Grenk rushes in and stops, after several steps of disappointment. The crew and already subdued it with an icy hand. He held his the flaming sword out for a strike and then looked back. "So.. can I kill this then or ya questioning it with your mind power."
Grenk brings his blade back. Finally, he'll be able to destroy something with his new fiery sword! Wait..no...Silass' arrow was more than enough. The creature is destroyed. The icy fist releases the bones, leaving behind only an oversized key made of the skull and upper spine. Grenk looks sadly down at his potential undead foe's remains. Hope glimmers in his eyes however. There are more undead, several of those dwarf things....downstairs. He may yet destroy them. And...he's certain he has permission.
He leaps down the stairs before the commotion with the skeleton thing sends the dwarves fleeing through some other secret door. He leaps into the main room.
Old wooden benches and shelves along the walls of this chamber are covered with gears, chains, trap components, and cages filled with rats. Lit iron braziers hang by chains from the ceiling. Along the north wall, a stepped dais is set with a bulky contraption: an iron maiden of sorts, attached to a network of steaming pistons, tubes, and bubbling vats of blood. Five masked dwarves operate the contraption in a rush, glancing back towards the stairs and now at Grenk who has arrived. Absently Grenk notices there is a single door on the far right side of this room.
As he prepares to engage the dwarves, the iron contraption shudders as it opens, releasing a hissing cloud of steam. Through the roiling vapor, an armored figure wearing a bucket helm stomps into view.

Badger doesn't take any actions this round other than using a clean cloth to pick up the skeleton-key (don't know where that thing has been) and also using his Mage Hand to push aside all the extra broken bones (someone might slip on those and hurt themselves).

Sickle moves down the stairs behind Grenk, into the room. Seeing the figures in the room, more than what he had expected, pivots to position himself where he can blast them without hitting Grenk. If he can get a clear shot to catch at least 3, but as many as possible, he will cast [spell[Cone of Cold[/spell] for 41 cold damage, or half on CON Save DC 17.
If he can't avoid hitting Grenk, he will instead...
..cast Ice Knife at 3rd level, again avoiding Grenk. He will target a dwarf, perhaps #3, to get whoever he can in the blast radius.
Attack: 17 Damage: 6 piercing damage
DEX Save DC 15 or 19 cold damage for anyone in 5 foot radius of target.
Either way, he will use his Bonus Action to bring the hand down and use Grasping Hand again against the armored guy. (Apologies its a regular grapple check, Athletics vs Athletics or Acrobatics). Grapple Check: 21

This time bursting into the room Grenk sees plenty of targets. With sword in his right hand he begins moving towards the group and grabs his shield with his left. He hacks down with a strike from the right shoulder at a downward angle and then moves to take the creatures head off.
Grenk bursts into the room, his shield out, the flaming blade in his hand. The blade crashes into the dwarves shoulder, rending steel armor into two, slicing down into bone and rotting tissue. He yanks the blade back out, fragments of metal and cartilage flying into the air during the backswing, and then sweeps his blade laterally, slicing the head of the creature clean from it's body. The body, burning, with holy energy eating away at its necrotic filled flesh, drops to the ground with a thud, the head still twirling in the air.
Sickle is next in, leaping down the stairs. Cone of cold he thinks, but Grenk is in his way. And yet. And yet his hand moves upwards, of it's own volition, ready to release the blast of cold into Grenk's back. He struggles to keep his hand down.... (roll Charisma saving throw DC 15)

Sickle grimaces, taking back control of his own arm with an authoritative force of will. He can feel the ring anger at his victory. An ice knife is thrown, slamming into 2, with ice shards slicing into 2 and 4, while the ice hand flies past Sickle and into the room, through the enemy forces, and crashes into the armored creature, attempting to grasp it.

The Hand grabs onto it, the creature struggling with the hand to try and get free. It struggles to get free on its turn. 10. (Sickle, roll the hands grapple to keep hold).
Badger, you diligently manage the bone key, while also ensuring the bones bits left over are pushed to the side so that no one can slip on them. Someone could really take a tumble down these stone stairs and brain themselves. You're surprised no one slipped on them while dashing past.

Mal will move into the room and end up at the spot just west of Dwarf #4, then will use his Feinting attack to make it look like she is attacking Dwarf #4 but will actually attack Dwarf #3.

Scimitar #2: Attack: 20 Damage: 7
BA Feinting Attack: 2 (adds this damage to the first hit and next round I gain advantage to attack Dwarf #3)
Silas moves in, casting his spell. 20. The undead dwarf dodges the tooltip spell damage nimbly. Mal rushes in, slashing at one of the undead, surprising him, leaving a wide gash in his chain links.
The hand continues to grab at the big creature who struggles to escape it.
The dwarves attack, axes in one hand, scraping with their other hand.
One dwarf attacks Grenk:
