[OOC: Ahh, ok, you learn something new every day, I have been using that as my STR rolls for years now, I am good, to remove 3 points from my original roll. Would still be a 22 to try and break free, However ever you want to rule it DM I am good with it.]
Seruk Takes flight and soars up above the shop, getting a view of the land around as he shouts his message. He would see that there are figures running in all directions. He does not spot Velleen though.
Bella Calling on your magical powers, you create a hand behind the door. Please give me a sleight of hand check, with disadvantage.
Bella fumbles with the bar, but, with a bit of luck, manages to tug it free with the mage hand. The bar tumbles to the ground on the far side of the door.
Reginald hits the door, the barrior already unlocked. The door flies back to slam into the wall, as it opens fully, then it rebounds back to hit Reginald in the face, but doesn't do any damage.
You would all see the last kobold to go through the door, running out the back door of the shop. It starts rushing off in what appears to be a random direction, not in the same direction of any of the others that Seruk saw running away. It appears they are attempting to scatter as they flee.
Reginald will give a quick look around to see if he sees any trace of the woman, if he does not he will move out the back door and shoot at one of the kobolds fleeing.
Bella You notice a lot of footprints, going every which way. It would be impossible to figure out which were just made by those leaving.
Reginald You take a couple shots at the fleeing kobolds, hitting one twice as it dodges between trees and crumbling ruins. (Even with 1/2 cover you still manage two hits.)
Seruk You do not spot the woman anywhere. She seems to have simply disappeared.
The kobolds continue to flee in random directions, soon getting lost in the woods and ruins around you. You are out of combat.

Bella curses...she never did like her prey getting away. Then, calming herself, she returns to the store and marches right up to Linene Graywind. Planting herself in front of the woman, she gazes up at the shopkeeper, not glaring but looking quite firmly at her. "Who was that woman? How long has she worked here? Please tell me everything you know about her." She speaks in the tone of voice she learned from her...employers, long ago. A tone that acknowledged the other's power, the equality of their positions, but the rightness of yours. It was a tone that requested but also that informed the other you had power here too.
Linene frowns at Bella for a long moment. Bella realizes she has put the other woman's hackles up at the pushing manner of her attitude and question, but Linene relaxes a bit with a slight smile tugging up the corner of her mouth on one side. "She needed work and was good at her job." Linene says after a long pause. "Other than that I didn't ask any questions. People are allowed their history, whatever that might be, as long as they do nothing to give me reason to no longer trust them." She glances around the shop at this point. "Safe to say she won't be working here again, as attacking customers is a sure fire way to lose my trust."

Bella bows to the other woman, using the movement to cover her request to her goddess for aid, then straightens. Her former employers often displayed only arrogance, to their doom, but she'd learned the value of honey, as well. She straightened, saying, "Thank you, Mistress. I appreciate the help." She gave her most dazzling smile then turned to examine one of the kobolds bodies. She didn't give two shits if the woman liked her except that it would make her mission easier so...
Bella (Was the sleight of hand and deception just for putting Linene at ease and hiding the casting of guideance?) As you look over the kobold corpse you find a symbol on a chain around its neck. It is a pendant with three parallel lightning bolts.
Bella you easily recognize the symbol as that of the Cult of Talos. Some of the rumors make you take a pause as you realize this... People going missing, strange weather, lightning striking people more often, all things that could easily be put down as activities caused by the Cult of Talos.

Seruk watches the area from the sky for the next half hour, watching for any sign of the kobolds or their mistress, he then lands and heads to the shrine to look for any clues as to what happened to it or to the priestess.
Seruk At the shrine of luck you find, after moving a few things about, a small bracelet with the same symbol on the pendants worn by the kobolds. Clearly the Cult of Thalos had something to do with what happened at the shrine. The bracelet appears like it broke during whatever had happened here, and fell free prior to those who did this leaving.

(Missed that we were up, I thought the post wasn't finished or something.)
Seruk flies over closer and looks hard to see any sign of where the woman fled.

Bella removes the pendant and shows it to Linene. "Do you recognize this?" she ask. Bella also studies it herself.
ooc: What shoudl she role?
