"Meep!" Polly screams out when the Grinder was suddenly so close. "Crebachwch y cerbyd cythraul hwnnw!" she called out immediately after, throwing a pinch of powdered iron at the vehicle and slowly closing her hand into a fist as if crushing some unseen thing.
Enlarge/Reduce cast at the vehicle . ((If the target is unwilling, it can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell has no effect.))
If the Pigmobile gets within 60 feet, Choir will cast Shatter on it: affects everyone within a sphere with a 10-foot radius, 24 damage, con save DC16 to take half damage. (Cover should not matter.)
Time for that Shatter!

(Grinder: Con save Reduce - 5 , Con save Shatter - 16 )
Two things happened almost at once: the Grinder suddenly shrunk, turning from menacing powerhouse into a much less scary machine the size of Tormentor. The angry and surprised squeal for it was louder than the noise of the engine (though it was reduced in size too, to be fair). Adray made Tormentor to swing a bit, allowing Choir to land her spell, and though high precision was lost, the spell landed, leaving those inside now squealing with anger.
From this range, Fran would cock her crossbow. With a wide grin on her face, she’d take aim for the wheels.
Attack 1: 27 Damage: 8 Attack 2: 24 Damage: 11
Brutus in all his goggled glory waits in anticipation.
(He’d dodge any attacks coming his way until/unless the foe comes within range. Otherwise he’s basically reacting with Deflect Attack. The defender imposes disadvantage on the attack roll of one creature it can see that is within 5 feet of it, provided the attack roll is against a creature other than the defender.)
Fran's shots were well aimed, despite the speed and Adray's maneuvering, she saw both of them landing, the sparks marking the spots, but it did not seem to affect the vehicle too much.
Ordrag was less lucky this time, probably because of reorganized space, machine parts blocking the driver.
Hellwasps (that for some rezone frightened Lulu) were still behind both cars, but obviously not as fast as the warmashines and were losing the chase.
However, now the crew of were-bandits got a chance to attack. Rats were still busy repairing recent damage, but wereboars seemed to be prepared to use their main weapons - the jaws on the front and a wrecking ball, on a long chain. Both looked unpleasant enough even in their "miniaturized" form. The driving warlord first almost jumped forward catching up with Tormentor but keeping clear from it's its protruding blades. The ball swung forward: Attack: 14 Damage: 34
The Grinder then slowed down a bit, let the leading machine pass and tried to crash it's rear side with the jaws of it's chomper: Attack: 17 Damage: 24
Either Adray proved to be a very skillful driver or the spells messed up Grinder more than were-band expected, but both weapons missed. Tormentor was still free and unharmed, leading the "race" (the hill was getting closer, and with it a strange particularly horrifying construction, a bit to the side of your path).
Last attack slowed Grinder down a bit and now it was again withing 20ft from Tormentor.

He then hits what ever needs to be hit and boost again to take us to that 200 feet. He calls back, "if you need me to do something, swerve, give distance, let me know," he shouts back as well.
Noticing Lulu’s discomfort for the wasps, Fran would keep an eye on them. Though, if they weren’t an immediate threat, she’d refocus back on their opponent. Not satisfied with her attempts on the tires, the artificer would look to the cockpit. With back to back tinks, she’d launch her acid.

Polly is ducking down and keeping hold of their own vehicle as best she can while making a low, droning "eeeeeeeeeeeeeek!" noise. It would likely be annoying as all get out if everything wasn't so chaotic, but if everything wasn't so chaotic she likely wouldn't be making it.
Still and all, she does have her wits about her. And as such, she figures if there is no driver driving the other vehicle, they would likely get away from it. "Ffoniwch glychau marwolaeth ac anhrefn i yrrwr y crebachiad hwnnw!" she says in a bit of a sing song voice, her upper body slowly moving side to side as if a clanger slowly urging a bell to toll. Toll the Dead upon the driver of the other vehicle, Wis save (DC 15) or 7 OR if it's already damaged (I believe so) 12 damage.
(To clarify - during chase event Dash is a free action. When combined with the rules for driving, I say a driver is allowed to accelerate/decelerate as it needed for the spells and shots, adding more distance at the end of collective turn.)
Need Ordrag to add a shot.

The triple assault on the driver was quite successful - having nowhere to hid, he had to soak all the magic thrown at him, and though still alive, looked quite beaten up. So did the crew, but best of all - one of the wererat dropped out of the Grinder. The body bounced up a few times, rolling away behind the vehicle, and then stopped to much delight of the hellwasps, that left the pursuit and dived down to grab the "food".

Either that or the encouraging success of the group but Lulu snapped out of her panic and added her tune (literally in her case) to the magic death chorus. She waited until the Grinder (slowed down by the storm) and send a silvery trumpeting sound, catching both the vehicle and the crew: 10
The Grinder was prepared to strike again, when the helm station suddenly was filled with smoke leaving everyone inside obviously blind. It slowed down again, the distance between both vehicles rapidly grew.
Round 4
Distance about 60ft, Grinder looks like it might give up the chase.

Choir gives a croak of exasperation. How tough are these guys, anyway? She decides she should probably not push her luck with more of Akadi's assistance for now. Choir gets out her crossbow and takes a shot at the pigmobile driver.
