Mal will sneak back to the east side of the compound and prepare to throw his bead of Force hopefully to a spot that will hit everyone in that grouping.
Initiative: 25
Stealth: 28
Bead of Force: 11 DC 15 DEX save for no damage and not be caught in Ball of Force.
The group carefully moves into their various positions, and then Mal moves forward ready to throw the bead. Just as she nears the wall to attack the yellow skinned frog creatures seem to perk up, aware of some sound, the slosh of water at her feet, or something. They move with startling agility. One leaps from where he is, flying through the air and landing on the wall above her. It looks down, it's black eyes impossible to read, and begins to make a strange chirring sound.
Mal, and Ice Spider, Wisdom save DC 12 or be stunned for your first action.
Another leaps to a gap in the wall, it's bow out in an instant, and fires an arrow into Mal. Attack: 12 Damage: 7 DC 12 Con save on hit or take 4 poison damage. Another leaps as well, firing an arrow at Mal. Attack: 22 Damage: 7 DC 12 Con save on hit or take 5 poison damage.
The fourth yellow looks around, wondering where his allies just all jumped away to.
Badger, Grenk, Mal (if not stunned), Skeletons, Silas.
(And Sickle/Spider if you roll init and go before 7, and if the spider isn't stunned.)
(if you want to adjust your position on this map at all, just let me know).
Yellow on top of wall has no cover. 2 others have 50% cover.

Mal Wisdom Save: 15 Made save so they do not get advantage on attack rolls.

[OOC: If I am able to not throw bead now I am pretty sure Mal would change tactics.]
Mal then rethinks throwing the bead and pulls out her scimitars and moves 10' to the north to attack the Orange Gruug (assuming Gruug above her is out of melee range).
when it's Silas turn, he'll cast Bless on himself, Badger and Sickle.

OOC: Mal watch out, you're standing on an alligator.
Genk moves up to hid behind a tree but his large form in this mucky water does not lend well to stealth. His boot got stuck in some mud and in removing it he felt he splashed a little to loudly. By the time he looked up, large frogs were chirpin at Mal. "Toasted toads," he swears under his breath and draws forth his blood magic to enchant his arrows. This time, he choose lightning. He quickly fires off two arrows at the yellow Gruug.
Bonus action: Crimson Rite lighting, 1 damage to self

(Sorry, forgot Init.)
Sickle Init: 10 Spider Init (if separate) : 11

(Here we go, Ol Trusty...)
Tidal Wave DEX DC 15. 20 and prone on fail, half on success and not prone. Unusual wave activity seems to have picked up in Omu as another surge crashes down across. their foes, (targeting the Dino and the yellow gruungs. Think it gets the on3 on the wall?)
The ice spider is frozen in place, nd Sickle creeps up to the west side of the rock in front of them.
Mal's drops the bead back into her pocket seeing her targets scatter, and leaps to the right, her scimitar lashing out just missing the agile yellow frog man. The blade sweeps around and slashes into his arm and he makes a croak in pain. An electrified arrow slashes through the air, missing the yellow frog on the top of the wall and clattering off the side of the shrine, small blue sparkles raining down into the water. A second arrow slams into the frog who's chirring and it yelps in surprise.
And then the water rises up in a massive wave and comes crashing through the yard in sudden and extreme violence.
The wave blasts the yellow one near Mal off it's feet, and the one on the wall gets caught and washed down to the water below. The other two hop nimbly over the wall, and the hadrosaurs leans into the wave and emerges, shaking the water off its head as it barks loudly in surprise.
The orb strikes the red frog on top, while the skeletons slosh through the water into the front area, but it's over 30 feet so they don't get an attack yet.
A shout of alarm from the roof is given off as the green frogs pull out their bows and begin firing at targets.
Mal: Attack: 19 Damage: 3 + DC 12 CON or 8 Poison Damage. (get +2 AC for cover)
Skeleton 1: Attack: 11 Damage: 3
Skeleton 2: Attack: 20 Damage: 3
Grenk: Attack: 18 Damage: 6 + DC 12 CON or 6 Poison Damage. (get +2 AC for cover)
Sickle: Attack: 21 Damage: 4 + DC 12 CON or 2 Poison Damage. (get +2 AC for cover)
Badger: Attack: 18 Damage: 4 + DC 12 CON or 5 Poison Damage. (get +2 AC for cover)
The red frog on top begins casting a spell. Suddenly all of the plants in the area begins to grow. The grass in the swampy water, the lilli pads, the vines wrapped around the walls. Soon the water is choked with green, the walls are covered and everything is a mass of sprouting plants. Then the red frog leaps from the top of the building to the back of the building out of site.
(all movement is at 1/4 speed now)
The yellow one nearest the entrance attacks the skeletons that have just come into the yard. It yells, a strange rattle of clicks and the Hadrosaurus turns, and attacks as well.
Two other of the yellow Gruung's move so they're hidden from outside attacks, within the yard, leaping around to avoid the growth, and fire arrows at Mal through a gap.
Gruung Attack: 20 Damage: 9 piercing damage, +CON DC 12 or 5 Poison Damage.
Gruung Attack: 21 Damage: 8 piercing damage, +CON DC 12 or 7 Poison Damage.
The last yellow Gruung fires at the skeleton as well: Attack: 13 Damage: 4 piercing damage
The green gruung's are still visible to everyone. The yellow ones are using the walls as cover and only visible to the skeleton and Mal. The red one is behind the building and has full cover.
Everyone's turn.

OK, this isn't going in Badger's favor, but we might be able to make lemonade...
Badger will move forward as far as possible (6 feet I guess) and tell Sickle I'm going in. He will then cast Misty Step as a bonus action to teleport to a point directly in front of the gates. He will then use his action to Hide, and I presume with the depth of the water and the thickness of the plant growth a gnome should have pretty good cover.
Stealth: 23 Also, if Sickle's concentration on Pass Without Trace isn't broken, then he should still get +10 to hide as he is still within 30 feet of the druid. Never mind, I'm good.

Badger is hidden near the entrance as he magically blips over there.
(Yes, they are blessed!)
Silas concentrates, pulling on the magic of his deity, letting it suffuse the area and corrode the magical energy of the spell. The plants and the greenery in the area quickly shrink back to normal amounts as the effect ends.
Everyone can move freely once again.
