Fran would nod, trusting the scouting of her comrades. She’d follow silently.

Polly follow behind “if you give me a few minutes I’ll see if I can detect any magic being used. Just lead the way and I’ll hang back.”

No magic is detected - you might believe this is the most ordinary house on the street! And there is a small problem with windows - all of them are fancy stained-glass. However, when you reached the window of the massage room, you can see a flicker of the light - very weak, greenish colour as if a tiny candle burns under a cover.

Holding up a hand to stop everyone, Adray moves a finger to his lips to indicate quit.  He then points out to the source of the light incase anyone missed it.  He then points to Fran and pantomimes opening the door.  He then points to Nibs and himself and holds hope his weapon and makes a jumping motion towards the door.  Then he waits for a nod hoping he they understood and he didnt look foolish with silent actions.

Ordrag acknowledges Adray's signal with a quick salute, draws both weapons, and stands ready to boot open the door

Guessing that Fran is going to be picking the lock of the main door, Choir casts Guidance on her. 

Fran will nod to Adray and proceed to pull out her lockpicking tools. She’ll move in to begin working on the main door lock while the others look out.

The lock clicked ever so slightly and the door moved a bit in hinges. The group could enter - one in a time. 

With that done Adray grips his spear, holds one finger then points at Nibs and then the door.  He holds up two finger and points at himself and then the door.  He does the same holding up a three for Choir a four for Polly and a five for Fran.  He waits for a nod from each then moves behind Nibs.  When all seems ready he will tab Nibs on the shoulder signaling him to go.  

Ordrag moves through the door, looking around as he crosses the room (Perception: 9) and if nothing else happens, makes his way down the stairs in the back corner.

Adray moves right on Nibs tail ready to strike out at the nearest threat with his spear.

As Ordrag prepared to descend the stairs, he had a flashback of a time on his ship, the Grinning Oyster, when he was sent down into the bilges to wipe out some nixies that had been mucking around with the ballast. Captain Frostbeard had followed him down the ladder, just like Adray was now, but it felt different somehow. Frostbeard was decisive and confident, and when he gave his commands Ordrag felt as though the fate of the ship depended on him fulfilling his duty, as though it was a privilege to obey. He would follow him to the Nine Hells if he had to.

Ordrag couldn't help noticing the difference with Adray, although he couldn't quite put his finger on it. After so many years of taking orders, he was surprised to feel mildly irritated every time Adray directed them to action. Perhaps it was just that he was so used to Frostbeard - that he saw him as a leader that no-one else could live up to.

Oh well, Ordrag reminded himself, it's only for a short time. Three months of service with the Flaming Fist, and he'd be free to return to the Oyster. Meanwhile, as long as Adray had taken charge, Ordrag would follow him instead, although he doubted it would be anywhere too drastic...

Choir tiptoes in after the big guys. If all is quiet, she casts Light on her shield. She covers the shield with a blanket, letting only  a thin beam of light escape.

"All" was not quiet, although. There was not much light outside, still the darkness inside the house was thicker. Even trained and well adjusted eyes of Ordrag did not catch the moment when one particular dark spot silently rose behind his shoulder and he felt a steel blade against his skin. So did Adray, stumbling blindly through the entrance part of the pool room.

Adray's reflexes saved him despite the darkness his eyes could not penetrate, but Ordrag was hit.

Ordrag grunts in surprise at the unexpected stabbing pain in his side, and retaliates with a couple of wild swings in the direction of the attack.

When Polly gets the order to go in last she is relived. That meant that she would easily be able make distance between any possible foe and herself if combat would arise. 

When she Nibs open the door, Polly readies herself to cast fire bolt if at any hostile target.

Fran would be last after Polly as per the fingers she counted from Adray’s hand. It was 5 right? The hair on the back of her neck would raise when she swears she could hear the clanging of blades from where Ordrag and Adray are.
