Maximus will start to search the bodies for anything of interest and then will look at each of his companions, "Some of us are pretty hurt, we might want to at least take a short rest before we move on."

Rurik nods in agreement. “Weren’t we gona take a long rest before he got on that darned boat? In all the excitement I kinda forgot. Either way, give me a few minutes and I can cast a healing prayer.

Treasure
You are able to find some hand crossbows, short swords, and some bottles of drow poison. They amount to 5 hand crossbows, 31 crossbow bolts, 8 short swords, and 14 bottles of drow poison. You also find a symbol to the drow spider goddess, and 29 GP worth of coin.
Short rest
You are able to take a short rest here without anyone bothering you. When you start up again you come to the T-intersection. To the South is the path you took along the river previously, and to the East is the path back to the stairs up. To the West, across the river, is a section of the level that has not been checked out yet. So not 'really' a T-intersection, though you would have to cross the river to go West. I believe you were planning on going East, and checking out tunnels East of the stairs you took down to this level. Let me know if you wish to do that, or if you wish to do something different.

Short Rest hit Die: 12
Stowing one of the hand crossbows and bolts into his backpack then packing the rest up into the bag of holding, "Anyone else want a hand crossbow or any of these short swords? Also there appears to be some drow poison that I am not quite sure what will happen if used but someone can have them."
"Shall we continue out adventure to the East and see where that takes us?" Maximus asks as he packs up everything from his short rest and prepares to continue on.
[OOC: items added to my bag of holding. who is keeping a record of our gold again?]
You travel back East, and pass by the stairs that lead up to the level above. Continuing onward, you come to another T intersection. The passage you have been following continues East, while a new passage runs South. Which way do you wish to go?
Moving on East, you first see signs of webs as small strands clinging to the ceiling and walls. as you continue onward the webs become more commonplace, until they cling to every surface. A bit further along and you are having to brush strands away, as they cling to everything and crisscross the tunnel itself. The strands are not strong, so can easily be moved through, they just cling to everything and everyone as you move along. You do notice strange, ghostly faces that seem to be peering out from tangles of webs, but nothing seems to come of the faces.
Marching order, if as usual, is Samantha and Rurik in the front, with Maximus in the middle, and Stigr in the rear. Are you having the imp scout ahead? Let me know if there are any changes to this marching order
After clearing the cobwebs again from his face, Maximus silently speaks up, "So we know there are spiders ahead of right? Should we just bring out the torches now and start clearing the webs, or should we be careful not to engulf ourselves in fire, suggestions?"
"We might want to continue on a bit more, as this tunnel might be a bit too open for my liking, especially in the middle of the night. Not that we can tell if it is night time or daylight." Maximus says, "Either way, I suggest we goa bit farther to find a more secure place to rest for the night."
Stigr looks at Maximus for a moment, then pulls out the magic doorknob and places against the wall and prepares to open a door to HQ, "Why not just set this place up right here?"

Samantha will attack
Attack: 27 Damage: 8
Attack: 27 Damage: 10
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Samantha is able to finish off the drow female. Upon her death the greenish cloud, that was the demon, winks out and is gone.
Combat is over, what do you do now?
Maximus will start to search the bodies for anything of interest and then will look at each of his companions, "Some of us are pretty hurt, we might want to at least take a short rest before we move on."

Stigr shrugs, "I'm good, but a rest wouldn't hurt."

“I wouldn’t mind taking a bow and some of those bolts and poison bottles. Could come in handy. I got an idea in mind.”
If no one else moves to take more, Rurik will put this bows, bolts, and bottles in his pack, making sure to carefully wrap up the bottles.
(DM what would be needed to make a wrist contraption utilizing those that would be similar to the assassins creed wrist contraption?)
“East sounds good.”
(I don’t remember about treasure but I’m posting it in the chat thread)
(Stigr is Hoardesperson, added both coin and the remaining loot in my notes)
Stigr nods his agreement to heading east and sends his imp ranging about 100 yards ahead again.

Filling in all the details on his map, "Continue East?"
“Sure, and we could send Shadowlight down the south passage for a few. Could have em reconnect with us after awhile.”
Spiderweb Tunnels

“I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe light some fires and see what comes of it?”
Rurik attempts to check in with Shadowlight telepathically, unsure of the distance between them. “We got spiders prolly. What do you got?”
He then spends an action to cast divine sense, thinking back to those faces.
Stigr would have his imp going ahead with a torch to start burning the webs.
Spiderweb Tunnels
As a note, it is getting late in the day, so you may want to consider that fact as you prepare to continue onward.
Rurik is unable to reach Shadowlight, as the distance is more than a mile.
As Rurik brings up his divine sense he detects nothing abnormal, nothing the sense can detect anyway, not in the area around you at least.
Please let me know if you wish to move onward or if you would like to back up to find a place to rest for the night.
Shadowlight would have gone back after a few miles.
”Do we want to do this now,” pointing down the web filled tunnel, “or should we pick up on it tomorrow?”
"We might want to continue on a bit more, as this tunnel might be a bit too open for my liking, especially in the middle of the night. Not that we can tell if it is night time or daylight." Maximus says, "Either way, I suggest we goa bit farther to find a more secure place to rest for the night."
