When the others complain of the darkness, Khaffosi will use his Reach to the Blaze racial ability to Produce Flame to provide some light for those behind him to follow.
Due to Khaffosi's extensive experience chasing undesirables into the sewers, he has a bit of know how. With water this shallow, walking across would cause little waves to lap up against the tunnel walls. Should be able to look at each tunnel to see if the walls are wet or show signs of being recently wet slightly above the water level, as people walk down one tunnel or the other. He explains this to Arrow (for the hundredth time, it seems) who is ahead, so he can check.
As Axandros slowly waded into the cold water, a strong feeling of disgust took hold of him. He couldn't even think of all the things floating a in this puddle of flith. "This better be worth it.", he whispered to the others, while he desperately tried to keep his breakfast down.
Pogo Tried to avoid thinking of what he was standing in as he moved forward with the group. "Of course it will be worth it, we are destroying evil after all." He replies in a whisper to Axandros
The only sounds and light that are present are those that the party have brought with them, the uncomfortable cool water sloshing slightly as the group continues to travel. The path is a narrow corridor that slowly inclines, the hewn stone very different than that of sewers, but after about a minute of wading the group is one drier stone.
The path turns again and leads into a single empty chamber, around fifteen feet from wall to wall. There are three doors that lead out of this room.
The door to the left has engraved into it a tall armoured man in plate armour, his face obscured by a bucket helm. The man's gauntleted hand is painted black, with a pair of shackles clasped tight in its grasp.
The door to the right has a powerfully built man, but where a face would be is only a skull with blackened eyes, and where there would be hands are two curved blades.
The door directly ahead also has a carved figure upon it, but this one is obscured by a cloak with the hood over their face. It has skeletal hands, one of which clutches a skull.
Hunferho would like to do a History check, to remember if the iconography on the doors are consistent with the Dead Three (Bhaal, Myrkul, and Bane) and their cults. If so, maybe they have traps or tricks that they are known to put on their doors? History: 16
He suggests that Axandros (maybe with Pogo helping) may want to also examine the door engravings, but with his Religion knowledge.
And someone with good Perception and/or Investigation may want to check for traps (triggers on the doors, arrow slits, gas vents, overhead panels that drop rocks, floor sections that drop people into pits, etc.).
(OoC: Arrow has +4 Perception, Hunferho has +4 Investigation, and Axandros +5 Investigation.)

Hunferho checks the trio of doors. They do indeed follow the depictions of the dead three. The one clad in armour being Bane, Lord of Strife. The skull headed man being Bhaal, Lord of Murder. The last with the skeletal hands being Myrkul, Lord of Bones.
Khaffosi grins, "Seems the cult can't share a space. Better for us. Divide an conquer as they say! And they're already divided. Lets pick a door. Arrow, go open one, will ya?"
"I never really expected to be in a situation where I stand in a puddle of filth, deciding which death cult to face first.", in a moment like this Axandros couldn't help to contemplate his life choices. "Let's get this over with."
Arrow goes over to the door to the right (the one with Bhaal's image on it) to find another passage, stairs leading down into a sodden flooded corridor again. The path turns to the right shortly after the flooded area, but there is a small alcove visible by torchlight from the short staircase. An old tapestry hangs in the alcove, depicting four faceless figures ripping a fifth figure into pieces, the fifth showing a screaming face.
Upon taking a closer inspection of the tapestry, Alea can see some yellow mold growing on the side of it.
To the right, the path opens up almost instantly into a room, some 20 ft. across. Three wooden beams brace the ceiling above, as an alter that is covered in entrails is positioned in the far right corner. Hanging on the wall above the altar is a three-foot-tall steel mask cast in the form of a frowning human skull.

"Axandros, do you have any fire cantrips? Maybe everyone should step back, and he can burn the hazard. The smoke might alert others down here, but better that than toxic mold."

(OOC: Understood As of now it's on arrow)
Arrow will slowly enter the water testing its depth so he doesn't dunk himself completely if its that deep.

Arrow tests the waters. It's cold and feel as horrible as it smells. However, it only reaches to his lower thigh, so moderately shallow.
Khafossi holds a small orb of flames to illuminate the area, allowing for the non-darkvision members of the party to see the short chamber ahead.
Does there appear to be any light or sounds coming from any direction other than directly behind Arrow?
