Looking at the statue...
This nonmagical statue has broken into seventeen fist-sized chunks of black stone. (Restoring it will take the a month.) You can ascertain what the statue depicted: three male human warriors standing together on a stone mound, facing outward and clutching swords.
As the group takes note of their surroundings, and finds nothing more of intrest, Donkee starts to dig thorugh the corpses seeking loot. He finds:
Secundus takes out his dread abacus and talllies all the dead. He misses one, and Mache insults him while collecting all of the ear tips and/or intellect devour brain bits. Seeing Stop Thief being back to his usual talkative self, he goes to Thief, hands offers him a piece of brain and says the following phrases, just to "help" S.T. in his conversation with others
"Lets hurry back to the Portal so that we get these others and move forward without much delay, eh?" Rurik says to the others over his shoulder as he moves to exit the room back the direction they came.
The hike back to the Well takes about 2 hours, as you do not have to take time to map the area as you go. Knowing the right path to take helps out incredibly . When you get to the well you wait for only a few minutes before the first of the figures comes down...
New guys, go ahead and make an entrance. Read earlier in this post if you want to have an idea of what the bottom of the well is like. Also, whomever is the Decisionist, Izzerazz would have been very unhappy-looking as she gave her coin of decisionary to you. The Secretarian should ask Vaden for his Secretarian supplies, and the Documancer should do the same with Taman. The Decisionist would also have a message that tells Taman and Vaden to return up the rope out of the Well. How you wish to get this across I will leave up to you...
The group sees a fairly tall elf, standing at around 6 feet in height, going down the rope with ease even with his longsword and longbow strapped on in the manner typical of those skilled with such weapons. Landing they can get a good look at him and note that he is unusually muscular for an elf with broad shoulder that give him a fairly athletic build, much like a gymnast. His dark red hair is cut fairly short and combed neatly giving a sophisticated and business like appearance to him while the typical hairless face of elves gives him a youthful handsomeness. Relative to other elves he is fairly average but of course to human standards he would be considered fairly handsome with a well groomed appearance and piercing green eyes that are emphasized by the contrast with his scarlet hair.
Strangely despite appearing much like a fighter he has no discernible armor on although there is the tell-tale shimmer of mage armor surrounding him. His clothing fairly spartan and plane though it appears well kept and clean. Looking around at the group he says in a smooth mellow voice, "greetings I am to be your newly assigned Documancer Barinthus and I was told to request the items of office from someone called Taman."
Decending down into the well, Walt would slide down the rope and land at the bottom with a loud clatter of armor and heavy boots hitting the floor. "Alright, Taman... Vaden.. You're both out! Head up and get back to HQ." The weathered old man would say as he walked towards the group. "Give your equipment to yer replacements here on your way out." Walt would say as he gestured to the two men descending behind him as his eyes scanned over the group. "As for me, the name is Walt.. and HQ made me the decisionist and tasked me with trying to keep the lot of you alive... something I am normally pretty good at." He would say as he rubs his armored hand through his gray beard. With his free hand he would pull out a thick well maintained shield that glistened as the light from a lamp dangling by his belt lit up the area. The mans splint armor was also well maintained even through it was obviously very old. A signet ring with an etched glass sphere rests on his right hand as he reaches towards his belt and draws a longsword. "Let me know where what ground you have covered so far and we can get moving once you are all ready." He would say looking towards the four guild members as they exchange equipment. "That woman contraption... thing.. gave me a task and I plan to see it through.." He would finish

"Very well..." Taman says with a shrug, handing over the items he had with him. "Am I suppose to stay with the group or return to head office then?" He gazes up at the well with longing, clearly ready to be done with this place.
Looking briefly at Walt Barinthus decides to answer Taman, seeing as he was replacing him, "you are to return to head office at this time, as for what happens after that I wasn't told." After answering he looks over to the interaction with Walt as the Cleric was to be the team Decisionist and therefore the commanding officer.
" Howdy-ho friend, I am the world famous Donkee Hoetay, and this here good looking goblin fellow with the badge is Grunt, the world famous adventurer helper. Wow, I never have seen a ginger Elf before, neato."
Donkee will have Grunt drop the pile of leather armor and weapons looted from the last room. He and Grunt would have used some shields to made a sled to haul it all back to the portal.
Donkee then gives a Grunt a pat on the back for a job well done and one of his famous mushroom honey bars to eat.
" we scored enough armor and weapons to supply our ow army. Lol. Just wait until you see the dead brain dog I am bringing back to be preserved"
Looking at the pile of weapons, Donkee will grab a morning star to switch out his scimitar...the spikey ball has captured his attention. He gives Grunt a javelin and a spare sack to put new loot into
Walt would nod to the elf. "Barinthus is right. Head back to HQ. If you want to leave anything else behind that might help your fellow mates out, that would be appreciated" Walt would say glancing to Taman. "You need any help getting up out of here?" Walt would ask as he locks eyes with Taman.
(OOC: Sorry GenericFuton, I was typing my post and didnt see that you had already posted lol. I think it still works :D )

WhenVaden gets partially up the rope Donkee will chuck a rock at him
Attack: 18 Damage: 4
( why cant i get a roll like that when we are actually fighting, lol)
Donkee will show Walt the rough sketch if the dungeon as explorerified so far, telling him he will make a fancier copy once they get back to headquarters
"Yes, it will not be a problem..." Taman says as he puts a gold coin in the bucket dropped down from above. The bucket, with Vaden's coin as well, is hauled up, before a rope is lowered back down to help the two out. Vaden, as he is getting hauled up, is hit by a rock from Donkee, though the attack would have had disadvantage due to him not being proficient with rock-throwing, but Vaden is tied to the rope, so does not fall. Taman is hauled up after Vaden.
"Nice shot..." Taman informs Donkee just before he is pulled off the floor.
"There will be no more assaulting our own team members..." Walt would say with a stern face, looking towards the two short adventurers. "Unless I give the OK that is... I am susceptible to bribery so keep that in mind..." He would finish with a look that you aren't sure tells if he is serious or not.
"Sure..." Walt would say as he glances towards the goblin. "You help make this organization some coin and I'll keep anyone from hurting you." The weathered man would add in a stern voice.
“Pleasure to meet ya all. We can talk pleasantries on the way back where we came from. Took us about two hours to back track, so another two just to get back where we were at. I’m Rurik by the way, and this here (patting the great mastiff) is Shadowlight. We are glad you could join us. And nice toss Donkee. Ha.”
Rurik then turns with Shadowlight to head out taking point.
Looking to the Goblin Barinthus is able to stomach the little green man and says, "have you signed a contract of employment with the company, if needed I can facilitate in completing one so you can be officially an intern under the supervision of Donkee." While no one seemed to answer as to the why of the attack Barinthus didn't seem to feel the need to pursue his inquiry with the group, seemingly able to go with the flow of things after Walt set up the ground rules.
When traveling Barinthus settles for somewhere in the middle of the group while keeping an eye and ear out for anything the group may have missed in their first pass through of the area.
Just relying on passives at this point as he is engaged with the chit chat.
In Irish accent: "Meets and greets, right? Well 'ello lads and well met." Pulls out a deck of cards. "Name's Morinne. Just signed up at the Recruits office. Any you innerested in a hand of Black Jack?"
You see a young female Rock Gnome in somewhat dilapidated clothing. On inspection, you can tell that there are two missing patches on her outer coat, which resembles something that a soldier might wear. Everything seems to fit, but has clearly not been laundered in a while. On closer inspection, you see the hilt of a blade in her pocket and a smaller one in the back of her boot. Her duffel smells of some earthen vapor, not to mention iron and elbow grease.
