The arrow this the cultist between the eyes; they fall to the ground. The greatsword, though it remains lit up, clatters to the rocky ground at Bazavur's feet.
After having taken a hit, Jalt immediately notices that the enemies are coming to them.. casts Spirit Guardians at lvl 3.... damage is 14 Wisdom 15 save.. half damage on a save

Soar takes the hit from W1 and almost steps into the breach, but instead loops around W1 (taking an AoO, and casting shield if it's 18-22), one square to the SE.
Now flanking W1 with Bazavur, she presses her attack with her axe.
Attack: 19 Damage: 13+4 hexblade's curse plus 9 radiant damage from divine smite Attack: 18 Damage: 9+4 hexblade's curse
If she can slide the greatsword with her boot toward Bazavur, she will, but if she can't she won't.
"I'm like a bad copper, I always turn up!" she says to W1 through gritted teeth.
As Soar moves, the cultist (W2) swings at her wildly, but misses (7 against AC).
The first attack seems almost enough to bring W1 down to the ground; the second attack does it. The cultist dies, an axe sticking from his skull.
F2 is getting bombarded by angry flying magic dragons, but isn't too badly hurt by them. Having heard Jalt cast the spell, he turns and attacks. The first stab with the shortsword misses (Nat 1), but the second hits (20 against AC) for 4 points of piercing damage and 6 points of poison damage.
Bazavur exclaims excitedly in his rage, “MY SWORD!!” as he throws the glaive at c2 (17 to hit, 15 force damage, (or 15 if disadvantage applies for ranged attack while in melee)). With his hands free he quickly grabs the hilt of his sword, steps forward and swings at f2 (20 to hit, 15 slashing). As he returns to a readied stance, the glaive magically reappears in his hand.
C2 dies of very unexpected flying glaive death; wasn't expecting it to be used at range!
F2 is hardier, and manages to stay up, but is looking hurt.
With the now familiar fanaticism of the dragon cultists, C1 decides not to run away but instead to fight what appears to be a losing battle. On their face is not the slightest doubt of their inevitable victory, if not now then in a future life perhaps. They scream in anger, or in pain from the flying dragons, and make two stabs at Balassar. One mises (11 against AC), one hits (22 against AC, 9 points of damage - reduced to 4).
The arrow sails through the darkness of the cavern, into the light of Bazavur's reclaimed sword, and into the leg of the cultist. The very very badly hurt cultist.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jalt with his reaction will cast War God’s Blessing, adding 10 to Soar's first attack. With his action, he will swing at F2 with his warhammer Attack: 23 Damage: 4

It's only with Jalt's final warhammer that F2's skull gets thoroughly smashed to pieces.
(I didn't post the map with C1's new position, and it would take time to re-do everything based on where he was standing, but he only had 1 HP left so let's say he slipped in the blood and cracked his skull when he fell.)
The only surviving cultist is W2, and a cascade of tiny flying dragons tears him to pieces.
Combat is over. Several cultists lie dead on the ground.
Tangle rises from her spot, and makes her way wading or swimming or whatever, to the shore with the rest of the party. She pads past the others and down the hall wordlessly, arrow nocked and ready. Is she being cautious? Is she just looking for more people to kill? Unclear.

Bazavur stows his glaive on his back happy to have recovered his sword. He then begins searching the bodies of these dragon cultist for more of the groups gear.
Soar makes sure to move her [spelll]moonbeam[/spell] farther into the cavern and out of Tangle's way. She'll listen for any instruction from the eladrin of where it should move, or if it should turn off.
"Thank you, Jalt," she says simply. She mutters a prayer to Kelemvor, thanking Him for giving her another chance, and for guiding her blade.
She tries to help Bazavur search the bodies of the cultists, and particularly looks at gloves and boots she thought she recognized. And there's some kind of armor she thought seemed familiar. Did any of the cultists carry shields she recognizes? But her attention's mainly on pockets and pouches.
She takes a bonus action to Harness Divine Power and gain back a second level spell slot. She also drops the Neronvain disguise. But mostly she catches her breath, waits for Tangle to report back/call for help, and searches bodies, beyond the items she had recognized.
Tangle, you walk quietly down the hall; the two small caves at the end show no signs of life remaining, and you do not hear any movement beyond.
Bazavur and Soar, you find on the various cultists a total of four items that you had owned previously; the Moon-Touched Sword that Bazavur has already picked up, Boots of Elvenkind, Armour of Resistance and Gloves of Missile Snaring. They also have a total of 32 gold, 26 silver and 45 copper pieces among them. Nothing else of great interest - standard weapons and armour, worth a little gold if you sold it in Waterdeep.

"Ive heard it both ways."
Spirit Guardians stays up.
The cultist W2 moves out to attempt to attack Soar, but fails twice, sword flailing inexpertly through the air.
Round Five:

Bazavur
C1 and C2
Tangle
Jalt and Soar
F2 and W2
Bazavur is up. The moontouched greatsword was already pretty much at your feet, but Soar has kicked it even closer.

Tangle is up.
Tangle draws smoothly on the cultist attacking Jalt, breathes and looses.
(Imma shorthand this)
Move, BA, Action: Shoot F2: no Move -> Steady Aim -> Advantage = Elven Accuracy + Sneak Damage, in game log:
22 to hit F2, for 18 piercing damage
(rolled 7, 22, 7 to hit)
Reaction: reserved for avoiding damage.

Soar and Jalt are up.
Soar ducks in between F2 and W2, back to where she was before. Flanking F2 with Jalt, she attacks with battleaxe.
Attack: 13/12 Damage: 8
Attack: 16/11 Damage: 11
She frowns at her seeming misses, and utters a small prayer to the dragons in the dragon blender to give her a hand.
Jalt with his reaction will cast War God’s Blessing, adding 10 to Soar's first attack. With his action, he will swing at F2 with his warhammer Attack: 23 Damage: 4

Tangle returns to the group. “Nobody nearby, but we should clear out the complex just in case. What have you found?”
She is uninterested in any of the magic items, or the money. She will wait impatiently while the others sort themselves out.
(The Boots should go to one of the armored characters who need it to move quietly.)
