Soar continues to strike at the spider in front of her, and then if it drops she moves forward to the smaller one.

Jalt misses, but Soar hits twice - not quite enough to bring Spider D down though.

Two spiders pop back into existence, one next to Tangle, the other by Soar:

Spider B on Tangle:

With Soar's Shield of Faith, that just misses. And the attack on Tangle also misses.

Spider G attacks Jalt:

Nada. Zip.Zilch.

The black spider attacks once again with its spirit weapon on Soar:

It then moves to flank Spider C, and attacks Soar with its own dagger:

That's a hit! Soar takes an additional 18 poison damage, no save.

Bazavur attacks Spider G:

His first attack kills it, so he redirects the second to the Black Spider, but misses.

Soar and Jalt are up.

She turns her attention to Black Spider.

Attack: 26 Damage: 8

Tangle destroys the spider next to her.

That's a miss and a hit from Soar.

Jalt is up.

Jalt seeing Soar almost surrounded, moves to flank Black Spider 1, reaches out and casts Inflict Wounds at 1st lvl Attack: 16 Damage: 26

Jalt's attack is pretty intense; the creature shudders as the life is leeched from it, though it still seems pretty healthy afterwards.

Spider C attacks Soar:
Attack: 17 Damage: 5

And misses. And vanishes.

Spider D attacks Soar:
Attack: 8 Damage: 10

Spider F attacks Bazavur:
Attack: 23 Damage: 10

Bazavur CON save: 18

Bazavur takes a little bite, but nothing that troubles him.

The strange black spider attacks Soar once again, with floating dagger and the dagger in its strange half-hand half-leg:

Tangle stabs her saber into the ground in front of her, then draws an arrow and nocks it, pulling and sighting along it at the black spider. Time to take the leader.

Tangle's arrow hits the creature's horrid body, drawing a thick green ooze from the wound. It's still up though.

Bazavur nods, and turns to attack the same creature, following Tangle's lead:
