After a short rest the party sets off and soon reach a wooden door well concealed by reeds and other marsh plants. If Thrash hadn't led you directly to it you would have missed it completely and now ....?
"This is secret entrance... you with me so it OK... Stay close."Thrash would add with a hiss as he approaches the door.
(OOC: If it is locked and I have a key he would unlock it.. .if it isn't locked he will open it... if it is locked and we don't have a key he would have them try to pick the lock... he doesn't want to break down the door)
As Thrash peers inside he sees a corridor about 60 feet long that seems to form the shaft of a 'T'. About 30 feet down on the west side there is another passageway joining the corridor.
As Thrash closes the door the corridor dims and grows increasingly darker. We've now got six people crowded just inside the door. Only Zin (Darkvision) can make out that the corridor looks like a combination of natural material and occasionally worked areas, mainly shored up with wood. About 30 feet away on the right they can see some dim flickering light.
"Follow" Thrash would reply as he moves to the front of the group and heads towards the flickering light. He would keep his shield out in front of himself in case they are met with any surprised lizardfolk.

Thrash leads the party down the corridor to the junction (map will go up once you've explored a bit more). It leads to small room that functions as a guard room. Inside the room are five Lizardmen; one has a shield strapped to his back and a battle axe in his belt. The other four are unarmed but characters 2 & 3 can count four large two-handed clubs leaning against the wall. The Lizardman carrying the shield - who also has a large tattoo of what looks like a reptile's egg about to hatch on his chest - seems to be haranguing the other four. As Thrash steps into the room it looks up at him and hisses "Oi broei wat doen jy hier? Dit is ons ruimte. U soort is nie gewild of nodig nie!"

Oi hatchling what are you doing here. This is our space. Your kind aren't wanted or needed!

Thrash would reply as it steps towards the lizardfolk, putting himself between them and his companions. He would still only have his shield drawn but his hand would hover very close to the handle of the flail dangling at his side.

The lizardman hisses back at Thrash "Sneeuvlokkie, ons help nie met u lot nie. Waarom u Koningin wil sien? Om niks oor haar oor te fluister nie!"He then stands up taller and more threateningly before continuing "Nie deur hierdie deur nie. Gaan 'n ander manier!

"Well my big scaly friend" says Griff to Thrash, "Do you have a way to get through this here door, or will you need me to open it for ya?"
Griff also investigates the area to see if he can see any evidence of a trap on or around the door (or it's lock if it has one).

Thrash would pull open the unlocked door and stick his long green snout inside.
