(Ok well to clarify once more, DM had said eagles were 150ft off the ground, once the shots were fired Saerirra used the full 80ft of the eagle's movement to fly towards the army to shout, inspiring Uther before she did. She stayed at the initial 150ft height as she moved towards the army. That was her entire turn first round. Now, to round 2, which I wasn't aware we arrived at so soon.)
For movement, Saerirra maintains a 200ft distance from the archers, using height and/or horizontal movement, whichever is necessary.
Bonus Action: healing word on her own eagle, 23/26
As for main action, I can't do much from this distance, so this will be all for this round.
In round 3 Laievis does just that - retreating at full speed (charging away). Eagles life would be precious to him in a normal circumstances, but at this altitude - eagle's life was literally his life too.
Peshley, hearing Gorlahk's cries, turns to follow him. She continues to climb as she does so, falling a little further behind Gorlahk, but further from the archers below as well. Despite having the eagles, they are at a disadvantage. The sheer number of arrows coming towards them doesn't allow them to get close enough to attack effectively. Attacking from the ground may be better, especially with support from the army.
As her eagle flies away, Peshley reaches down, lays her hand on the eagles back an incants a spell, casting Mage armor on the bird. (New AC 16).
Yes, Uther and Cade still need to take their turn. I want everyone to be able to take their turn, and apply possible healing/buffs/spells/attacks before the end of round volley. Then wait for Round 3 to fire the next one, AFTER Saerrira takes her turn.

(So then I was the only one to roll higher initiative than the enemies?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cade - Not wanting to take another hit and not wanting his eagle to go down he pushes it on to continue on it's course away from the enemy. He then will cast Healing Word onto the eagle as it travels.

(@smgkw - the deduction would be disadvantage, which would negate your advantage on the attack roll. With bless, though, you can add the 1d4 bonus to the attack.)

Yes, Saerrira and the Vilain both rolled a 19 on their initiative, but Saerrira has a higher dex bonus, so technically she goes first
COMBAT ROUND 2 RECAP (Final full Round description)
1)Saerrira maintains a 200ft altitude, and uses her bonus action to cast Healing Word on her Eagle
2)A 3rd volley shoots out from the trees, with even more shouting in Draconic (which Saerrira would recognize as the Red Dialect...)
3)Laeivis casts Cure Wounds on his Eagle, and Healing Word on Peshley's, then moves 80 feet away with his Eagle (new altitude/distance 310feet). Cade casts Healing word on his Eagle as a bonus action, and sores up 160 feet with Gorlahk. Gorlahk shouts "FULL SPEED RETREAT, NOW! WE CAN'T TAKE MUCH MORE OF THIS!! THERE'S EVEN MORE OF THEM THAN I THOUGHT!" As a full action, he dashes upwards with his Eagle, 160 feet up. New altitude, 390 feet. Max range for longbows is 600 feet. Peshley casts Mage Armor on her Eagle, and flies up 80 feet (new altitude 310 feet). Uther fires a random shot down, and almost hits...but the wind is too strong, and he's getting further and higher.... His shot whistles right past Artaxes's face, down below. For a second, he gets a faint glimpse at a towering Red Dragonborn, steaming in the cold, shouting and pointing. Next to him, wielding a longbow, is a Tortle...By the end of the round, Uther has moved another 80 feet up, so he should be 230 feet up now (unless I'm wrong)...
In the distance, tiny flapping silhouettes flock towards the PCs, as Gorlahk's distress flare is being answered. Tiny plumes of red smoke can be seen lighting up the skies all around...
4) The fourth volley shoots out of the Trees.
END OF ROUND 2
Finishing altitudes/distance from Archers:
1)Cade and Gorlahk 390feet
2)Peshley and Laieivis 310feet
3)Uther 230 feet
4)Saerrira 200feet
COMBAT ROUND 3 BEGINS!
1) Saerrira may now take her action
2)A 5th volley shoots out
3)Laeivis has declared his intention to use full action to climb 160 feet up with his Eagle (from 310feet to 470 feet). Cade, Peshley and Uther may take their action. The Airforce reinforcements are getting closer, and Gorlahk, a few arrows stuck in him, climbs another 160feet with his Eagle, which has been shielded from all damage so far thanks to Laieivis's Sanctuary. New altitude 550feet
Last thing, Team1, remember that +2 to AC for half cover, as well as Laieivis's Bless.

Ooc: I thought i took my action already
Uther slips another arrow into his crossbow and tries to shoot at the enemies below.
Attack: Attack: 23 Damage: 16
(Attacked with advantage again but didnt deduct the extra long range , not sure what the number is )
Then Uther continues to ascend with his eagle in hopes of getting out of range.
Cade - Not wanting to take another hit and not wanting his eagle to go down he pushes it on to continue on it's course away from the enemy. He then will cast Healing Word onto the eagle as it travels.

Peshley continues to fly from the source of the arrows. Directly toward but above the oncoming figures.

Right now, given the range altitude and wind, everyone is rolling with disadvantage
(So should I do my turn or are we waiting for others? I lost track of when rounds ended/began)
We are currently finishing Combat Round 2. Uther needs to re-roll his attack (disadvantage).
Then the volley applies, and we will move on to Round 3.
(So volleys are at the end of each round?)
Heres my reroll with disadvantage
Attack: 20 Damage: 8
