"Gnome, are you able to sense magic? I feel like something is strange here. As far as who built this, let me think. Some of it seems familiar..."

"My goodness the upkeep around here is quite poor! I believe I am no longer interested in the menu at the establishment."
"Human: Yes I can, although it will take me a few minutes to formulate. Are you prepared for a short interlude?"
Before beginning a Detect Magic ritual, Peter pauses to take a closer look at the lever. The stairs lead upwards to just a blank wall with a lever, correct? Is it up or down? Are there any cracks, gaps, or other indications of walls/doors/floors which are meant to move? Perception: 13
The stairs lead upwards and upon closer inspection the edges around the wall have no grouting and it appear the wall is meant to move. from the looks you might guess it slides down into the ground vs pivoting.
Unless his comrades object, Peter proceeds with his Detect Magic ritual, at Daishi's suggestion, although he's a little nervous about staying here too long.
Upon success of the ritual, he will not only inspect the lever and wall, but also backtrack to (but not beyond) the magic doorway they came through, together with the hallway and stairs between. He'll also try to sense magic beyond the walls, as far out as his senses will reach on the other side of the walls and door.
Gotemash - By all means, Pete, detect away. There's something a little creepy of this place. (pulls out some jerky and trail mix). Falcon, you say Daishi? A human hunter named Falcon saved my life last year. I wonder if it's the same one? I was lining up a warthog getting ready for her to charge, planting my pig sticker nice and firm and then next think I know I'm waking up in a tent and this hooman Falcon is taking stitches out of my belly and one month had gone by.
Petes detect magic ritual indicates most of the magic residue is back in the crypt and the doorway you have past through glows particularly strong as the door reforms, blocking off access to the crypt. Daishi's retainers still seem pretty nervous and are eager to be out of here. they Imagine giant rats gnawing on their bones.
Gotemash takes a swig from his waterskin. Relax fellows. There is nothing to worry about. None of those bones back there were orcish. Get set everyone. Weapons at the ready! Let's GO!
"Oh, Gotemash!" Peter complains nervously. "Always recklessly pulling levers! One of these days you'll put us all in an urn, rather than winning us one!"
As the stone wall descends you hear some shuffling of feet and muffled sounds of battle sounds of battle. The top of the wall contains the remains of a log fire, long since burned out and you realize you are entering a building via a fireplace. As youa scend the last few steps you see a room approximately 20'x30'. There is a closed door directly across from you on the East side of the room and in each eastern corner stands an Orc, staring at you as you come out of the fireplace. You think you might have met these two before.
[OOC @ DM: Was my action to dodge out of the way of the javelins and I'm now starting my new turn or will Kuori's shortsword attacks be what occurs next? If so, they would be at Orc 1.]

As Perzy'S and Kuori rush through the door Orc 1 takes a swing at the Giant Kuori with his great axe
Attack: 15 Damage: 11
And Kuori responds with a swift use of both her short swords. One sword opening his stomach and the other cutting his throat sending a geyser of blood across the column he was standing next too as his limo body hits the floor. Orc2 dodges behind the the pillar, avoiding Perzy'S axe and positions himself to counter strike.
Bree uses her magic to quietly lift the loose stones away from the breached wall and the rest of the crew moves in to target any enemy they see. Upon entering they realise this room is empty of orcs, but full of gear, food and other supplies and large chest in the northeast corner of the room. The center of the room has an old woven carpet and there is a door on the west wall leading to the main shrine that is closed. You can hear the sounds of battle and smell the blood you hope belongs to orcs and not your friends.
Noa expected the welcoming party as soon as Kuori knocked down the door. He expected nothing less from them and took cover. As soon as the dust settled, he followed suit with their breaching party and was met with another quick javelin flying at him but he was quicker. Dodging just an inch from where the projectile was supposed to hit him, Noa maneuvered fast and furiously spun his spear into a lunging attack followed by a swift kick upwards at his enemy's sternum. Following that, he took cover just right behind the pillar but well within engagement range of Orc 2.
