OOC: So, the attack does not use a move action, so it does not count as movement, while the damage type was bludgeoning, so I'm not sure if that could be absorbed. If it can, tell me and I'll include it.
Dihek'nir is unable to resist the Granny's spell and takes the full brunt of the 24 damage. He then proceeds to strike the Granny, dealing her 16 damage. He tries to push the crone into the pot, for which the Granny again needs to perform a STR save: 23.
The Granny is once again able to resist Dihek'nir's strike and does not fall into the pot.
Ferdinand and Bala are also successful in their attacks, dealing the Granny another 16 damage. For a total of 83.
Meanwhile, Bazhak and Zeng focus on the Ape, being moderately successful, and dealing it another 21 damage, for a total of 92.
OOC: I won't be bothering with writing out the bots' full rolls, as it's just a waste of time. They will be generally moderately successful from now on.
It is the Enemy's turn now.
After the strikes received, both the Granny and the Ape looked quite worn down. So, once their turn was on, the Granny turned to the Ape and cackled:
"Sorry, Shnukums, you were always my favorite Barlgura, but Granny's gotta go on without you now".
With that, she puts her hands up and the Ape begins to disintegrate, with blood and fluids draining from it and magically going towards the Granny, who absorbs the Ape's health and, then disappears only to reappear in a different corner of the room:
"You made me kill Shnukums, and I can't even feed him to the Boss! You will pay for this!"
She is looking to be fully healthy. What's more, there is a sort of aura around her (covering her and the adjacent squares), that, from the look of it, should be harmful to all those who touch it.
OOC: J4 is a huge pillar that takes up the entire square, so I've moved Ferdinand to J3 instead.
Ferdinand and Gedyr are successful in attacking the Granny, dealing a combined 15 damage. Bazhak also takes out a crossbow as he is quite hurt, while Zeng is able to shoot at the Granny, dealing a further 10 damage, for a grand total of 25.
The Granny attempts to cast a spell, but no voice comes out of her throat. She thinks a bit, then looks at Dihek'nir, slowly puts up her hand and extends the middle finger. She does mutter something without a voice, likely attempting a different sort of magic, but no effect can be seen.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bazhak and Zeng choose to attack from the distance as well, dealing 19 damage to the Granny between them.
Dihek'nir's and Bala'sbols both fly at their target, but are very slightly off course, both missing by the same amount, one going too much to the right, with the other going too much to the left.
Finally, Ferdinand's shot is quite successful, dealing the further 15 psychic damage to the Granny, who has been dealt a total of 59 damage after healing herself.
Upon having time to act, the Granny, instead of casting some incantation, all of a sudden, leaps forward, towards Zeng. The inhuman jump knocks the target off hsi feet and back into the wall, dealing 17 damage. Additionally, the Granny strikes at Zeng with her long claws as well, striking twice.
Attack 1 - 9, damage, if hit - 10
Attack 2 - 25, damage, if hit - 13
With both of her attacks hitting as well, Zeng crumples at the wall, clearly falling unconscious. He is lying helpless before the Granny, who seems to have lost her aura due to having moved.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bazhak is the first to strike the Hag, running at her with his axe, but, before he has a chance to hit her, the Granny manages a reaction, catching the half-Orc by surprise and hitting him in the face and dealing him 17 damage. Bazhak not only takes the damage, but is unable to perform the attack.
Ferdinand's Magic Missile hits the Granny square in the chest, forcing her to recoil in pain and shout: "I will cut you up and tenderize you with a spoon!".
The obviously hurt Granny is next stabbed by Gedyr, clearly leaving her on the verge of death. She is lucky that Dihek'nir's shot misses her by quite some distance, as, otherwise, she would be dead.
However, her luck runs out when the white Tabaxi strikes her from a distance. Even though the projectile did not pack much of a punch, it was enough for the alreadly almost dead Hag to be sent over the edge. Upon being hit, she slumps down on the floor, life leaving her now useless body.
Bazhak uses his relentless endurance to go back to 1 HP instead of losing consciousness, while Zeng is revived by Dihek'nir. The two are no longer under the risk of death.
After the Hag is killed as well, the party has a chance to look around the room they find themselves in. First they notice the prisoners, slumped down on the floor in their cell. They look roughly like this:
The five of them seem rather traumatized by their experiences. Upon seeing the Hag die, the older man with a beard approaches the bars separating their cell from the rest of the room and addresses the party:
"Pray, tell me that you are here to save us. Even if you kill us though, thank you for destroying those monsters. They killed four of our friends... They cooked them and fed them to that monstrosity downstairs... So, a quick death would be a great mercy for us... What would you do to us? And who are you?"
Besides them, the room is quiet, The pile of weapons was clearly lifted from the prisoners, and contain nothing of particular interest (At least nothing that could not be found in Edgor's pile earlier), as nothing within is magical or in any way special. Whoever sent these men did not care to outfit them all that well.
The huge pot in the top left corner of the room has some sort of stew bubbling in it. None of you feel like checking what it is made of, but you do have morbid assumptions. The long table also has some disgusting pieces of meat, bone and skin on them. This is clearly a kitchen, cooking for whoever is downstairs.
Finally, on the wall you can see a cross between a huge sword and a humongous knife, over for feet in length. It looks like this:
This is clearly what was used to cut up the poor victims, However, it can also be seen, that this is no mere large knife. It is the Barlgura's "Cooking" Knife
Ferdinand steps to the man in the cage. „Our identity depends on who you are. Are you the dukes men, we will be your end, if not, we will be the ones to bring you out of this ruin.“
OOC: So, the attack does not use a move action, so it does not count as movement, while the damage type was bludgeoning, so I'm not sure if that could be absorbed. If it can, tell me and I'll include it.

Here's the positioning after round 3:

Reloading. Taking another shot at granny.
Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Bazhak and Zeng choose to attack from the distance as well, dealing 19 damage to the Granny between them.

Here's the positioning after round 5:
It is your turn now.
Ferdinand casts Magic missile at 3rd level for 21 force damage. He stays where he is.
he shouts: „i dont like this situation one bit, can we end this?“
Olloray Dim - Limbo's Pit
Gunther Korroden - Nightmares in the Mist
Gedyr will sprint to the Granny seeing her aura gone and make an attack.
Attack: 26 Damage: 9
Reaction: Any attack against him he will cast Shield to bring his AC to 24.
If Granny tries to cast a spell, he will Counterspell
Dihek'nir moves to K6, casts Healing Word on Zeng for 6 and takes another shot with his crossbow:
Attack: 3 Damage: 3
"How am I missing this hag!?" Reload. Fire!
Attack: 25 Damage: 4
Bazhak is the first to strike the Hag, running at her with his axe, but, before he has a chance to hit her, the Granny manages a reaction, catching the half-Orc by surprise and hitting him in the face and dealing him 17 damage. Bazhak not only takes the damage, but is unable to perform the attack.
