As he leaves the tavern with Amrik and the Vanthampur brother's entourage, Darvin makes a quick surreptitious glance toward Tibi, confirming that events are so far unfolding mostly according to plan, and continues walking in the direction of the Duke's residence.
OoC: Would Drabash be positioned in the direction they are walking?
Gil would remain disguised and attempt to stay towards the back of the group as they head towards the mothers house. As they walk, he would look towards Darvin and attempt to communicate telepathically. Davin sees images of the group attacking the three enemies in an ally and then question marks..
Drabash realizes a bit too late that the group headed north and he found himself a bit out of position. But he is able to follow behind the others and the fog seems to conceal him.
Tibi you notice that as Amrik leaves towards the north the two ravens that were in the crow's nest of the Low Lantern launch into the air and begin to follow him.
Amrik continues north with Darvin and Gilbert and the 2 bodyguards. He sticks to the center of the streets and does not move towards any alleys. Drabash has found himself behind by about 50 feet and trying not to lose the group in the fog but also has not been seen. Tibi also flies undetected 50 feet above Amrik.

Its a dark night but do the ravens look like there trying to remain inconspicuous (Nature = 20) or are they quite overt.
It's not dark, just foggy. You can tell they are deliberately following the group on the ground and don't act like normal ravens. But they are also staying high enough to not be seen.
A few blocks later your opportunity presents itself. Amrik was staying close to the docks but he comes across a section of the docks that juts out further west into the bay. Here a row of buildings, mainly warehouses crosses his path. He then heads down an alley to cut through the section of buildings.
You are now out of sight of peering eyes. The bodyguards and Amrik are on guard for attacks but not from those they consider for the moment allies.

The disguised Gilbert would pull his wand from his pocket and quickly cast magic missile towards Anrik as an explosion of multicolored magical darts stream from his wand and slam into the enemy.

I am hoping that since it is a surprise round they don't have any way to cast a spell to prevent that.
Tibi glides in behind the Spined Devil and quickly lunges with his Rapier {Attack: 24 Damage: 12} which he quickly follows up with his Shortsword {Attack: 13 Damage: 11}. The attack with the Rapier is particularly deadly as it pierces deep into the creatures back {9}.
Round 1
(OOC: The attack in the surprise round probably didn't drop the creature so here is his Round 1 attack.)
Realising that his first attacks probably didn't drop the creature Tibi quickly follows with two more attacks {Rapier - Attack: 22 Damage: 12} and {Shortsword - Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.}. This time it is the Shortsword that he works deep into the creature's back {5}.
If the creature is still standing/flying, Tibi quickly back wings away until he is about 30 feet away.
As the trio pass by Tibi he quietly [Stealth = 18) launches himself in the air and glides after the trio ready to strike at a moment's notice.

Drabash, give me a perception roll please.
Tibi, I need a perception roll from you as well.

Gil gets back an image of a back alley, out of sight and earshot of city guards who might not take kindly to the son of a Duke being ambushed.

Gil would follow behind.. still disguised and looking for a good time to attack... He would slide his hand into his pocket and grip his wand
Realising he has almost falling asleep on his post (Again...) Drabash hurries after as quietly as he can.

OoC: So, are we assuming we have surprise, then, because they are not expecting us to attack them? Or not, because they are generally on guard?
