Ashes keen elven ears pick sounds of you being followed and sort of giggling dog sort of voice.
Noticing Ash hearing something, Daishi reaches for his shortsword and draws it slowly. The elfseems to notice something, the old knight realizes. The torch burns, sound of air combusting. Moss and rock under his feet, Daishi turns around and looks into the dim light touching the swaying trees around them.
"Best come out, whoever you are"he says. "I am guessing you mean us no harm, or you would have attacked already."
In case it matters, initiative roll for resolving actions: 17

Noa considers his options as he took Bree's current assessment. Perzy'S was keen enough to shoot with his bow but given that he'll be preoccupied with attacking, that would leave Bree defenseless once she starts casting spells. That being said, he readied himself to engage the snow maiden once she gets within range. He'll be attacking with his spear (two hands due to versatile) before delivering a swift kick after his spear lunge for a quick two strike attack. If the undead doesn't get within range, he'll have to dedicate himself to dodging.
"Bree, we'd love some support if that thing gets close. Perzy'S, you can try and kite her if it comes to it while I can keep her occupied when she gets close."
Attack Roll for spear: 18 Damage Roll if hit... Attack: 19 Damage: 8

Red arm 2 saving throw: 3
Your mean words hurt the red arms feelings and he takes 4 dmg from the unexpected flood of childhood memories of bullied.
Red Arm one says " Now that wasn't a nice thing to say to me friend" and attacks tibby, ignoring the spoon wielding halfling for the moment. He strikes with his scimitar
Jaeson its your turn before Red arm 2 with the hurt feelings has a go and before Tibby can disengage
@Yessica
The Woman leader of this Red Arm squad rushes up the stairs before you can react and as she tops the stairs and enters the 2nd floor with you she lunges at you with her scimitar Attack: 6 Damage: 5
Her rush up the stairs made her slip a little on her attack and you easily dodge the blow
(ooc:My initiative was 20 so I think I am probably up)
Watching his new friend disappear in a puff of smoke after taking a hard hit from the bandit, Skip would Shout out in anger. "Hey! Leave him alone!". a moment later the mall halfling would lunge forward with his kitchen knife, trying to stab the bandit in the stomach before turning and pointing his spoon towards the now distant voice of the bard. "Hold on pal! I'll fix you up!" Skip would yell as the tip of his spoon began to flash a little brighter. As the spoon flickered, Tobby would notice his wound close a bit as he is healed for (6)
Action: kitchen knife dagger Attack: 9 Damage: 4
Bonus action: healing light
Healing Light2d6XGtE, pg. 54
You have a 2d6 healing pool that resets when you finish a long rest. As a bonus action, you can heal one creature you can see within 60 ft., spending dice from the pool (max 3d6 at once).

"Urgh, I knew this job was too good to be true." A chatter-teethed Jaeson would murmur, as he rubbed his hands together. Closing his eyes, he whispered. "Lend me your strength. Let's see if you're the real deal." Jaeson would spread his arms out wide, before swinging them in with force, his hands clapping together with a sound that resonated through the room. Casting Thunder Clap, and a burst of thunderous sound rocks the very foundation of the mill they stand in.
Each creature up to 100 feet away must succeed a constitution saving throw of 14, or be dealt 1d6 thunder damage.

(OOC: I think that is 10f and are you within 10 feet of Skip? If you are I guess i will roll :D **Skip con save 13**) (OOC2: I really hope you are not within 10 feet of me lol, damage 5)
(I think you're right. I might have mis-understood the description of it.)
You create a burst of thunderous sound that can be heard up to 100 feet away. Each creature within range, other than you, must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 thunder damage.
( to clarify the situation: tibby would not be able to see a target for the viscous mockery without entering the room as Skip just pushed the door open and peeked inside to do his attack on the bandit he shot. Tibby jumped the order and so put himself in harm's way otherwise the red arm would have attacked Skip instead. While generally do overs are not allowed, I will allow Jaeson to reevaluate his action as i dont think it's going to go well for everyone involved. To include Yessica on 2nd floor. The description sounds like 100' and everyone that hears it, unless the range says something else. Also, consider it is an old structure...Please use the brackets so the tooltip will show up, at least on the first casting of a spell. On the map i have marked where I figure you to be, so use that for your movement)
The order now should be since skip missed hisChef knife strike an healed Tibby a bit, now is

Red Arm 3 attacking Yessica upstairs and Yessicas response
Red Arm 2 with the hurt feelings is last...he is still traumatized by the harsh words, inthink you can see a tear forming...
Then its Skip, red arm 1, Yessica, Red Arm 3, Jaeson, Tibby, red arm 2....

ooc: It can be heard up to 100 feet away but it has a range of 5 feet now that I look at it. So anyone within 5 feet of you would have to make the save or take damage. I would say Tibby is probably plenty far away since he would have used misty step to get to safety but if you ran right up next to skip and used it, I might still be in trouble lol)
The snow maiden approaches the illusionary barbarian, momentarily distracted by the image until she go through it. She continues towards Perzy'S and moves to approximately 10' away, just out of her range.

Instead of all that, Jaeson moves in, passed Skip towards Red Arm 1, dagger drawn. "Urgh, I knew this job was too good to be true." With that, if Jaeson can move within slashing distance of RA1, he will slash at his face.

Damage upon a successful strike: 3
If he is not, he will stand ahead of Skip, in protection, waiting for enemies to draw nearer, so that he can then attack.
You hear the twang of two bowstrings and the thunk of arrows striking I to the trees near you. You hear a muffled curse in Goblin, and another laughing dog/ hyena type sound coming from the east. It too dark for you see the attackers but you get the distinct feeling that at least one gnoll is involved, as they are known to hunt these woods.
( I am going to roll one initiative for the bad guys so indont reveal numbers and to make it easier. If they are higher then the highest of your rolls, all attackers will go and then you will proceed in the order of your rolls)
