"Answer again to my friend, this time without lying. You four do not have the look of weary travelers. Who are you? Bandits? Dragon worshippers?" says Krom taking a few steps on his left and putting his hand on the warhammer's handle.
"I do not know what you seek dwarf, but you will not find it here. Orcs lived in this keep and they are all dead. We found the place empty. We seek what treasure we can find, that is all." She says in reply. The look on her face makes it clear she does not like to be accused of lying.
Her compatriots also straighten and hands drop to weapons.
"We were here first. You may stay the night and rest if you wish, but you move on in the morning."
"A white dragon uses this keep as its lair, we are here to defeat the wyrm." replies Krom, "Where did your other companion go? We saw horse tracks on the trail leading up here."

Kazri tries to determine if what the female leader said about the treasure is sincere. (Insight: 18)
Kazri steps forward (one step in front of her companions), and drops her shield forcefully. She digs the bottom of the shield into to the snow covered ground, and holds it up right with her left hand. She speaks in a calm tone:
"What treasures lies within this keep does not concern me. We are here for the White Wyrm. For we took upon ourselves to rid this region of its terror." She then shows the leader her weapon, in a non threatening way. "This is the famed Dragon Slayer Sword. It has already slayed a great dragon ages past, and if needed, we shall require its services once more." Kazri now sheaves the sword. "We only want to make sure that there is no dragon in this keep. If there is indeed nothing in this keep, we will move on, and trouble you no more. Thus, it is up to you the manner that we enter this place."
(If applicable, Kazri will take the Dodge action.)

"That's a pretty sword, too bad there is no dragon to slay here. Now get you gone, I'm not sure I want you staying the night now. There's plenty of daylight left for you to get off the mountain and back to the forest below. Our companions will return with supplies soon." She growls at Kazri.
Kazri can tell these 4 are sellswords, possibly brigands. They look to be veterans of many campaigns. Treasure is certainly what they are here for.
"How long have you been here? This keep is a White Dragon's lair, you may have not seen it yet, but the Dragon lives here and it will return soon. We are here to defeat it once and for all, we do not have time to quarrel with you and your friends." replies Krom still maintaining a defensive stance. "Let's us pass, our business is with the Wyrm, not with you." (If appliable Persuasion20 )
"You keep speaking of a dragon like you are going to scare us away so easily? We've been here two tendays and we ain't seen no dragon. The others from our group will be back anytime today from Triboar. We'll throw you out if push come to shove. Find your own abandoned keep to move into, this one is ours."
She looks pointedly at Krom
"I hear you dwarves had a nice one south of here. Go reclaim that one. We ain't budging!"
Chip would move to pull out his lute and give it a few quick strums to lighten the mood. "Now... let's not fight. They way I see it we are all on the same side." The drgonborn would say as he moves a little closer to the group. "You all want to live in a nice place with no dragons living in it... and we want to kill a dragon.. see... same team!" He would add with a nod of his horned head as he strums a few more notes. "Perhaps you have heard of me... Chip Tune-tail is the name. I am sure you have heard of me. Why don't we all sit while I play a tune to help us all relax and rest for a bit. Hard working folk like yourselves deserve a little rest and relaxation." He would say with a smile as he snaps his fingers and dancing lights circle around his head. His cloak would billow behind him as he begins to strum a little faster and tap his foot. "Why can't we be friends! Why can't we be friends! Whyyy can't we be friends! Why can't weeee beeee friends!!" Chip would sing as his lights move through his companions and the sell swords.

As Chip starts his song and the hypnotic pattern of the lights flash around the 4 sell swords the leader, Syleen shuts her eyes and resists the lure of the song. Runa, who stands to her right, and Brakkis behind her are caught in the thrall of the song but behind him Jabral also is unimpressed.
Syleen yells attack as she moves to cover the gap.
Recognizing Chip's spell weaving for what it was, Rhogar and Ghorar had looked away out of habit. Seeing the results after elicits a tired sigh, and a firmer grip upon the ivory staff in hand. Rhogar lets out a long sigh, and shakes his head. "It would seem either WAY, negotiations have somewhat broken down, Chip." He said, noting at least one shaking it off from his position. "I'll defer to you lot, but we must see to the dragon at all costs. If these lot must insist upon having their heads knocked together, and straight answers drawn out, Vixix willing, it shall be done." He states, lacing his last words with a magic to empower several with the phantom guidance and protection of a Kirirn.

(Should any of the bad guys that got charmed try to help / prevent the other bad guys from attacking me?)
Starting at 3rd level, you can charge your performance with seductive, fey magic.
If you perform for at least 1 minute, you can attempt to inspire wonder in your audience by singing, reciting a poem, or dancing. At the end of the performance, choose a number of humanoids within 60 feet of you who watched and listened to all of it, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. While charmed in this way, the target idolizes you, it speaks glowingly of you to anyone who talks to it, and it hinders anyone who opposes you, although it avoids violence unless it was already inclined to fight on your behalf. This effect ends on a target after 1 hour, if it takes any damage, if you attack it, or if it witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies.
If a target succeeds on its saving throw, the target has no hint that you tried to charm it.

Here's about how I think you are in the rooms. Let me know if this looks about right.
