Ok, going to have everyone redo actions, since Opal slaughtered the eel in the first action of the round... I did give shieldbiter his reaction attack though, but remember that is only a single attack, since it is done as a reaction.
Also, the woman did not give her location away with the spell she cast. There are only a few ways for her to lose invisibility...
Round 1 actions... Opal Fire ...
Opal kills the eel with two quick strikes. (This happens after Shieldbiter's reaction from the previous round.)
shieldbiter ... Attacked the creature as a reaction, due to his readied action. (This only gives you a single attack as a reaction, so will use your first attack for it.) He misses as the eel attacks him, his blade skittering off the eel's scales.
Please give action for this round...
Zubin ... Throws a bottle of ink into the pool... Nothing happens.
eel ... Dead.
Larry ... cast toll the dead.
Sinsil Fwoks ... Skeleton (You would have to dive into the water to try and touch the woman, plus you are blind, so you can't even see her... do you have a way to target a creature you cannot see, or to cast the spell at range?)
woman ...
The woman is still invisible to all except for Sinsil, though Sinsil is blinded...
Sinsil Fwoks ... Skeleton (You would have to dive into the water to try and touch the woman, plus you are blind, so you can't even see her... do you have a way to target a creature you cannot see, or to cast the spell at range?)
(Misread the range, but I'm committed to the action and yes the Sympathy utterance let's Sinsil Target creatures she cannot see or that have total cover)
Sinsil will try to move up and touch Dasa, sensing her by way of her name. (Onomancy is weird)
Zubin wouldn't have thrown the blasted thing without a target.
"Well, I'm out of ideas," the half-elf announces to no one in particular. "Except, of course, the odd plan of not fighting a pointless battle against an invisible foe." He'll keep an arrow nocked, ready to attack if he sees an indication of the creature's location. Meanwhile, he'll start falling back to the passage up.
“Well, how do ya fight something ya can’t see!?” Shieldbiter shouts as he watches the water for movement that may be as a result of of the lady in the water. He drops his sword and shield and grabs both his handaxes.
Perception 23
If he sees movement that could be the lady he will throw his handaxes.

Where do you move to then? You can definitely move into the water and try to figure out where the invisible woman is, not being able to see or even know where you yourself are going, due to being blinded. The only way your sympathy power is able to be used for this spell is if you get within touching distance of it, which means you need to figure out how to find an invisible creature in water when you yourself cannot even see. The power only works if the target is within the range of your spell, thus you need to be within 5 feet of her, which I frankly think has less than a 1% chance of happening in this pool and with you blinded. You can try though, or revise your action. If it were a spell with a range of 30 feet, then I'd give it to you, since she is within 30 feet of you, but not a touch spell. Sympathy does not let you know where the creature is, just lets you target it even if you don't know where it is, but it still must be within the range of your spell
For everyone... I have been letting the woman be a little op I think. In 5e invisibility is not unable to be found.
When the woman attacked Sinsil you would have seen a swirl in the water in her location. Sinsil would have seen it as well, prior to getting hit with the acid. It is about in the center of the pond.
Attacks on her have disadvantage, and, unless you go into the water, will only allow for ranged options.

Need actions from Zubin for now. Zubin, we will say that you can have held your action for Larry if you wish, but then you only get a single attack or spell that you 'held' and can use as a reaction. Also the skeleton can do an attack on the visible woman too, before she gets her turn. I am ok with it having a shortbow.
Zubin will fall back as he indicated, and ready an attack action with his shortbow for when he sees any sign of the lady's position
Attack: 12 Damage: 8
If there's someone within 5' of her, add 6 sneak attack damage.
I'm fairly confident that the lady becoming visible would qualify as a sign of her position. 😀
She would be visible, so Zubin would no longer have disadvantage. The original rolls should still be visible. Would you prefer I reroll instead? If so, we can use these numbers:
Attack: 10
Damage: 9 + 6 sneak dmg if anyone is within 5' of the creature
He approaches the woman warily, remaining out of reach but close enough to converse easily. Switching to Elvish, he speaks to the woman.
"We accept your surrender, lady."
Turning back to the party he switches again to Common. "Whatever we came back here for, let us get it and be gone."
He speaks again to the woman.
"Once again we have invaded your sanctum. I do not blame you for your anger. We are a company of treasure hunters, and one of our number wished to examine the crystals of the cavern more closely. What motives the others may have to return, I cannot say."
"Baruk Khazâd! Khazâd ai-mênu!" Hvitserk barks out before advancing with his halberd before him to attack the eel
to hit: 8
Damage: 7

Ah, I misunderstood the wording... Crap, let's just make it a 3rd level magic missile

Assuming Larry can see where the women is, he will direct a Dispel Magic at her to dispel the invisibility.
Otherwise...he's going to Chill touch attack
Attack 1 15 Damage: 10
attack 2 if anotehr enemy within 5' of first one 11 Damage: 12

On her turn...
In sylvan and elvish...
"You win, spare me." She calls out in one language then the other. "I can give you treasures..." again in one language followed by the second.
Sinsil begins to cast Academic Anguish
She doesn't really care which outcome, but if Dasa succeeds on a dc 15 intelligence save, Dasa will learn common, if not she'll take.
