After asking questions of the remaining patrons and having an ale, finding no further answers from the inn a frustrated Shadinn descends the ladder again to have another look at the direction the symbol is pointing.
"Ah nevahmind on that Sir, seems this lot want to continue on through. Have a nice one sir." Lassodon says as he clambers back down into the sewers "These should help out a bit." He says as he casts dancing lights around the party

As you continue down the main sewer tunnel expands into a circular hub with a pair of arrow slits carved into its outer walls, directly across from each other. Two passages continue on to the north and south. A stone door is set into the back wall of a stone ledge to the west.
Shadinn Stops, Eyeing the Arrow slits suspiciously, "Perhaps we should come up with a plan this time, before I blunder in"He says with a deep chuckle that almost sounds like thunder.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Well this is interesting. I think we should poke around. How tall would you say those slits are? Do ya think i could walk under them? I could try to trigger them if so, OR, we could try to see if we can find a trigger and i can attempt to disarm it/set it off with my Mage Hand. What do you think? Because that's about all i can do at the moment."
(do we use perception or investigation for looking for the triggers?)
The door opens with little resistance, rusty weapons and threadbare clothing litter the floor of this room, it seems to serve as a coat room and armory, there is a corridor to the north too
There is nothing interesting in this room but as you go down to your corridor to your right (East) there is a small room with no door leading in, but sleeping in this alcove is a goblin armed with a shortbow, and there is an arrow slit looking into the room you were in earlier
Jonas will point to the goblin, informing the others of its location.
(Can we enter this room with no door or simply see in? Depending on that how might combat against a sleeper work, all get a shot at once, advantage/ disadvantage...)
Gimble following right behind, is quietly taking it all in. Once he sees the goblin, he readies his cross bow, pulling it up and aiming at the goblin, waiting for the others to go for a silent kill.

Jonas finishes his drink and also goes back into the sewer.

Perception 22
Investigation 14
Jonas walks over and holds his shield over one of the slits. "Just in case..."
There are no triggers to these slits, and they are too small for you to fit in
(I wasn't trying to fit in. I imagined they were half way up a wall and since I'm under 4' I imagined just walking right under. )
"Thanks Jonus, I'll walk forward first this time I guess."
Jonas braces expecting an arrow or bolt to come out from the slit.
Shadinn looks around and listens for signs of life from the arrow slits, before looking towards the door.
"Do you think you can open a door with your mages hand?"
"Sure can there bud. Let's give it a whirl."
Gimble takes a step back making sure to be out of the direct path of slits and door. He uses Mage Hand to attempt to open the door.
The door opens with little resistance, rusty weapons and threadbare clothing litter the floor of this room, it seems to serve as a coat room and armory, there is a corridor to the north too
Investigation 5 Jonas looks over the room before starting north.
Shadinn follows Jonas Glaive in hand watching the shadows for any sign of attack

Shadinn looks at the rest of the party aghast that they would consider killing a goblin that is sleeping!
It's not really another room, there are no walls between and no doors
