Bella Are you in the general store or the Lionshield Coster? The general store has provision-type supplies, while the Coster has adventuring supplies. Need to know which store before I can see how your questions are taken.
Reginald You get to the Stonehill Inn, where the innkeep, Toblen Stonehill, greets you with a smile and a wave to take a seat. He will not accept your coin, or the couple who brought you to the inn's coin, as he brings Reginald his usual.
As Toblen delivers Reginald's drink, he looks up as the door opens. The door closes quickly without anyone entering, and Toblen shakes his head in wonder. He says he thinks it was Argus Skeel who just opened the door and left immediately. "Skeel is a newcomer who claims to be a prospector but never seems to be prospecting. He only comes around at night."
Bella "Sure there are new people in town." One of the helpers in the store speaks up. He glances to his companion, as it appears the elderly owner of the shop has two young men working for him. "Aren't you friendly with that lass Velleen,, who works over at the Coster?" The other man frowns, but continues his work at adjusting product on a shelf, even though the product there looks like it doesn't need any adjusting at this point. The owner of the shop is not currently in the front area, so is likely in the back room. As Bella would know he just worked with the gnome herder, she expects he is likely doing paperwork or something in regard to the herd of giant goats they just delivered. Bella give me an insight check please.
Reginald nods his head in thanks and accept s any thanks given. Then he will listen in and banter with anyone that comes to talk to him. Making sure to ask anyone if everything is going well and if there is anything that his group can take care while they are in town briefly. They are in the middle of a mission currently delivering some supplies to the new area but depending on what is going on they might be able to take care of it real quick or at least make note and report it back to HQ so another team could take care of it, or at least maybe provide some additional defense while the finish their current mission and then return.
He will probably stay here awhile to see if anyone else from his group show up or just have some food and then move on back to the HQ's.
You hear much the same thing that Kass told the others. People have gone missing and strange storms in the area.
Bella You don't read much into the second helper's attitude. He seems to just be grumpy about being called out. He continues his work, ignoring you. The first helper shrugs and turns back to you. "There is also the recluse, Argus I believe is his name, but no one sees him around much. Mostly he just stays in his cottage."

ooc: Sorry...lost track of this one.
Bella nods and smiles. "How long has Velleen been in town? And this Argus fella?" She pays particular attention to the second helper, more than a little curious as to why he's straightening what doesn't need straightening.
ooc: Did Bella pick-up anything when she was casing the store?
Bella Both came in a few days back." The talkative helper says with a shrug. "Don't seem to much care for each other, as I don't believe they even know each other exist, but only the lass has been about much. The other's been locked away in his cottage all the days, only coming out at night from what I've heard."
Your casing of the area would have told you it is a small-town store. It likely has a simple lock and that's about it.
Bella thanks the helpers and leaves, telling them she's heading back to the HQ. Once outside, she finds a place she can observe anyone leaving the store, planning to following the less helpful of the helpers when he leaves.
It is not long before the store is being locked up. You see the two helpers leave, and the older man, the store owner, locking up. Following after the less-talkative helper, you find that he returns to a quaint cottage, where he is greeted by his parents. he goes inside and, after having some food to eat, turns in for the night.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Bella watches the house for a few minutes longer, then leaves. She considers returning to the store and...inspecting it but decides the risk-reward ratio is not in her favor and just returns to the Company HQ, being very careful of her surroundings the entire time. She moves as quietly and stealthily as when she followed the boy.

When she returns, she fills in the others on everything she learned.
When Bella gets back she finds everyone else is in bed. Filling them in will ahve to wait until the morning.
Everyone can take a long rest. How are we moving forward once morning comes. You need to get horses, wagons, and holy water. Holy water is likely to be found in the Shrine of Luck, horses from the Lionshield Coster, and wagons from the Miner's Exchange. Bella and Reginald have also learned things they may wish to follow up on, or may not wish to do so, so that is up to them to discuss with the group.
In the morning, while they are all eating breakfast, Bella fills them in what she learned, and that she still has a store to visit that morning, to see what else she can learn about the disappearing people.
"After I check out that'n store, I'm thinkin' I'll be checkin' out this guy's place, the one what don't come out 'cept at night."
After exchanging information, Bella heads to other store to see what she can learn about the disappearing people, and the man who only comes out at night. She doesn't disguise herself nor does she help herself to any goodies on that way, not today. She does, however, ask questions along the way to the store about the same topics.
She happily tells people whatever she thinks will get them to open up to her, not caring a whit if it's true or not.
Reginald, are you going to the Stonehill inn then?
What is everyone else doing?
Reginald happily agrees to accompany the couple to the Inn but unless they absolutely insist, he will pick up the tab for a couple of drinks.
Seruk would spend the night at the HQ and gather up the wagon and supplies in the morning.
ooc: She's start in the general store.
