Aldin looks at the men moving in to the room. He cocks his head to the side, evaluating them. Then he bursts into action, sure his feathered companion would be hot on his heels.
Aldin makes for the window and launches himself through them, arms raised to cover his face. Running was the only recourse in his mind. He did not have the guile or tact to talk his way out and a fight would be lengthy and sure to end poorly. This did not make him happy but it was his go to.
(I have no doubt that Aldin will end up bouncing off the glass somehow with my rolls.)
Black Cat, the arrow strikes the orc in the chest and you hear a terrible yell of pain as the half-orc is quite surprised, falling to his knees, blood flowing from around the arrow as he struggles to regain his balance. You successfully fly through the window, as the glass breaks a bit and a few shards break off and hit you. The glass does 2 damage.
Smoke, you see a few tracks coming out of the tavern that you recognize as those of Black Cat, but it does not lead into the forum as you might expect. Instead, the tracks extend around the tavern, beginning to slightly fade as they get farther. They seem to lead deep into the rows of buildings.

Aldin, you attempt to fly through the window with somewhat ease, like Black Cat, but the window breaks and you are stuck on the table of antiques, the whole window shattering on top of you. You take 5 damage from the glass. Ester comes toward you, attempting to grab you. Make a Dexterity Saving Throw.

Since Jorel is checking the ground for tracks Smoke will be moving past the rows of buildings to check the alleys between them using Feline Agility to move at rapid speeds to the next alley then stop to check if he sees them, then darts to the next one.
While doing this he will keep Jorel in sight to return to him if needed or if he found tracks.
Aldin, Ester pulls you off the table, though not exhibiting strength in abundance on his lean figure, he has the physical power to lift you from the table. He puts you down on the floor and kneels down, looking at you with spiteful disdain. "Tried to escape, did you? Is that really what you are then? A spy for the West? For the factions? Trying to destroy everything we've done! If you believe you will be able to get away with that...prepare to be sorely mistaken." The silver-cloaked figures descend closer to a kneeling position as well, his expression darkening, his icy voice saying, "I've seen this one before. In Dar'nath. He must've been following us."
Jorel, you are able to follow the tracks for a few blocks, before being lost in the seemingly endless interconnected rows of streets and buildings. Smoke, since Jorel is a bit off track, when going as fast as you would for Feline Agility, you catch a glimpse down an alley of broken glass of a window and a small creature, perhaps Black Cat, on the street, multiple blocks down. You go past it quite quickly though, and it is sort of difficult to relocate. Smoke, you may make a Survival check with advantage (because you've already seen them).

Survival check 22 (i assume that is high enough roll )
As Smoke darts past the alleys he notices a familiar silhouette as he passes another one. He tracks back and looks to see the creatures movement and behavior to recognize his ally.
When Smoke determines it is Black Cat he will raise his hand in the air and wave to Jorel en Nirug to indicate he found one and wave them in the direction. Once Smoke confirms Jorel and Nirug have seen his gestures he will go into the alley and move towards Black Cat.
Black Cat will get back to his feet, and put his back against the wall, hoping to get out of the way of Aldin's body. Then shaking his beak back and forth letting out a staccato of squawks. He will look both ways down the alleyway deciding on whether to stay or not. Then with feathers rustling, will place another bolt into the crossbow and pop his head back up into the window and fire at the first person he sees, that is not Aldin, hoping to distract them so he can escape.
Black Cat, you fail to assess who to attack, and your fingers fumble on the crossbow as the arrow goes about five inches away from the silver-cloaked figure. They don't seem to give it care, as it didn't hit them.
Ester doesn't seem the strongest fellow, but he maintains his hold on Aldin with a tight grip. "That sounds like what a spy might say," Ester says. You can make a Dexterity Saving Throw to attempt to escape Ester's grasp, but in order to do so the Saving Throw will have to be higher than Ester's Strength Check (13) . The silver-cloaked figure slowly extracts a shining dagger, smiling down at Aldin, clearly moments away from the consideration of striking.

He wont stop walking since hes unsure what Black Cat is doing, acting strange near this building. Smoke will move closer untill he is in range to speak to him.
[OOC: Depending on what the DM says is going on, Black Cat will be firing again, when he is able to.]
Black Cat will more than likely stand up and fire again into the room regardless of what he sees or hears as Aldin is still not safe. His is extremely agitated and bouncing on his feet with his feathers sticking out here and there under his armor

Seeing Aldin move Black Cat will shoot at the Half-Orc and then jump out the window as well.

Black Cat will once more crouch down below the window sill, trying to think of a plan, shaking his head in frustration.
