Sorry, I forgot that Soar was standing next to Borngray, so I'll update the map for that - some adjustments to retcon the attacks, but the new map should be fine.
Soar should also make a concentration saving throw to hold onto the Moonbeam. Assuming she passes:
Borngray's CON save: 19 Cultist 2's CON save: 2
Borngray looks surprised and furious. The cultist looks badly hurt.
Afka, the leader of this little group, falls to the ground as the radiant light and heat erupt around her and seem to squeeze the life from her body. Cultist 2 is dead.
Cultist 1 takes a blast of cold energy to his face, but remains focused on Nate.
Round Two Borngray Nate Cultists 1 and 3 Soar, Nub and Jalt
Borngray snarls and spits a single word: Fool! It's not clear who he's referring to. Drawing a longsword, he makes two attacks on Soar:
Attack: 17 Damage: 12 Attack: 17 Damage: 11
They're both big hits, but they bounce of Soar's shield, leaving her unharmed. And then, Borngray moves around the paladin and vanishes, reappearing at the mouth of the corridor, and then turning to run. Nate you have an Opportunity Attack on Borngray with a melee weapon if you wish.
Nate can't contain his scream of pain when the scimitars slice up his body through his leather armor. He tries to refocus himself, and when Borngray runs by, Nate tries to swing wildly at the elf with his bloody fist (unarmed strike): 13, 2 damage on a hit. (no roll required for damage, I believe.).
After that, Nate will move north one square, bring his fists to his chest, and then explode his arms open with a raging yell of anger, casting Thunderwave at 2'nd level.
4 CON 15, half for success
If they fail the save, would you consider adding bludgeoning damage as they'd be slammed into the wall with the force of the spell pushing them 10 feet back? If so, please roll it to save time.

CON saves:
Cultist 1: 10 Cultist 3: 20
It's not an insignificant amount of damage; you see both cultists lifted off their feet and slammed into the shelves in the wall, sending ornaments and books cascading noisily to the ground.
(Sorry, no extra damage.)
Damned traitor, one says in common, and they both continue to attack Nate:
The first strike stabs into Nate's side, knocking him off balance; the second slashes across the neck. A huge gout of blood spurts out as Nate falls to ground, unconscious and bleeding out.
Soar, you see Nate fall right in front of you, and you hear but do not see Borngray speeding away.
If Soar can, she'd like to move next to Jalt, see if she can see Borngray, the moonbeam moving ahead of her in pursuit of Borngray, and if she can see him, move it the rest of the way to get him (can move 60 feet). Then she'd like to move next to Nate to be ready to lay on hands two hp next round.
^ And to the above, if Soar can stand astride Nate's form, in between him and the cultists, that'd be great. Still not sure if my gambit works but trying anyways.
Borngray staggers as the divinely guided magical bolt slams into him, and the light of the Moonbeam surrounds him. Soar takes position standing guard over the unconscious Nate.

Nub runs over to Nate, within both cultists reach and pours his potion of healing down Nate's throat for 8 hp (potion removed).
If that is a bonus action, he will:
Move out of combat range allowing any opportunity attack, move into the doorway, cast ray of frost on Borngray: Attack: 8 Damage: 14. If that hits, Borngray's speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of my next turn. He will then move out of the doorway, so as not to block Jalt.
If that is an action, he will:
Still move out of combat range allowing any opportunity attack and will move to be as close to Borngray as possible without blocking the hallway for Jalt.
You step up to Afka and push against her, but she's ready and pushes back, keeping her position.
At Afka's signal, all three cultists grab their weapons from the floor and attack.

(I don't have exact positions for you, but I'm assuming you all entered the room at some point, and that the moonbeam is still up.)
Cultist 3 attacks Soar again, while Cultists 1 and 2 attack Nate:
Against Soar:
Attack: 17 Damage: 9
Attack: 10 Damage: 7
Against Nate:
Attack: 10 Damage: 4
Attack: 7 Damage: 6
Attack: 14 Damage: 7
Attack: 25 Damage: 14
Some solid damage there against both of you, and scimitars slash and cut with lightning precision.
Soar, Nub and Jalt are up.
I think I can move the moonbeam onto Borngray, 2, and 1, so I’ll do that. 16 radiant.
Soar gets stabbed again, the wound cutting deep, and her eyes flare in fury, arm casting the moonbeam forward in a wordless roar.

Nub and Jalt are up.
Jalt points at Cultist 2 and casts Guiding Bolt at lvl 1 Attack: 22 Damage: 16

"Ive heard it both ways."

Afka, the leader of this little group, falls to the ground as the radiant light and heat erupt around her and seem to squeeze the life from her body. Cultist 2 is dead.
Soar you maintain concentration.
Nub is up.
Nub casts ray of frost on Cultist 1: Attack: 16 Damage: 9
If that hits, its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of my next turn.
Cultist 1 takes a blast of cold energy to his face, but remains focused on Nate.

Nate is also up for your main turn.
(Would Primal Savagery count as a melee attack? And then would I also be able to cast another spell for the actual turn?)
(I don't think he can)
Nate can't contain his scream of pain when the scimitars slice up his body through his leather armor. Yes, quite clearly.
Jalt points to Borngray and casts Guiding Bolt lvl 2.... (running out of slots lol).

add +10 for guided strike

Nub, you can feed a potion to Nate using a full action and without getting near enough to provoke an Opportunity Attack.
Round Three
Borngray
Nate
Cultists 1 and 3
Soar, Nub and Jalt
Borngray winces from the Moonbeam damage, but he continues to run away and you hear him headed down the stairs.
Soar, roll a fresh damage roll for the Moonbeam please.
Nate is up, conscious but prone after Nub's healing potion took effect.
