Orgen drops the greatsword as the rune has been spent and pulls out his Warhammer and Sheild to protect himself from his foes he attempts to smack pirate 4 across the face with his giant Warhammer.

Feanaro takes a step closer to the pirate wizard as he pulls from his belt pouch a wooden clave and striker. He raises it up and clacks the two pieces of wood together creating a Thunderwave.
"Oh, Eldath, guide my axe true, I beg of thee!" Perhaps an appeal to his goddess would help his battle prowess, sorely lacking of late. Even with his familiar distracting the pirates, he'd had precious little luck with his weapons...or his spells.
Cyryc scampered up and down the bosun's leg, continuing to distract the man. Hopefully, it would be enough, with Eldath's aid.

Ogren stuffs his hammer into his belt and pulls out his rope to begin tying up what is left of the crew. "Well sorry to break it to you boys, but the townsfolk don't like smugglers so we got hired to stop you. Personally, I would like to have as little bloodshed as possible, but your crew didn't leave us much choice." He ties up the crew and loads all of their weapons into the bag of holding and loads up anything else he can take unto the dingy. (Who has the bag of holding?)
Hector looks around noticing that none of his team seem to be in any real danger and begins breathing deeply to help his ancestors pass back into the afterlife.
"What do we do with laughing boy over there?" He gestures at the captain.
Feanaro shrugs to Hector, "Convince him that it would be funny to let us bind him. As for our actions," he says turning to the Bosun, "We came to shut down this little smuggling operation as my comrade has said. Make this easy on yourselves and be helpful. Where was your next point of contact?"
Striding to the wizard, Rober puts up his shield and battle-axe and then summons his great axe. When he reaches the wizard he adds a gag to the bindings and then thoroughly searches the man. That task done, he repeats the process for each of the pirates...or their bodies.
Finally, he turns to the bosun. "Show us the Captain's quarters, and the wizard's." With that information, Rober invites Bella to search with him.
"I've seen you do this before, Bella, and you are much better than I. I will help you."
OOC: Rober will assist Bella with her search to give her advantage.

Hector decides to turn his attention to the first mate to take some of the pressure of Orgin.
If the first mate is still standing, Hector will attack him with his main attack
Attack: 10 Damage: 13
If the first mate is still standing, Hector will attack him with the other end of his glaive.
Attack: 17 Damage: 8
If at any point the first mate goes down, Hector will shift to attack pirate 4.
Whomever Hector hits first will have disadvantage on attacks on anyone other than Hector
OOC I think Hector also should have had an opportunity attack on the first mate when he moved to within 10'

The wizard casts his prestidigitation spell again, completely putting out the fire.
Bosun attacks Rober...
Hook. Melee Weapon Attack: 9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 piercing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 13).
Pirate3 attacks Rober...
Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: 11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 slashing damage.
Pirate4 attacks Hector...
