"What the fork was that?!" Tallow is nearly tossed off the small boat.  He pulls his spoon and readies Fire Bolt but doesn't fire it since he can't see anything.  He will hold it until he can see whatever hit them. Attack: 14 Damage: 11 Disadvantage attack roll 12

Wakka takes a large chunk out of the rowboat's edge, but manages to strike the invisible creature with his second swing! (Will wait for the other two...AC14 creature, but it is invisible so all attacks are at disadvantage!)

"Damnit, can't this be simple for once? Keep focused, and brace yourselves!" he let's loose an arrow before whispering the command of his dancing weapon sending it to attack

Manfred quickly collects himself, and realising what’s happening he quickly casts Faerie Fire in the vicinity of the elemental… (DC15 Dex ST or be rendered visible, and attacks will have advantage).

Manfred knows what to do - but he misjudges the range to the creature and it is not hit by his spell!

The creature once again attacks the rowboat - this time trying to break it apart! Attack: 9 Damage: 8

Luckily, your attacks made it a bit cautious and it only hit a glancing blow. Still - roll a DC10 Dex save to stay in the boat. (You are all up again!)

Casts See Invisibility

Tallow will point his spoon and shout out directions to try to help his friends aim at the creature.

With Tallow's guidance, Wakka "thought" he could see where the creature was located and managed to hit it twice with his magical axe.

Genren tries to shimmy his body as he braces for the impact. He takes aim once again (using  steady aim-bonus action- to cancel out the disadvantage :)) taking a deep breath and arching his back as he fires his bow: Attack: 27 Damage: 9

Manfred? Then the creature goes again...

Invisible Stalker(-38) - (OK - your benevolent DM rules that after this round, with Tallow's guidance, an arrow sticking out of the creature, and some frost from Wakka's continued hits, you may now attack normally!)

The invisible stalker - now more visible due the arrow sticking out of it and the gashes from Wakka's magical axe - comes after the boat again! Attack: 14 Damage: 9

A small leak begins to slowly fill the rowboat with seawater...

Manftred tries to stab the attacker with his rapier, out of frustration at his missed spell...

"Someone get this leak under control! I see you now you bastard" He looks at the elemental, takes in a deep breath and focuses his eyes entering an almost meditative state. He fires his arrow as it glistens slightly with the technique of his ancestors (Steady aim + elven Accuracy)

Seeing the leak and not quite sure how to plug it up, Wakka  did the first thing he could think of and pulled off his Animated Shield from his back and slammed it down onto the floor of the boat above the leak.  "Maybe that'll work?" Wakka called out as he put pressure on the back of the shield to seal the hole as best as he can.

• Action (I'm assuming): place and hold the shield above the leak
• Bonus Action: Activate Animated Shield

Invisible Stalker(-49)
Activating the Animated Shield causes it to hover around you in order to protect you - that means it won't stay pressed against the boat to help stop the leak...nice idea, though! Feel free to attack if you want.

After comically watching Wakka attempt to keep the floating shield down on three times in a row, he rose, scowled and said, "Damn this boat and this shield!  I hope you all can swim!"  before slashing at the elemental with his axe.

"I don't think I have time to try to mend the boat.  Let's focus on killing this thing."  Tallow releases Fire Bolt Attack: 20 Damage: 11

Tallow will use Tides of Chaos to roll with advantage.  Advantage attack roll 19

Tides of Chaos - Starting at 1st level, you can manipulate the forces of chance and chaos to gain advantage on one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. Once you do so, you must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.

Any time before you regain the use of this feature, the DM can have you roll on the Wild Magic Surge table immediately after you cast a sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher. You then regain the use of this feature.

Tallow's chaotic magic bends the fire bolt into the invisible stalker, causing more damage! (Invisible Stalker(-86))

Manfred is up!

Manfred jabs one of his daggers into the gap in the planks in an attempt to stop the leak (bonus action?) before trying to stab the stalker with his rapier again…

(14 to hit with disadvantage, 9 piercing damage)

Manfred's attack wounds the stalker again - enough that it flies off and disappears in the mist hanging over the choppy waters! (Combat over =)
