien and Alten in the doorway looking like some kind of ancient monster. Each and everyone of the goblins drops what they are doing and process to panic. Suddenly the goblins all dash towards the east and a mad stampede breaks out. Less than a minute goes by and the only movement left in the room is that of a spinning cup that was dropped to the ground in the mad dash.
Corkie stops casting her spells and suddenly starts to laugh, a tear comes to her eye as she says, “I’ve been waiting long enough to do that! Serves them right for locking me up!”
Thoroughly entertained, Rees laughs as well, lowering her bow. "That was amazing! Did you see their faces? That's a good trick." She moves forward into the room to pick up the cup.

Arxius raises an eyebrow, though there is a hint of a smirk on her lips. "Well done," she says.
She will move into the room, recalling the other rooms she saw on the map attached to this.

The southern part of the room houses a large pile of assorted objects. It constitutes the tribe’s loot, mixed in with lots of other stuff taken from the goblins’ victims. You can make an investigation check and see what you can pull out, or salvage (see DC above).
Edit: You seem more concerned with the pile that the door. In your haste to possibly find a new bowstring amongst the objects you bang your shin on a large cast iron pot.
You spend ten minutes and preforming the rite and sketching runes to detect magic then walk the room. You get a faint hint of something coming from behind the door leading to room 36c.

"****-" the word comes out in almost a squeak. Completely at odds with Arxius' usual lower tone. She crouches down and grips her leg for a minute, trying to ease the sudden pain from the iron pot. She'll rub it for a moment or two until she can move past the pain and keep looking around.

[right I'm going to stay away from that door now because clearly Arxius is not meant to even know it exists]

Before casting your ritual you scout the room for signs of your lost kin, but find no evidence they were ever in this room. You do however notice strange markings and trinkets hung on the door to room 36a. The markings appear to be glowing just like the phosphorescent fungi. The mushrooms where perhaps crushed, or juiced to make the paint. The trinket appears to be made of small animal bones that forms an ugly wind chime. This door appears to lead to the goblin shaman’s quarters who you slew just minutes before.

You find two objects of fine quality amidst the goblin shanty — a fine agate statue depicting a beautiful elf (worth 30 gp) and a chain shirt. Nothing else catches your interest in the room and you avoid the door leaving it to the others to figure out.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Talien will check the door over carefully, looking it up and down and inspecting the lock knowing that there is more than likely not a weapon he finds suitable here because of the goblins statures. Perception 3

Do share. Easier to follow along if we know what to expect.

Alten be careful there is a magical essence beyond that door! Judging by the markings and things I think this might have been the home of the shaman.
