Lionel casts a quick spell and vanishes from amidst the clawing undead, and appears on the table amidst the mud. From there he takes two quick strides and leaps to solid ground, also amidst undead and next to the huge stone golem. He swings, the blade clangs off the stone without affect. Then he swings again and this time chunks of stone crack off and spray into the air.
(Lionel, I believe you got hit once, I forgot to post but: DC 12 Con save or gain mummy rot. You can't regain HPs, and some other longer term effects.)
Ulthan feels like he's in slow motion as he muscles his way up 15 feet worth of stairs.

He will then attempt to Turn Undead ((DC 18 - Each undead that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. Meepo grimaces as yet another of his skeletons goes down (#3 goes down.) The rest, including the zombies move back into the hole still hanging on the wall. Meepo then lifts a hand, sending a trio of magical darts into the closest golem he can see.
(Are Meepo's skeletions closed in safely now? Or would they still be subject to area-of-effect damage? How does Meepo's magic hole work in that respect?)
( As long as Meepo's hole is open, its as if there is a 6 foot wide, 10 foot deep tunnel in that location. It's part of the world. He has to use an action to pull it off the wall before it goes back to being a demi-plane. Ketch, the purple dot near you is literally just another zombie, it's just a different color because its the only one on the "layer" under your aura.)
Quinn quivers as Meepo and Mordekai are now left alone in the room with at least 18 undead that are all turning towards them.
Meepo unleashes some magical glowing darts that slash through the air into the far room and thud with hard cracks into the stone golem. Chips of stone sprinkle through the air.

Then Ketch, still surrounded in spirits that chip away at the undead around him, holds up his holy symbol to Gruumsh. The air seems to fill with a tinted green light and a foul smelling wind seems to wash out from around Ketch. It blows forcefully through the undead swarming around the room. You think you can almost hear a deep growling orc voice speaking in some foreign unknowable language...carried upon the wind. And then most of the undead freeze in place...and then turn....and begin fleeing! Perhaps only a dozen are left within 30 feet of Ketch, caught in the press of their allies trying to rush to get away, pushing against the wave of bodies now moving the wrong way.
There are still remnants of undead in the mosaic room that couldn't see Ketch or were too far away, and unfortunately there are still a good number left in the door room that were too far away to feel the wrath of Gruumsh. They turn and eye Mordekai and Meepo hungrily.
Mordekai looks across to Lionel and Ketch, glances over his shoulder at Meepo and his skeletons, then turns back and narrows his eyes at the horde of undead before him. He darts 10ft or so forward (straight north on the map) into the middle of as many as possible, and then mutters "Finally, a chance to try this one out!" as he casts Thunder Step, teleporting himself right in front of the Golem facing Lionel.

Those are all rocked from their fear and glance around for enemies. The room full of undead turn and focus on the small kobold standing by himself.
Quinn grimaces in your mind, "We must slay this foe too? Very well. Quinn shall help." And with that Quinn forms into a shimmering spear in Mordekai's hand. The weapon feels unusually light and the front edge of it is formed into sharp edges. The weapon glows blue and seems to leave behind a trail of white smoke as he waves it around. We know we have to destroy the guardians, in order to get the keys for the door after all, so fleeing doesn't seem to get us much.)
One more of meepo's skeletons falls, while the other two attacks miss.
With a frown at his fleeing companions, Meepo casts a spell...
He sets up the wall to hopefully allow him to get to the portable hole, even if he can just give a couple of foot space between the wall of force and the wall with the hole on it, then that would allow him access to it. He would also want the wall of force to block the undead from reaching him or the sad wizard, and block the door that leads into this chamber from the central chamber. I am hoping he can do all of that with the size of the wall of force.
If that is possible he will then move to the portable hole, with the idea of closing it on the next round.
(We are not running, just repositioning from the middle of the hoards of undead (that already downed Ketch) and two golems (that add to killing) to upstairs in hope to create a bottleneck where we can fight one enemy at a time (plus AoEs at will))

Meepo quickly casts his powerful spell, forming the magic to give him a narrow passage along the back wall, all along up to and including the side table that Laffa's head is poking out from the underside of, and stretches it across the entrance to the room. His undead are crammed into the hole but the wall of force, put at a slight angle, has pushed the undead away from being able to reach them. He becomes visible as he releases the spell, and the undead scrabble at the invisible wall before him, pressing their bodies against the shield trying to claw their way through. He should be able to take down the portable hole now and can also reach the spell...which is obviously a very low rope trick spell placed under the table. Meepo should be able to get into it down his narrow passage he's built.
Meanwhile, above ground, the group looks around. A cool dry wind blows across the ruins. Ketch's eyes blink open as he lays on the ground looking up at the cloudy sky overhead. The group glances around the ruins. There is no sign of life, as before, and certainly no impending arrival of any army as far as anyone can see.
Ulthan unleashes a shot at the golem that relentlessly pursues him up the stairs. The arrow plinks off uselessly as the creature continues following, it's stone fists pounding on him.

Assuming I understand our location correctly (above ground, 30ft from the top of the shaft, right?), Mordekai will move 30ft to look down the top of the stairs and get line of sight to the Golem chasing Ulthan, and loose his Eldritch Blasts at it.

Ulthan, every so slowly is backing away from the golem firing arrows as he goes, while the stone monstrosity contiues pursing him. Two familiar looking blasts of magic come slamming into the creature from above sending chips of stone spiraling through the air. Down where Meepo is, the undead from the other room, now free of the mud, rush to the wall blocking them from this room. He can't see anything all along his wall of force but a press of undead bodies. Laffa's head emerges once more from under the table, upside down, and looks around, "Oh....that was clever. Well, I suppose just take your sweet time then." Meepo collapses the hole off the wall and moves over to the table which he is small enough to walk under. He sees Laffa, up in the underside of the table, in a dimensional hole. A short rope is hanging just out and he holds out a hand, "Come on, we'll have some time to let things settle down maybe."
From down below, Mordekai doesn't see any undead come rushing from the doorway. Though he can hear their undead scrabbling echoing up from below.

Ketch, awakening in a different spot, would groggily get to his feet and grunt out a request for what their current status was... While listening he would cast a Cure Wounds upon himself (3rd level for 24 hp)
"Ulthan needs help... I'll come up from belo, you two can come down via the steps and help!" Ketch says, rushing to the railing and then jumping over it, attempting to drop down the center of the spiral stairway to the bottom of the steps so as to start running up them on his next turn.
((I would try to catch railing and stop fall once I saw I had passed golem... But I just don't see Ketch's 14 Dex really allowing such nimbleness...))

Assuming I understand our location correctly (above ground, 30ft from the top of the shaft, right?), Mordekai will move 30ft to look down the top of the stairs and get line of sight to the Golem chasing Ulthan, and loose his Eldritch Blasts at it.

RavenloftAnnihilationUlthan, every so slowly is backing away from the golem firing arrows as he goes, while the stone monstrosity contiues pursing him. Two familiar looking blasts of magic come slamming into the creature from above sending chips of stone spiraling through the air. A glance up and Ulthan catches the silouette of Mordekai looking down from above. The creature meanwhile tries to pound on Ulthan twice more.

Everyone's action.
