Gerrack will continue to wait patiently for his friends to finish their shopping. When they reconnoiter with the rest of the group, Gerrack would politely suggest they report the missing Lionshield Crates to somewhere, possibly the City Hall - he seems quite intent on trying to figure out why Linene Greywind from the Lionshield Coster didn't deny having a connection to the Red Brand Bandits. Something about the haunted look in his eyes and the rapidly increasing stuttering of his speech when he addresses the topic gives you the feeling that he absolutely can't stand spies masquerading as normal citizens.
We are having a wonderful time. We ran into Brandon Reddington and his friends. You remember, he was always a prankster. It appears he's gotten himself involved in the gobling turkey business. It might be a worthy investment. Worth checking out, at least? The entire crew send you their best, and we were all wondering if you might give us a clue about where Tyr fought his last battle? Then I'd be able to pop on over to the place and get a feel for it, you know?
Your ever, Ed
He seals it up, address it to Lady Aemilie, County Court Uwark, and hands it to Ander along with another gp - Normal priority, please, Ander, thank you :)
@ Gimble, Misty, Most of the breakfast crowd has left, there are a few stragglers but for the most part its just Misty, Gimble, Elsa, and Toblen in the Inn.
@ Gerrack, Plaugg, Branch, Gniff, Edmond, Ander starts to correct Edmond that they are not a messenger service but Elmar gives him a look. Ander: (to Edmond) "Right away." Ander takes the sealed letter and leaves the store. Elmar: (to Edmond) "Thank you for your patronage, and that goes to your whole party. Keep up the good work, With those goblins gone i might get decent supplies coming in."

"Indeed! Let's head to Stonehill and we can have some breakfast, cider and plan our next steps," Gniff says with a nod and beginds to weave his way in that direction.
Misty relaxes and waits for the others to arrive. She has Sabastian keep a lookout from atop the roof, and informing her when the others are getting close.

@ Misty, Sebastian alerts you that your companions are approaching the Inn.
Edmond, Gniff, Branch, Gerrack, and Plaugg return to the Stonehill Inn, where they see Misty and Gimble sitting at one of the tables.

“I agree,” Gimble says as he smirks and fidgets with a die. “But before we up and go and separate again we should discuss the Red Brands and some news I was given about more goblins.”
Gimble scoots forward on his chair, leans in towards the group and pauses for dramatic effect.
”I was tasked with a job to clear an old fortress with goblins. Misty and I wager if there were a place for Greg to be, it’s gonna be there. And before there may be any complaints, the job pays 600gp... which is a bit more than dealing with those bandits.
The guy that offered that job also prefers I not get involved with those bandits and to let the law take care of them. But I figure if we do anything about the bandits maybe we should get the law’s blessing first. But I’d like to not bite the hand that feeds me.”
"Well..." Misty says in thought. "If we go to the City Hall and inform them about the goblins we cleared out, and then about the fact we were attacked by these bandits, maybe we can have the law hire us to deal with the bandit issue. Then it would be letting the law deal with it, through us." She shrugs. "Splitting hairs I know, but might give at least a bit of aid to Gimble with this guy who hired him."
I like it. Great ideas, both. Meanwhile the friendly folks at my temple have no information for us. Just that there are other paladins looking into the outlying towns and villages looking for the Bandits. They suggested we look for the Bandits close to Emberhorn City. And also to trust my instincts about the Bandits and the Goblins...If the Bandits have a hideout close to the City wouldn't they have a hideout in the City as well?
“Yeah that is the only way I can see it working, Misty. It’s a good idea. That’s all I have though so if we wana get to the city hall and then we can go from there I’m ready. Anyone have anything else?” Gimble asks.
Gniff orders a hot cider and the easiest breakfast available. He munches as the others around him talk, his head swinging this way and that as the discussion goes back and forth. He was really happy that the information he had obtained earlier in the morning was proving to be so helpful.
It seems things were wrapping up just as he conveniently was finishing his small breakfast. He raised a finger, "Mr. Sildar wanted to be informed when we approached either the bandits or goblins. It was the goblins right? We are going to focus on the castle?"

@ Gniff, Elsa comes by the table, Elsa: (to Gniff) "I'll bring you breakfast right away. 5 silvers for the hot cider." After receiving payment she goes to get the food and drink.
(OOC: Sildar just wanted to be informed about the Red Brand Bandits and be brought along when the party goes to deal with them.)
(OOC: @ everyone, is everyone in agreement and will head to Emberhorn City city hall?)
