Having expected the attack but not knowing quite where it was coming from Adray's instincts kick in and he spins just enough to cause the blade to miss.  Continuing that momentum he thrusts with the spear and then kicks out with his foot.

Initiative:  23 + 2 total: 6

The invisible foe that missed Adray first time, simply attacked again: Attack: 13 Damage: 6 x2

Polly, that just stepped in sent a bright bolt of fire into the closest attacker (F2). The flame illuminated the battlefield for a second allowing Adray to see his target, and burned through the cape of the Dark Figue, obviously hurting the enemy. Yet, not a single noise came from it, the silent enemy simply turned to the little mage.

Meanwhile, the first attacker tried to reach Ordrag again: Attack: 22 Damage: 5 x2

He was successful again and Ordrag felt he would not last long against that persistent monster.

As if that was not enough, the door of the massage room opened up and massive figure in a dark robe stepped in, visible in the faint greenish light coming from behind it (Init: 9 )

Choir casts Light on her shield: no need to muffle it, the time for secrecy has clearly passed.

Adray - moving East would be leaving bathhouse. Did you mean West or SE?

I'm directionally challenged.  Was literally facing g east when I wrote that.  Meant west so hes set up like Nibs is with his opponent.

F2 is wunded and waiting for to be even more so when Adray get's his turn. F1 waits to get hurt (Ordrag will get him), F3 is ready for Choir to enter.

Ordrag is severely wounded.

Where does Choir stands and anything for Bonus action? I think you still can do it.

Assuming she’s going to be walking into close quarter combat, Fran will pull two daggers from her belt to arm herself. She’ll try her hand at quick and stealthy in hopes to surprise her opponent.

Stealth: 14

Fran will round the corner with F1 in her sights. First attack with her dagger will aim low for behind the knee and follow up with a second attack to the spleen.

Attack 1: 16 Damage: 3

Attack 2: 11 Damage: 6

I guess Choir would be north of F2 and east of P, bunus action Healing Word on Ordrag. 8

Choir's appearance in the room could be compared only with a sunrise and with a similar effect - light played on the stained glass of the windows, reflected from the shallow bathing pools, danced on the bloodied weapons and underlined fresh blood on the floor. Shadowy figures flinched but did not stop attacking, so healing sparkles covered Ordrag were very in time.

Unfortunately, light also made Choir a perfect target for the third figure - the one that looked like he would greatly benefit from using the bathhouse as it was intended. The man muffled several words through his dirty beard and sent a sickly green claw floating towards little kenku: Attack: 18 Damage: 5

Choir felt as if skin was decaying at the point the claw touched the flesh under the feathers. 

Choir mini-sun ruined Fran's surprise but Ordrag's attacker was preoccupied enough to let one of her attack hit him. Though, he would not let the second one land.

Now both warriors got the chance of payback. Adrays got the light he needed and his attack finished the Black Figure off - the body fell into the pool. (F2 is out)

In the same time Ordrag managed to reach his opponent.  Wounded but still nimble attacker avoided slower motion of scimitar, but the short sword found it's target. Still silent the Black Figure was visibly shaking, trying to keep it's balance on the edge of the pool. (Severely wounded)

Polly could act again!

Seing Choir being attacked with magic, Polly made Choirs attacker her target. Raising her hands to chest level and putting her thumbs and Index fingers together forming triangle she whisper “Magus oro” and fire magic missile at him. 

Magic missile: 2, 5, 3

 Ever powerful spell did not fail - the unwashed opponent groaned, holding it's hand to the fresh wounds, and raised a heavy skull flail as if preparing to crush the one daring to attack him.

At that time Ordrags opponent collected himself and still silently attacked again: Attack: 14 Damage: 4  x2

However, his hand was too weak to strike true, Ordrag's armour stopped the deadly dagger.

Hesitating for an instant choosing which opponent to attack, Choir charges the spellcaster with her warhammer.

Attack on F3: 18 to hit, 8 bludgeoning damage.

Ordrag slashes again at the shadowy figure, determined to put him down.

Action: Scimitar v F1: Attack: 9 Damage: 6
Bonus Action: Shortsword v F1: Attack: 14 Damage: 7

Action Surge: Scimitar v F1: Attack: 6 Damage: 6

Ordrag is last in initiative, so I have lots of 'if's.
- If F1 is already down before any of the above attacks, then Move to F3 and use remaining attacks on F3.
- If the first two attacks are enough to drop both, then don't use Action Surge.
- If Ordrag drops to 0 HP before his turn, then use Relentless Endurance and drop to 1 instead, and then use Second Wind as Bonus action instead of Shortsword: gain 12 HP

It was hard to believe, and yet everyone could see it with their awn eyes - a miniature kenku bravely rushed at the man twice her size with a shining shield in one ... wing and a small hammer in another. The brute's smil was so wide you could see it through his beard and prepared to crush the brave bird with the flail,  but instead got hit by the hammer, seemingly very lightly and yet - to everyone's surprise he dropped to the floor to never rise again! (F3 down).

The last attacker, obviously impressed by that skill display, made a move as if he was trying to escape.

Ordrag avenged himself by slashing Black Figure twice practically cutting the body in  half - assassin (or whoever he was) was dead before he hit the floor muddying clear aromatic pool water with blood. The battle was over with only two of you wounded, though quite badly.

Fran will step over their attacker Ordrag just slashed to begin bandaging him up.

Healing: 7

Sounds like my target is pretty dead. Maybe one of the others can be salvaged.

Ordrag shook it all off and now felt as good as new. And though Choir was still bleeding, the party came out victorious! The rumors and suspicions were confirmed as well - those on the floor were obvious cultists. Pool room - now decorated in complete harmony with the task ahead (dead bodies, black robes and blood) looked quiet and somewhat peaceful. The path to the massage room with the secret door was clear.

Choir looks at the door....then at the pool.  Then at the door.  Then at the pool.

She dips her toe into the water to see if it's warm...
