The wolves are chomping down on what little came down the chute, essentially gnawing madly at bone now. Squelch goes back and picks up the questionable horse meat from the cave entrance and throw it towards the wolves. As you do so the wolves immediately turn at start digging in and you approach quietly, mimicking the noises they make. They eye you and almost seem like they're going to attack, but they go back to eating and let you approach. As they begin to slow down, you gently undo the locks (with ease) on each of their chains and gently place them on the ground. After their meal the wolves howl and dart out of the cave entrance as Grum guides them out, one looking back towards the group before joining the rest.
The voice from before calls down. "Shut up dogs. I eat my food now."
"Well, that went remarkably smoothly. Now what? Back to the bridge, or to deal with the wolf handler? I'm conscious that we've left a goblin body lying on that bridge"
(OOC: Assuming when you said the goblin fell to the floor you meant on the bridge, not off the bridge down to the floor below?)
Brandor nods to Squelch and Grum and starts back toward the bridge. "Let's hunt down this Grol." He whispers, "Goblins probably won't fight without him. If things go south, let me goad him into a fight then everyone unleash all at once. Gobbies won't care if we ambush him as long as we win..."
Grum says to the party, "My suggestion would be, rather than head along this main path, we see if we can find a way up onto the bridge? For one thing, we should try to hide that goblin body. For another, an attack from their guards' lookout point would give us more surprise than through the main entrance. What do you all think?"
"I have a rope if we need it, I'm not the best climber myself..." She holds out a coil of hempen rope, all the while giving the escarpment a dubious look.
"<Squelch> I think we're happy to follow you. Can you climb up to the bridge and throw a rope down to help the rest of us? Or would you rather head up that passage? I suspect the side passage will get us up to the bridge somehow, but there's a dead goblin up there that might raise the alarm."
<Squelch> takes the end of the rope and looks doubtful. <Callie's voice> "I'm not the best climber myself."He hands it back to Callie. <Grum's voice> "..head up that passage..dead goblin up there."
(OOC: if anyone wants to attempt the climb, Squelch casts guidance on them.
Callie looks down at the rope still in her hands, and quietly murmers, "Guess I'll just hold onto this, then... To the side passage?" She begins to make her way over to it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Brandor cracks his knuckles and looks up at the bridge, "I'll make it up there." He snags the rope out of Callie's hand and ties it onto his belt. He spits in each palm and starts scaling the rubble wall.
(If he can use Acrobatics add +3 to this otherwise)
You quickly scale up the passage, stepping carefully on the stones that look the most secure, scaling the passage with ease. As you step on the ledge in the middle however, the rubble beneath falls loose and as the mass tumbles, Brandor needs to make a Dexterity saving throw.
In case we need to take a wolf each, Grum will feed it the piece of horse meat he picked up earlier, and...

So are you guys heading under the bridge along the main cave path or trying to climb up the western escarpment?

(If we can use acrobatics then my climb was a 17 btw)
